Canada is only close to the US and it's far from every other country in the world. \n\nAustralia has all of Asia on top of it hence why Australia gets most millionaires moving into their country than any other in the world. Even Canadian born people are regretting living in Canada, these days. I'm happy people are doing these video's because you don't know how many times I've spoken to immigrants who 100% regret they moved to Canada. And the worst is most spent their savings to get to Canada, but have no money to move back home. Being Canadian = a life of being a SLAVE. That's it. That's all. The medical treatment and facility is much better now in India. You can go to any specialist on one or two days prior appointment. While it takes weeks or some times 3 to 4 months to get to see a specialist in western country. And majority of doctors in western countries are Indians. Over all today's India quality of life and ease of living is much better than earlier years when people use to migrate to Canada ,UK or USA.

This is all verified and public knowledge in census Canada, look it up. 2 million Indians immigrants NOT including “students” which bumps the number to 4.5 million Indians are now legal immigrants. In 10 years at this rate 35% of Canada’s population are Indians. Predominately HINDU and Sikhs. Please explain to me where is the diversity? I’m from a country that has 0.001% representation. No jobs for good experienced people, expenses are more than what you earn, and high interest rates on houses all you do is pay taxes. Life in Canada sucks big time. Hell lot of refugees which comes out to no jobs for you.

Very hard to find a job even if you studied and graduated from a Canadian uni, Low wages that don't match with the expensive accommodation, Awful weather, Quality of life is zero, And finally it's not really safe like how people think it's you would see crimes occrue during the day time not just in the evening. \nBasically you cannot find anything to credit this country for.

Presentation is good but india has changed a lot neighbours or relatives may have time for fun but not when u need if u r sick .The older lady is staying with her son so it will not be a problem but the other lady who is praising so much will understand in another 10 years when she will reach 70 and had to pass her life with maids assistance and they will screw the life if kids r not around .I have seen at least 10 families who suffered a lot in india being dependent on maids .Some moved with kids and some moved OAH

I immigrated to canada 1999 and canada have changed alot . Work opportunity are no near as good. Health care is awful. If you are struggling with mental health or any other medical problem good luck waiting for a veryyyy long time. The housing prices and rentals are extremely expensive. Taxes are high and prices are high as well. Social life is dead. U are a slave to ur job and bills. I live in alberta finding a job is a little easier then Ontario. Winter is very harsh. Honestly if ur living comfortably outside canada? Avoid coming to canada by all means. Life is verry hard here ?.

I agree with safety totally but please tell me in todays time how much rent you pay in gta , how can you afford rent in 2000 dollars look at the inflation here,plus cleaniness is people thing do we keep clean house in surroundings, then car insurance house insurance hydro water grocery cost be practical those who are stuck are stuck that is reality minimum pay is 15:50 dollars In Toronto gta , property tax is annual but you pay every 3 months that will be minimum 700 to 800 dollars think before moving even for bus fare u pay 8 dollars just do maths now if u have house back home don’t come

Not all that long ago are military would have opened up on them and wiped them out. We are being invaded and everyone knows but noone is doing anything about it. There is going to become a time soon and the fighting will be in are streets.

I would have the same advice for anyone thinking about immigrating to America at this time. If you are somewhat stable where you are, stay there. The cost of living here is rising dramatically, and the crime rates seem to be as well. It's work, work, work, and at the end of the day there's no money remaining.

I just need to mention this, and I mean no disrespect to my Nigerian brothers and sisters: Ghanaian, Nigerian and Zimbabwean people have a hard time telling the truth about their home countries. I regularly have calls with friends who moved back to Nigeria, and they are literally weeping. Life sucks there for most people. Why not just tell the truth? No shame in it at all.

Someone should have told me that a million years ago! Complete waste of time and money. Not worth it people. USA with the 10 day vacation days is ridiculous ????. Facts!

Of course, if you're successful elsewhere, why discard it to move to the West? Otherwise, this guy isn't saying wnything that's not alreeady known! He fails to understand that the quality of life is what you pay for. In developing countries, you don't get security, good publi education, utilities 24/7, a working government, no social safety net (aka welfare), etc and you're absolutely on your own. You can't discuss any one thing in isolation. The difference is day and night. Also, time is money and everyone has to be accountable and responsible with both. As an employer. would he appreciate his employees getting paid to waste either and get paid for it? A reason developimg countries aren't doing well is because they fail to understand this, hence the waste of time and everything running late and not as quality. If it was great, why are the developing countries' economies so bad. As an immigrant myself, I know, understand, and appreciate this and think until developing countries appreciates this, they will continue to struggle.

My family and I got permanent residency in Canada back in 2016 and it is true it is not worth it. My spouse and I hold PhDs in Health Services Management and Biomedical Research and were educated and trained in the UK. I was serving as a professor of Biology in my country at that time but Canada wanted me to start over at the bottom as well as my husband despite our proven track record of experience and credentials from accredited British universities. We opted to stay in our home country and today we are far better off and more accomplished at home than we would have been in Canada. The skilled migrant worker program offered by Canada is really for young persons under 30 without families, straight out of unoversity and who are not senior or established in their career. Most notably, we are minorities and felt that we were discriminated against when trying to acquire housing in a surbuban community in Canada and the same was experienced when registering our children for school. Honestly, we did not feel welcomed at all and opted to return home after 8 days in Canada.

Im watching from UK and there is the same feeling about people from africa. They are very slow, they want to take their time. I wouldn’t take this guy’s advice. Dont be discouraged. As an older person who migrated decades ago after protesting in my old country, I encourage young people below 45 to FIGHT for your countries. Fight bad goverments. 7 billion people on the planet cannot move to the few western countries that seem to work and appear attractive on the surface, it’s not possible. You really aren’t allowed to interact with patients and provide personalized service. A pharmacist has to fill anything between 200 to 350 prescriptions, give a certain number of immunizations and see a certain No of patients per day. There is no time for niceties! A corporate professional May work remotely but has to deliver on so many projects he is up till 10pm and only gets up to eat. We have beautiful homes, drive nice cars etc but MUST work like the clock in an assembly line fashion! Most of us pay so much of our income as taxes we end up with less than 70% as paychecks! Things aren’t always what they seem!

The truth is that it is easier for younger folks to integrate than Older folks..reason I encourage younger people to immigrate, you have enough time and patience to understand the system and integrate properly and also at this age you have little or nothing to miss back home. I am forever grateful to Canada and God, I have achieved alot in just a short time. Also I believe the interviewer will have a different story as regards the financial aspect after he becomes qualified doctor in canada. I dont believe you are better off in Nigeria as a Doctor compare to Canada both financially, mentally and socially

I like the fact that the working time in CANADA is staggered and people know their daily working schedule. This is the reason why these countries are successful. If people in back home in Nigeria understand that the work place is not a mini bar things might be a lot better. I am happy he has integrated into the system despite the systemic discrimination.

Statistically Canada has more than 5% of women’s as victims of sexual assault compared to 0.004% in India. No comparison and even if I multiply factor of 100 times under reporting in India which is massive by any stretch of imagination, it is still 10 percent of what is “reported” in Canada. Even in south India esp Hyderabad, lot of students go to usa with debt facing problems, all paperwork done by shady consultancies. My friendly suggestion once undergrad done in india , get a job & work experience at least 2 years in india so you know the work environment. Don’t rush to go abroad. Take your time. Its your parents hard work money.????

As a second generation Nigerian immigrant (parents were born in Nigeria and I was born in the US). I 100% agree w/ his perspective. I’ve spent consider amount of time in Nigeria w/ my side of the family that’s doing well and the other side that aren’t. Aboard should only be for people who have no opportunity back home as in they have tried everything and nothing worked for them. If you are doing well in Nigeria, try and give birth to your kids in the US so they can retrieve citizenship. There is no reason a successful person back home should sell their things and move aboard even for kids as you can send them aboard to receive an education and help them gain citizenship and from their they can file for you. The amount of systemic racism, odd jobs you will have to work (God forbid you don’t have a degree and you move aboard for non degree purposes that’s when aboard will show you pepper), cost of surviving is expense here especially now as inflation is high. It’s just not benefiting especially if you were better off in Nigeria. However, this shouldn’t stop you from coming just know that the road isn’t easy and some places are worse than others. I’ve never been to Canada but have been to the UK and by far would advice anyone from back home to avoid UK at all cost. Not even sure how Nigerians are even making it there lol (it’s a never ending cycle of poverty plus citizenship is very difficult to gain and the discrimination in my opinion is much worse than the US. UK society has a class system and it only really empowers British people. The UK is so bad that they even discriminate against Eastern Europeans that should let you know a lot.) Also why do you think most Brits Nigerians come back to Naija hoping to secure job compared to American Nigerians and let me tell you it’s not because the UK is close to Nigeria, there is a true lack of opportunity. There are more opportunity in the US and possibly Canada compared to the Europe.
