American politics is crazier and more entertaining than Canadian politics but it is better watched from a safe difference.. Democrats and Republicans hate each other and Democrats are trying to put Republicans in prison like in a banana republic. Trudeau is bad but not that bad and his political career is circling the drain. Our two main parties are normally sane but boring.

Maybe if they put that much effort into fixing their homeland they wouldn't feel they need to be here. They gonna be in for a surprise when they find out the roads ain't paved with gold here. You make more money but you pay way more money to so what's the diff. I'm for freedom and humanity and I believe in helping the needy but at what point do you draw the fckng line. We can't even or wont even help pur own people we need to do that b4 worrying bout rest of the world. The extreme left I intentionally trying to drive our country into the ground it's clear now we need to wonder why? Maybe so it gets so bad we beg for their globalist or commy bs idk. ? but to me this looks damn near like an invasion why arent we poppin shots and throwing tear gas when we fckng shoot our own citizens just for running away and lock up people who protested the capital Jan 6th for months and years without any real charges. But we let a force of people bust thru our fckng INTERNATIONAL BORDER. Everything is so fckd right now its beyond sad.

The USA is a violent hate filled hell hole, you may be able to find some safe corner if you're lucky but it is flooded with guns and violence, run by religious fanatics and the other deluded. I wouldn't even want to visit there anymore.\n The host comes off like an abused wife trying to find somethin nice to say about her abusing husband, he sounds like he has Stockholm syndrome, hubby's not always violent and unreasonable sometimes he's good, but when asked when he's confused.

America should be proud that these people desire to go to America to be free and to flee from Police corruption and political corruption. So many people post hateful comments against the Americans, but these same people know that there is nobody attempting to get into their country, instead they are attempting to leave. Regardless of the negative views about immigration, immigrants are a valuable investment to any country. The Irish that sought refuge from the misery and hunger from the Irish famine were treated like shit when they arrived in America after they sailed to America on the famine ships. But history proves that they were a great investment to America. So many became successful business people, they became second generation President to the USA like Andrew Jackson, Grover Cleveland, J. F Kennedy, R Regan, etc, and not to forget many Irish in Law enforcement, and the military. So stop thinking that these people are taxing your resources, they may do short term just to help them settle in, but in the long term they are asset's. These people will get employment, pay taxes, start businesses, employ people etc. Think of the glass half full and not half empty. Stop hating on these immigrants as you did with the Irish and welcome them, give them a chance, and be proud that they want to come and live in America to get away from their shitty country and try build a future for their children. What parent wouldn't want to do that for their children ? Jesus said'' Love one another as I have loved you ''

You think Americans have it bad. But think about how bad it must be to risk you life and freedom to come to a country that thinks we are so much. No I don’t think everyone should be a loud. There should be a better way to screen who we let in. If you have a drug or violent on your record than no go back. The sad reality is how many people are scammed when they try to move here. Lots of fake immigration agencies, shady jobs that steal your passport, I've had half a dozen friends lose thousands or go missing trying to move to Canada.

I’m empathetic but we can’t take in others when most Americans can barely keep a roof over our heads/find housing. No. 1 rule when the plane is in trouble, ensure your mask is on and you have air before you attempt to help anyone else. I don't think anyone truly understands how difficult, time-consuming and painful the US immigration process is unless they either work in the system or have immigrated. My dad has been waiting for an F4 visa since 2007 (priority date December 2007) to come to the US and be reunited with his family, It doesn't look like he'll get the visa within the next 5 years even though he's been waiting for 16 years.He's just one of the millions of people trapped in the broken American immigration system.His experience has thought me to never even try to immigrate to the US.

Mexico should never have allowed so many people to cross in to mexico. The military need to be used. Some people could lose their lives trying to cross into the US illegally. Either they enter organised or not at all.

Try to move to a place where u have more lively life than suburb so u can make more friends and can make ur lil India here.

Immigration to Canada is not a fundamental human right. Canada has every right to identify fraudulent immigration and deport you. Protesting against a foreign government and proving to be a headache while on a student visa will hurt your chances of future immigration benefits. Try this in the USA and you ll get a lifetime ban during visa stamping. Canada is way too forgiving.

Even with insurance in the US, if you have a baby, you will be paying tens of thousands of dollars. In Ontario Canada where i live i paid zero dollars. What if someone with prexisting health issues tries to have insurance as an entrepreneur? God forbid they have a child or they will have a huge bill. Im sorry to say that its not as simple as you explained here. Ive heard of my American friends having theor childs broken arm denied by their employers insurance. They ended up owing 90 grand because their daughter fell on uneven ground doing a cartwheel on the grass.

Canada is not a smaller version of the US trying to have the same policies as the US. We are a commonwealth country and align more with New Zealand, and other commonwealth countries who do not bully others.

My sister's boyfriend tried immigrating from the USA and got denied at told it's so hard that unless he is sponsored by a job or married my sister. (Which they are not ready for) it's pretty much impossible for him to move here right now. So I think you need to update your Canada stuff.

We made friends with people that moved here from Wisconsin.
