I was thinking of doing my Masters in Computer Science in Canada but thankfully I didn't. Just after my decision Covid started. Thank god I chose to stay in India and got a job. Also not to mention the killing of so many Indians in Canada. It is not even safe for us to go there considering the terrorism.\n\nEdit - I also never saw Canadians complaining about Trudeau. Interesting video, lots of Indians or people of Indian orgin are also leaving Brampton. They also state it's too expensive. 30% as per news of late are moving back to country of orgin. On the idea of adopting culture, did eurpeans adopt culture of Natives, where are the Natives, to which land did they go to? The culture of those who created residential schools what culture of values is that culture? Was it not that Natives of this land forced off the land, forced into schools taken away from the parents? What happened to treaty rights? We were welcomed here. We did not invade. We did not force our culture on to others. Parents, grandparents and babis lived in the same household helping one another. Less cars, less insurance, spliting the costs, no baby sitting fees, no old age homes. Know even in India adopting the west coroporate culture have old folks homes. The media and TV in bed with coroporations have made people selfish that they will not stay together. Indians are in the same postion as whites. The older gen is left to fend for them selves, in the coming gen who will baby sit the kids, they to will get pets, it will be too expensive for them to have kids.

I bet another reason the government would rather have rentals is they usually pay twice the property taxes that homeowners do. That can amount to tens of thousands a year difference in tax revenue for each and every property on a street. Sad but true.....\nStill I have to agree with the high immigration numbers. i am from hamilton and we are still very diverse here. yes brampton is quiet loaded with indians. i think what has failed is the requirements for immigration has dropped. i mean we use to have highly educated people come in but now the standards have dropped. so anyone with low standards can come walk in. pubjabi votes for jagmeet or trudeau and they are the group with highest crimes in india the state of punjab and there is a big drug and drinking culture that comes here. the minute our standards grow up with immigration requirements then we will get more educated bunch coming in. when we have greedy power hungry people run the country this is what happens. now people are fed up. the other day i was at freshco and some white guys started to lecture me and he openly admitted he is a racist. i pulled out my camera and started to record. he backed off but he could have done anything. he rude and stupid. i was also quiet upset. people were not like this and were more accepting. i can understand his frustration but he said openly he was racist and called me Fxxxxxxx indian etc... this is out of line. i also gave him a mouth full. i told him i have been here 35 years and his mood changed but its quiet disappointing how people react. its not safe or respectful. not sure where we are headed in canada.

2 things: (1)How are Indians to be blamed for the white people homelessness and alcohol/drug use. (2) Since when did Canada belong to the white man? Never was , never is! There are some valid points in the video. However, I didn't get it when you said there are people here who don't look Canadian and don't feel Canadian. Punjabi Sikhs from India have been part of Canada since the early 1900s, and alot more came in the 1970s.... So the sikhs have been part of Canada for a long time... Now, coming back to immigration point, blame the federal govt. and not the people.... I have alot points on why Indian people live in Brampton but..... The city of Brampton has become lawless...and a DUMP. People putting/dumping their garbage all over the place. Property standards gone to the dogs. No regards to by-laws. Lawns overgrown;, people concrete their yards without keeping drains to drain water; parking on the grass. Contractors are refusing to take contracts in Brampton because they are having difficulty in collecting payments. Its a mess here. I have seen Indians who run from brampton to Mississauga, Cambridge and kitcherer.....because there are too many Indians in Brampton.

This is happening all over the West. Why is the West so many visas to Indians? Even Westerners of Indian heritage are complaining of their communities being swamped by these people, it’s causing tension, people do not want to see their communities changed over night.

They just happened to move to this area because of close proximity to Toronto and affordable housing at one time. In the early 80s, there was an influx of Indians that moved to a large housing apartment on Weston rd and st. Clair. As they got their feet on the ground with jobs, they moved to Brampton/Mississauga because there was a boom of new housing. It’s no different from other places in the gta like when the Europeans came, they congregate to certain towns and cities. Woodbridge with Italians, Portuguese in certain areas in Toronto, Chinatown, et cetera. And people are speaking their own languages in these cities I mentioned. This is truly about a visible minority. European immigrants in the 50s to 70s were told that there was too much immigration as well. It’s a cycle

I'm an immigrant. Came here in the early 90s as a 3 year old. And i remember seeing people of all backgrounds in school. Eastern Europeans, Asians, and etc. But now they all seem to be Indian. Why do we keep importing Indians? Toronto now is comprised mostly of Indians and Asians. We have no homes, infrastructure is falling apart, and hospital wait times are at an all time high. International students all Indians. All the cars getting stolen are by Indians. The gold heist at Pearson all Indian.

Where did the other Canadians come from? Europe. The original Canadians have all been disenfranchised from their land. If anyone should be complaining it is them. Just some knowledge here, Punjabi Indians, Hindus Indians, and Sikh Indians, are all Indians, the British Empire could decide to classify us as much as it wanted. It is Karmic that the U.K. stole 45 trillion dollars of wealth from India and now is breaking apart itself. It seems it gorged on our wealth and could not digest the theft and genocide against 66 million Indians through intentional caused colonial famines. Not one famine occurred since 1947. If Canada does not need skilled people from India than pass laws to prevent their coming. Multiculturalism does not work only in one direction.

And people have the cheek to ask Singapore why we continue to maintain a strict race demographic of 75% Chinese, 15% Malay and 7.5% Indian since independence 58 years ago.
