If the Muslims are fearful about living in Canada then they can move to somewhere else like Saudi which is the birth place of Islam without any excuse. Mohammed migrated from mecca to Medina for multiple different reasons , one of the major reason for moving is the Mecca was hostile for him for some period of time.

Islam is political as well as religious, they want to come here and turn Canada into a shithole like the one they ran away from. they cant help themselves. they will never understand that you cant have a safe place so long as ALL rights are guaranteed. and we dont have any idea what is taught in their schools.

Thanks CBC for allowing Asha Tomlinson to work on this video. This is for all Canadians, but most for Black Canadians in Eastern Canada. Cities like Edmonton in particular should be highlighted in this type of videos for their stand on racism. Most cities in Canada are becoming more progressive on racial issues, but Edmonton remains a frightening place for Black people. My message to Blacks in Western Canada is that nothing will change without a challenge. We must stop gossiping about how we are treated and let expose this disease.

I am sure the Canadian govt. knows what is BEST for Canada or they would of NOT let them in , in the first place.  Maybe the Canadians love muslims.  I mean why would you let people in you don't like,  it don't make sense.  I think the Canadians love muslims.  I think Europe loves muslims. IF you don't like them, why do they all come pouring into your country. I think they all love muslims. I'm also Canadian and moved to the USA to marry my (now) husband, and I definitely notice some major differences. I think much of this really depends on where you're living in the US. I spent most of my life in Ottawa, and now live in South Central Pennsylvania. I'm surrounded by hillbillies, haha. In some ways healthcare is better in the US - I have waited much less time for health care, and also if you're paying in cash for the doctor many places offer a discount here. And I hear you on Amazon Prime! I use it all the time here! Not to mention so many cool vegan foods I could never get in Canada are easily available here.

I respect liberated muslims and they sure have the right to follow their faith but these hard line muslims have no place in CANADA look at what they have and are doing to this world, they can chant death to infidels but when others speak up they are racist fuck you

while I agree that there is both subtle and overt racism in most, if not all cities within Canada, I feel like marketplace's 'tests' were rather circumstantial and reaching in many places.....

I had an opportunity to move to California and there was no way I would move to the USA from Canada! It was tempting but when I really looked into it, visited the place I'd be living I was thinking that it was a nice place to visit but never would I live in that shit hole American system.

I love Canada...Going hiking in Banf is one of mine and Michael's favorite things to do..Lake Louise and Lake Morraine is off the charts beautiful!!! Such beauty there!!! I also love the US..Hawaii is da place to be!!!

I've never lived in Canada, we drive through from Alaska, it's absolutely gorgeous!!!! BC is a place I'd love to live. I'm sure I could google it but how do you go from living in one country to the other?

The niquab is jeopardizing my safety. I have no idea who is under that garb. That is scary people. It is a sign of bondage. This is your choice to do in the privacy of their home NOT when in public. I would like to know if these women have ever been to Syria, Iraq, Afghanistan? Your sisters in these places dont have the chance to speak freely, speak to other men. As a Muslim living in Canada, I don't see the harm in a woman wanting to cover herself, I wear the head scarf myself, but in my opinions I don't feel the need to cover myself to prove I am more modest or a better Muslim.  I believe everyone has free will and has the right in this Country to dress the way that the law has allowed them to.  No one has the right to tell someone how to dress, not even the Prime Minister himself.  Telling a woman what she can and cannot wear is oppression.  I truly believe that if Muslims want to live in Western civilization, then they should refrain from covering their faces because the face is our identity and People have the right to know who you are and what your face looks like.  You cannot vote with a covered face, you cannot cover your face in a passport photo, you cannot cover your face for your driver's licence etc... I am a Muslim woman and I say this.  It truly is a shame how the media is portraying Islam and the Muslim people as a whole, and it truly is a shame that Canadians have become so ignorant.  I see more ignorance and racism in Canada than I do in America and 9/11 took place in America.  If you want to know about Islam, learn about Islam from a Muslim, a Library, google Islam, or offer to spend a few days with a Muslim family for research to get a better understanding of Islam and Muslims.  As a Muslim myself I can understand the hatred and the ignorance because we act according to how we were taught and raised, and yes we have many extremists claiming to follow the Islamic faith.  These extremists are not only hurting Western civilization, but they are also hurting the peaceful moderate Muslims that value their rights and freedoms as Canadians.  I do not appreciate ISIS hijacking my religion, I do not appreciate Hamas or Hezballah hijacking my Religion because I am a very accepting person and a very open minded Muslim and to be defined by media as a problem or a terrorist is very hurtful and a shame.

And people act like Canada is some perfect place.

I am an ex-muslim and I live in Turkey. Here is not Middle East but some people want to turn here to Middle East. They want sharia and they are not weak. I wanna get the fuck out of here and live in place with respectful people like Canada.
