I’ve leaves for 4 years in Cote Saint-Luc Montreal and never ever locked my door. One day my landlord sent someone to fix my bathroom door and the guy locked the door after he was done. When I got back from school past midnight, I couldn’t get into my appartement because I didn’t even have the key anymore ?. \nHad to sleep at my best friend’s place that night.

Here in America.. us on the right have been asking our politicians to fix the issues like violence and crime and they won't. They just keep voting in leftist who give incentives to criminals.

Every country has good and bad spots to live in. When it comes to baseline things like government laws and such I can't live anywhere besides the US. The best transit metro areas with good walkability either have too much crime or cost too much or BOTH. The best area for healthy living statistically is arlington VA but that place cost wayyy to damn much in a lot of neighborhoods. Philly is affordable comparitively but got way too much crime. We are so close to fixing that stuff, that if we do we covered, but mosy city governments are totally SCREWED IN THE HEAD!

The problem of homeless could be fixed.

The analysis about Healthcare is correct about demand being more than supply. But what is not really understood is that the Canadian rules make it that way, not lack of medical professionals. In other countries with national health care like UK, you can legally pay for extra care. In Canada, doctors are fined if they try to provide extra care or even want to work extra medical jobs. So you have to ration medical care and care is fixed, cannot grow or increase except by whatever the govt plans. Any additional care can only be obtained outside of Canada or else illegally/on the black market if in Canada.

@CitImmCanada -I came to Canada in 2018 , paid my Tutiom fees working day and night offf , completed my graduation in 2020.I worked as manager in gas station from 2020-2022 during pandemic putting my life on risk , you guys first messed your immigration system during pandemic,after pandemic you got this absurd system of TR2PR , messed up your own system , in which there are Still millions of files pending , then you guys stopped the immigration for 1 year, still I thought it would get better with the time. When the immigration started back in this July the scores were so high that only PHD and people outside Canada with 0 canadian skills can only get the PR. You guys then gave visas to Afghanis , Ukrainians (the fake humanitarian help your government provides )which I don’t mind but the government should have fixed the people who are and we’re here , who came as students , who has all the details of the individuals , has all the experience needed , has all the potential needed to start the career , has 0 criminal record but no you guys keeps getting new and messed up plans. like seriously this country and system is run by this type of people. I am gonna be going back to my country soon as I don’t wantt to stay now in Canada. The coming 10 years will be a disaster if your government and people won’t WAKE UP!!!!

This is for liberals to get new voters bc Canadians are sick of Trudeau . As someone who voted for ppl in every party the last 2 prime ministers were the worst in our history . Well, I guess that most families from Asian counties live together and share space so they will be able to afford homes. I guess that we should educate Canadians that they should not expect to be able to afford rent or owning a home unless you stay with your family and all live together. See, problem solved. Change your expectations and way of life to accommodate a government that prefers to have expansion and growth at all costs instead of fixing our current problems. The past decade of immigrating 300,000 people each year has resulted in a housing crisis, healthcare crisis, poverty crisis and a chronic labor shortage. Prime Minister blackface has decided we need to just increase the immigration levels and it will be fixed, just like how the budget will balance itself and inflation is transitory and totally under control!

If you really want more people then please fix your Immigration Services as those are not functioning at all - I PASSED the citizenship exam 2019 and we are in 2022 and still not invited to take an Oath. So yeah - bring in more people so they will wait for years and years.

Never before has the impending doom caused by our capitalist forumla been so blatently visible and in front of our eyes than in recent years. Where are they going to live? Under the current system, we have more new Canadians bidding up the prices on a limited supply of housing. To say that increased immigration will build MORE houses is just not true. Since 2000, Canada has brought in 5 956 963 immigrants; (Source Statista). During that same period that we brought in almost 6 million new immigrants, Canada’s housing situation has deteriorated to the point so that people are unable to find affordable housing. Forty-year old’s are living in their parents basements because they cannot afford a house or rent an apartment. If 6 million new Canadians only makes housing worse, what will opening the flood gates do? No, we need to fix our problems at home. Ensure that there is enough housing for people to move into before bringing them into Canada.

As a Quebecer, thank you for putting our Belle Province in first. When I clicked play, I was afraid we'd get bashed immediately and ranked tenth. I agree with most of your points, especially relating to the food, history and culture, and the natural beauty of our rural regions (Abitibi-Témiscamingue, my father's home region comes to my mind). \n\nThe only thing is, enough people are having problems with housing in Montreal, and home prices on the island have become unaffordable. This is a factor that contributes to urban sprawl, as a lot of young couples will decide to move to the North or South shores and buy a nice home for a lower price. Also, we haven't invested nearly enough money in public transit over the past few decades, leaving a lot of cities and areas undeserved. At least the REM might help fix some of that!\n\n\nBut thank you for making this video! I also have a lot of respect for the other Canadian provinces and have appreciated what I've seen in Ontario, BC and Alberta.
