I am living in USA and I totally agree with you. Though I am not from India . But I have seen many of my Indian friends struggling in the USA and Canada. My advice to all of the Subcontinent ,stay in your country .if you have money, invest in your own country rather than to put yourself in jeopardy.

There is need of awareness campaign about the situation of jobs and living foreign countries. Especially Panjab and neighbouring states in special focus for awareness.

Another reason which i would like to point out here is just sheer chaos in name of diversity, beleifs ,un civic behaviour etc.that sorry to say my fellow indians bring. Classic example being Canada, how many unnecessary propogandas and chaos is their because of indians for instance khalistani movement. Why would any country would like to live with that

Can you blame them. The previous administration offered a premium benefits package to any and everyone who wanted it. It was a literal freeforall. Chances are, President Trump would love nothing more than to do business with the countries sending these people. He would love to make deals that would strengthen their economy, give people a reason to live there. Maybe these leaders should bring something to the table other than droves of their own citizens complaining about how bad the situation has become in their home countries. We've already got enough of those here as it is. Sorry.

You know I think this is okay. We will stop the brain drain that we have. Indians are innovators, and silicon valley would not be what it is without Indians. Live and enjoy life ina country that does not have racist sentiments. India will become big, but we need the power of the people to achieve this.

If your country is bad enough to make you want to flee, why do so? Every country has had to struggle. Even here in the US horrible things have happened to it's citizens. You cannot run from your problems. They must be solved, one way or another. The US had a civil war. It was horrible, though you could argue the outcome was good. If you live in a country, you have a duty to be a part of that country. Whether that means voting, partaking in social norms, etc., you are a part of that. It is not another country's problem if that turns out being bad. If the majority of a country installs or allows in one way or another a horrible governing party or group to run things, it is their fault and theirs alone. Like sticking your hand into a hot pan, there are consequences. This will get bad before it gets good. Hopefully it ends good.

Asylum is mean't for fleeing government persecution and you are supposed to claim asylum at the first safe country. It was never mean't for people to shop around and decide which country they want to live in. You can't tell me that there is some leader in south or central america trying to murder all 20 million people that have come here illegally. you cannot come here right now, we have people here who are struggling too. I’m sorry that your country isn’t safe or has a lot of problems, but people in the US can’t afford groceries either and the gov doesn’t help the homeless, disabled or elderly enough as it is. No one should be entering the country until every single homeless citizen has been given whatever appropriate help they need and a place to live. Until our own poor citizens have been given sufficient amounts for food. Some elderly US people get $23 in SNAP monthly and are expected to eat and survive on that, while illegals are handed cards with $800 on them to eat with. How is that ever ok? \nSome of us are existing on like $600 per month, we have veterans living on the streets. These things must change before we can help anyone else. I am not unsympathetic to your cause, but I see too many struggling citizens right now that I have to care about first.

At this point - Feb 2025- a lot of condos have been built in Toronto and guess what, nobody is buying!! The economy dipped with the pandemic as it happened in many other countries! Why travel elsewhere? I have lived and worked in 12 different countries and figured that India has much more to travel and see within...Not many countries can match the diverse landcapes; Himachal/ Uttranchal, Kerala, North east, Goa, Rajasthan. You have hills, beaches, desert covered without a need of passport and Visa..

I almost moved to the US with my parents when I was a kid but was crying because I didn’t want to go. I am so glad that we didn’t move there. We don’t want to go there for many reasons, free healthcare, a good education system because we pay our teachers well and have good quality teachers, we don’t carry guns and don’t want them, thereby our streets are safer. We don’t have mass murders, school killings and all that fear. We don’t have the racial and ethnic prejudice that there is in the US. I have travelled a lot for my company and personal to the US. I was scared and didn’t feel comfortable at all. We know so much more about US geography and history and the US knows nothing about us. Complete ignorance. Well I have no plans to ever visit again. I love our people, our freedom and our culture. We are nothing like the Americans (sorry). I am staying in my beautiful country! I feel safe and happy here! We don’t want the American dream, we are living the Canadian dream!

Trump has already admitted: Tariffs do raise the US Cost of Living and that they are paid by US Consumers (including MAGA Consumers) NOT by the foreign country. He originally imposes a 25% Trump Tariff on Canada but only 10% on its oil and gad exports to the US. WHY?! Because he knows Tariffs will increase the Cost of oil imported to the US and therefore gas prices, and increase the Cost of Living to MAGA Consumers and decrease his political support. Racism has been caused due to Muslims, pushing more and more on the communities in which they are living. Wanting Sharia law. Remember, Trump promised he would lower the cost of groceries. He also said he was going to impose tariffs on imported goods from other countries. You should know that tariffs will RAISE the cost of living not lower it. When Trump was asked about it by a reporter, he said tariff costs are passed along to consumers which may cause short term disruption. But then said he wasn’t concerned about disruption because we should understand. We can’t afford food and gas now. This POTUS has no brain!
