I suggest you go to Philippines. It’s more fun living there because its a beautiful county and people are kind, friendly and so much hospitable and that will enjoy staying there. Lots of traveling bloggers from other countries are coming there this time and as I have seen in YouTube, they enjoyed so much specially with the beautiful scenic the Philippine has.

Thank you for opening our eyes. I don't think I can survive living this kind of lonely life. Blessed to be an African.

It’s almost like a skit from This Hour Has 22 Minutes, except that this is no spoof and it isn’t funny. Kind of scary when you think of it actually.

I have been reading the posts and almost all are saying life is lonely, here in US or Canada or Eu. So why do you want to come. You can happily stay in your country and enjoy your culture or whatever. It looks like the season that you're filming is winter and its going to be very cold in most places, so most of them stay back in their houses. Everything is available along with all kinds of foods in these countries. May be you dont know how to cook any kind of food and you might have been used to somebody cooking for you. If you feel stressed then meditate or do yoga or take a long walk on these beautiful and clean roads that are not found in many countries.. OR Stay back and dont come to USA/Canada/EU, unnecessarily leaving all that goodness in your countries.

You're comparing apples to oranges. Look around at the neighborhood that you're walking in you'll see that it is in the early springtime. Weather is very cold and sometimes wet. It's uncomfortable to be outside in that kind of weather that in Africa the weather is more conducive to being outside. Also in the Midwest and the South have the USA in the summer time the humidity and heat is oppressive enough to drive you inside. Until the evening. The weather is just not inviting to be outside that's why the houses are constructed that way. I spent 60 years of my life in the midwest USA. I hated the weather oh, I moved to Chiang Mai Thailand the north of the country in the mountains the weather is fantastic at least nine months out of the year. Americans socialize at church, also at the municipality gymnasium but usually has a swimming pool and exercise Club. They also socialized at the local bar.

This video seems to really capture the reality of a typical America and the narration really crystalizes it. Even though it depicts a less urban setting, the same stillness can be found in cities and suburbs. It’s not what you see on Netflix or in Hollywood where there’s a story to be told and you do see a lot of human interaction from scene to scene. In real life America so many lead an isolated life indoors except for when one has to go to work or school. One explanation for this, however, is that community in America and many societies is not geographically determined. It’s structured around work, school, church, one’s immediate family if there is anyone and other kinds of civic associations. Loneliness really comes in when one does not belong to any of these “communities”. One’s geographical community (in a society like America’s) simply does not or cannot provide a sense of belonging. It provides physical and material comforts but not emotional or social sustenance, which has to come from those other types of associations. And I sense this is not just a Western world phenomenon. I think it’s happening everywhere and simply a fact of life wherever the vast majority of people living in any space have no family ties with one another. In a village or neighborhood setting in a place like India or Africa, you’ll have such liveliness on the streets and among neighbors because a lot of the people there are simply relatives of each other.

I love this kind of house and surrounding areas. It's have large territory & beautiful greenery. Suitable for just run away for awhile from chaotic city. I would like to stay in this kind of environment after retirement. If you don't like just get out from there. Simple.

Who wants that kind of streets, communities of Lagos, Nairobi or slums of Mumbai or Rio de Janeiro, and so on? Everyone must live in its boundaries otherwise conflicts emerge. Neighbors can be friends regardless of the country they live but friendship doesn't mean to be getting along all the time, crowding to he streets with children shouting madly . See how silent and peaceful this place is, no one is shouting, no garbage, no motorcycle running around, no cars with loud sound, no people messing up around. This is civilization.

Hi all how you all doing ,hope your all well.\n\nOoh yeah i wanna marry from there and am so.used to.loneliness which is better than the toxic beings.Believe you me there's nothing out here that is WORTH IT,only a Roof over your head. \n\nAnd what would Pipo do outside of you have nothing to do....it's not like idlers sitting out there.\n\nManze we need each other at the end of the day....be kind to your neighbour ...stop being stingy with love care, play together.i guess even here in Africa we shall come to that.ONE HAS TO GET HOME SICK FADT TO STYLE UP.Culture shock.\n\nThat's why when most of this guy's come back they act different and we despise them because we don't know the shock they had and Culture shock they got to adapt the life style.\n\nThanks fr the video

The biggest curse in a man’s life to leave his country behind to chase empty dreams \nWhat shines isn’t most of the times gold \nGuys dont do it I wasn’t listening when I was young \nIt’s kind of irreversible the longer you stay abroad away from your country the harder it gets to ever return back\nYou get inevitably homesick to the bone and loneliness prevails \nOn top of that and mostly important is that having a family in western societies is like jumping from a roof top excepting to come out in one piece, there’s always a chance but the odds are against you by far \nExcellent content

Haha? you got it right Brother. That's my first culture shock 35 years ago. I took my parents and they didn't even last for a year they went back. I told my kids as soon as you all done in college I will deport myself back. Socialization is definitely missing. Besides people has no time to do that because people work 2-3 jobs to pay that high mortgage. My friend has 3 jobs. She was so tired that she fell asleep with her mouth full of rice. Great topic you have. If you don't have a strong personality you end up looney in these kind of life.

I don't mind that kind of lifestyle. Where do I sign to go and work in Canada? I have no problem with indoor activities and with being with myself.

Does he not realize how dangerous it is for him to walk this kind of streets as a black man in America or Canada?? Pretty sure calls to police department were made. Please be careful. Same with white or Asian people walking in the hood of NYC. It's unfortunate humanity and society are not safe anymore anywhere depends on who you are. ?

Simple. Ban corporations of any kind, local or multinational from owning residential property of any kind. They buy up entire 30,000 unit new developments at once. Force them to liquidate all assets and sell it well below market value. That'll free up a few million homes, condos and apartments units. Trudeau will NOT do this. That would be too hard. He's a rule follower if it comes to punching at anyone with more power than him. Coward.

trudolf nods like twitch freeland now. I wonder what kind of pills schwab is giving them, to not realize that they are the most arrogant incompetents Canada has ever been plagued by? trudolf absolutely destroyed our country with his marxist disease. No one in Canada has ever been more unqualified to be Prime Minister than him.

I love India. Lovely country. Rich culture. Best place to bring up children. Big family. But it all depends on person to person. Will never feel lonely. Very kind, compassionate and loving people. Especially during lockdown the way people have helped each other. I am blessed to be born here. I travel around the world.

Africa is perceived to give higher social life. The truth is that our social life is derived from poor economic status. Good example, let's take Nairobi leafy suburbs or any other city. In such areas residents tend to mind their own issues hence they remain indoors of workplace. But areas with lower economics status. The residents share almost all the facilities.. what will you do indoors when you have no electricity? How will you pay for delivery services while you can not afford the food? They have communal water area. People sell their commodities anywhere even on road reserves, no designated play area hence children have to play by the roads. When the system will work properly we will experience that kind of western social life.Next time give a realistic comparison.

Totally agreed. I came back from Canada in 2019 because I was getting all kinds of panic attacks due to loneliness and I also have gained so much that I got into depression. It’s been 3 years now and I am still in India and now I have made my mind like the moment I start getting panic attacks I will either come to India or go to Australia and stay with my sister . Sadly I don’t believe in Canadian marriages as these are short lived marriages. So loneliness hits me even more but the better part is I am single so I have some options to escape from lonely life.
