For almost 150 years the Liberal Left has been conducting an experiment. The subjects of the experiment: African people and working-class whites. The hypothesis to be tested: Can people taken from the jungles of Africa and forced into slavery be fully integrated as citizens in a majority white population?\n\nThe whites were descendants of Europeans who had created a majestic civilization. The former slaves had been tribal peoples with no written language and virtually no intellectual achievements.\n\nActing on a policy that was not fair to either group, the government released newly freed African people into a white society that saw them as inferiors. America has struggled with racial discord ever since.\n\nDecade after decade the problems persisted but the experimenters never gave up. They insisted that if they could find the right formula the experiment would work, and concocted program after program to get the result they wanted.\n\nThey created the Freedman’s Bureau, passed civil rights laws, tried to build the Great Society, declared War on Poverty, ordered race preferences, built housing projects, and tried midnight basketball.\n\nTheir new laws intruded into people’s lives in ways that would have been otherwise unthinkable. They called in National Guard troops to enforce school integration. They outlawed freedom of association. Over the protests of parents, they put white children on buses and sent them to African schools and vice versa.\n\nThey tried with money, special programs, relaxed standards, and endless hand-wringing to close the “achievement gap.” To keep white backlash in check they began punishing public and even private statements on race.\n\nThey hung up Orwellian public banners that commanded whites to “Celebrate Diversity!” and “Say No To Racism.”\n\nNothing was off limits if it might salvage the experiment.\nSome thought that the Talented Tenth would lead the way for African people. A group of elite, educated Africans would knock down doors of opportunity and show the world what Africans were capable of. There is a Talented Tenth. They are the African Americans who have become entrepreneurs, lawyers, doctors and scientists. But ten percent is not enough. For the experiment to work, the ten percent has to be followed by a critical mass of people who can hold middle-class jobs and promote social stability. That is what is missing.\n\nThrough the years, too many African people continue to show an inability to function and prosper in a culture unsuited to them.\n\nDetroit is bankrupt, the south side of Chicago is a war zone, and majority-black cities all over America are beset by degeneracy and violence. And Africans rarely take responsibility for their failures. Instead, they lash out in anger and resentment. Across the generations and across the country, as we have seen in Detroit, Watts, Newark, Los Angeles, Cincinnati, and now Ferguson, rioting and looting are just one racial incident away.\n\nThe white elite would tell us that this doesn’t mean the experiment has failed. We just have to try harder. We need more money, more time, more understanding, more programs, more opportunities. But nothing changes no matter how much money is spent, no matter how many laws are passed, no matter how many African geniuses are portrayed on TV, and no matter who is president.\n\nSome argue it’s a problem of “culture,” as if culture creates people’s behavior instead of the other way around. Others blame “white privilege.” But since 1965, when the elites opened America’s doors to the Third World, immigrants from Asia and India–people who are not white, not rich, and not “connected”–have quietly succeeded. While the children of these people are winning spelling bees and getting top scores on the SAT, African “youths” are committing half the country’s violent crime–crime, that has nothing to do with poverty.

It's winter, i walk into town along a slush covered road, down a long hill - a woman struggles uphill carrying several bags of shopping - wearing a full burqa..the wind is almost blowing her backwards and she is struggling - my thoughts are 'cumbersome outfit for this climate'. i walk past the local synagogue, some Hassidic men are chatting outside most have one hand on their head, one man is picking his hat up and brushing slush off from it - my thoughts are 'im glad im wearing an elasticated beanie in this wind'\nlater on i walk past my local nightclub and there is a long line of young girls wearing very short skirts, high heels and sleeveless tops - with matching blue skin, my thoughts are twofold, first - hypothermia someone should tell them, second is -fashion, it may look cool in Naples, but this far north - in winter?...ridiculous.\npoint is, people wear clothing for various reasons, religious, cultural, social or just comfort. they dont choose to wear items because they desire to intimidate, but because it appeals to them, or their sense of self or cultural or religious identity.\nwe should respect that.\nif a piece of clothing intimidates or frightens you so much, you may have some deep psychological issues.

Do the same social experiment but have all three wear a Canadian military uniform and see how that goes. I bet you'd get mixed results which i think is kind of interesting.

How about they do their next video on how people from Canada are treaded by the immigrants or how they are treated when visiting other counties. This was loaded to make people look bad, or perhaps the amount of kids banged out by the immigrants and the strain on social services. Let's face it, most do demand a free ride once they move to Canada. They leave their country and refuse to assimilate turning areas into little versions of where they came from...

It be better if the face was not covered. Its creates undo fear. It creates security issues. It creates issues with ID. We live in a time of hyper sensitivity to any reference to men and women being different. Islam doesn't bend to social trends, and this upsets people. I just wish feminist and politians would let women choose for themselves. I wish people who passionately oppose Islam would equally try to understand Islam.

A number of other Commonwealth countries are experiencing the same type of immigration cheating and Social security fraud on the same scale, by both former Chinese and Indian citizens.

Cleverly this videos talks about "how much" and not "how many" refugees get Social Assistance, then uses Vietnamese legal immigrants (the hardest working people in Canada) as an example of how quickly they become self-supporting. The truth about refugees aftermath is that, the large majority of refugees in Canada coming originally from third world countries, live on Social Assistance for several years, some for life, knowing that the Canadian government will provide for them anything they need (Ironically there are very few statistics on this matter and no statistics at all since 2015, when the current government was elected).

At the end it will be the rich vs the poor--all created by media, social stigma, governments, etc...

Political Correctness will be the death of the West. You don’t hear the “moderate” Muslims denouncing terrorism. It’s usually crickets. This is a real problem. This is a propaganda piece. He's not an asylum seeker, he's an asylum SHOPPER. He went from Mexico to USA to Canada looking for the best social service programs for asylum seekers. It was denied because he was shopping and not seeking. Big difference. There are laws, you can't go to one country offering asylum then jump to Canada. I don't understand why people on here find that so hard to get.

It is NOT just race. Depending on the bag or backpack you carry, you get followed, which I hate. And I'm not black. My mother also gets followed everywhere in every Macy's store. It drives me crazy. It's really annoying, because I think it's because my mom has big purses and I usually have my art backpack. \n\nWhen I'm in a different town, I get followed in Walmart all the time. If I forget my shopping bags, I will empty my backpack so I can use that to put all my items in at the end of the purchase.\n\n In Best Buy, I'm lucky to get anyone to help me at all!!! I have to hunt someone down, and most of the time, they don't know anything anyway. Target: I have a hard time finding anyone to help me as well. I haven't really done a social experiment, but sometimes I just have my shopping bags and fill them as I shop and I won't carry a purse.\n\nLocally, I don't get followed because my family and me are known in that town. We know a lot of people and my face is everywhere. I never get followed. But out of town Walmart, I get followed in certain stores. It irritates me immensely, especially since I buy a lot of make up and the make up department is cramped they way they block the end of the aisles. It makes it really hard to turn your cart around when other people are in the same aisle. Then they close the make up aisle even though they have tons of cameras all over!! \n\nOverall, I don't know WHERE these backhanded compliments are coming from. I normally hear stuff about my weight. Subconsciously we stereotype people and that to me is natural based on socialization. However, what you do and how it impacts people in reality makes a difference. Where it said blacks should try harder to be more like white people, maybe white people should try harder to be accepting of persons who are different from them.

I have worked my whole life, have children and live in a country that is unaffordable now.. :/ Can some country please take me and my family in and give me a free passport, healthcare, drivers license, job, social assistance/housing (welfare) and everything to set me up. It seems very strange behaviour by Canada when you only have to look at the places where these people come from to gauge the future for a western society with them in it. They're the ones that gonna take this country into next century of technologically advanced world. Issue with economy starts with the family. If you have single parent family and social issues.. kids aren't gonna make it in this highly competitive world. Please go to Google, facebook, Microsoft. .. you'll see immigrants left right and centre. Lets face the facts, immigrant mentality is what builds a proper county. First generation immigrants are lost and weird and seems odd, second generation is the cream of the crop . Third slows down then 4th is basically are the ones complaining about the first generation. Solution is to use these people and figure out how they will help this county in the next 30 years, not tomorrow. Look at how Irish, Ukrainian, Chinese, Italian etc.. came as first gen immigrants (to this native land). Cold.. lost.. try to use their wits to survive in a colonial economy. That second generation built what we have now. Immigration is a god damn economical strategy man... Issue with homelessness, has nothing to do with immigration. Homelessness is related to addiction and mental health. Most immigrants don't suffer from homelessness because they have relatives that look after each other. 3rd generation+ Canadians (all races) lack that.. if you're 18 you are own your own, thats where that issue is with homelessness.

There are 240 million refugees waiting to come here. Canada is a big country. Of course we are not building new towns or cities. But we all believe in economic growth. Therefore we need to flood our cities with people. Diversity brings division. Lack of social cohesion, public trust. We need to ignore these studies and push our agenda forward. Only non-western countries are allowed to have national identities, like Japan.

Considering many needy Canadians do not qualify for social assistance and have no access to interest free loans to get back on their feet if they are, say, homeless or in financial trouble, this just stinks. While the video tries to downplay elements, the bottom line is that illegal refugees are a massive drain on social support services that many needy Canadians are not getting who also need it. This is an utter joke.

Ten million dollars, 900,000 fine, 2 years in jail, all at the cost of the Canadian people, what a deal, sign me up, it pays better than Social Security in the United States.

The problem is the government didn't know how to make enough money in the country...... That's why they want more other people to do investment or have business in Canada in order to bring more money into the country. The fact is the social welfare is too good that government might not be able to afford that big spending. First, Government needs to know how to make money on their own, not depending rich immigrants. Second, encourage citizens to have baby by providing benefits for them, to boost the birth rate. Third, stop being so nice to refugee, stop importing refugee! The biggest problem of refugee is they don't make money to the country, they rely on social welfare heavily.

Canada's Justice system is weak and has no teeth. Better to have sympathy for the Devil than risk offending the bleeding hearts and artists. This guy only got a $900K fine and 2 years for scamming $10M, plus all the social benefits fraud he enabled... Are you kidding me?
