I had a conversation with my Uber driver last week, he was a immigrant from the middle east himself, we were both upset about people coming over here and not integrating into Canadian culture and society. He said he came here so his children could grow up in peace and prosperity, but every day he sees people trying to make Canada more like the place he left.? Even new Canadians from those parts of the world are saying we need to slow down, take in less people, and only allow those who want to live in peace and give their children the opportunity of freedom in Canada while keeping out those who refuse to integrate and even worse are actively trying to destroy Canadian culture (Ex no more Halloween or Christmas in schools)

Increasing homelessness crime drugs and food prices. Bad policy are the major causes of this. 700 know tarriest deport them now . Criminal activity deport them now . Vote for tarriest liberals deport them now just kidding education if still want to destroy Canada and canadians then deport them.

I think the system was designed intentionally to empty immigrants pockets and then push them out. Sell Canadian Dream, bring as much immigrants as possible. Make them pay crazy rents and keep them in never attainable certification limbo. By the time they realize they are already exploited by the system. They will end up spending all their life savings and youth in Canada doing odd low skill jobs. Cruel system for taking advantage over naive immigrants. I hope soon more and more immigrants will understand this and make wise decision of not coming to Canada at least for now.

Immigration and real estate is a source of income for Canada, any prime minister or party will not give up this source of income. \n Most of us probably see that class of people who are ready to come to Canada with the hope of changing their lives for themselves and their families, but we don't see those super rich people who bring poisonous and huge amounts of money into Canada! Obviously, no country is perfect, but I moved to the US this year and really like iit, Canadians can get US work visas like TN or L1 adjudicated at the airport, a huge benefit as US consulates are very slow.\n\nMy reasons for prefering the US:\n\nMuch better career opportunities, paid morre, less tax,most things are cheaper , from eggs to houses, even Amazon..much better selection and variety in the US.\n\n\nLiving in cold weather is bad for your health, sunshine and being outdoors is much better. Even in November I can go outside in shorts. The long winters in Canada are depressing and bad for your health.\n\nUS has every climate, if I want cold/snow, I can go to Colorado or Montana etc..you can go to Florida, Hawaii ...Vegas NY..\n\n\nMuch better flight options available in the US. Houses are cheaper and bigger.\n\nMuch better infrastructure and highway network in the US, awesome for road trips, very clean rest stops.\n\nMuch better to be paid in USD, helps when you travel the world, CAD is worthless.\n\nAgain, if you are in your 20s/30s, and qualify, emigrate to the US.

They also need to remove age barriers. I am an older teacher in the US with two credentials who has had my education certified by ICAS. However, I don't know whether I can get certified in Canada. I also have an allied health license but have not used that in some years. Overall health, rather than age should be the deciding factor.

I am from the Philippines, and I have many relatives in Canada, and they are FRUSTRATED about the high costs of living, many of them, especially the Older generations are coming back to the Philippines, because of the HIGH costs of living, fortunately for me, I choose to MIGRATE to the US, which is for me is a LOT easier, again, maybe this is according to your own settings.
