As a Canadian by birth and an American citizen and US veteran by choice I detest Donald Trump. Trump is cancer that has metastasized to the whole Republican Party. General Milley was right when he said that Trump is the most dangerous person in America and by extension, the whole world. I stand with Canada, Mexico and Ukraine.

If you make a person your President, who is not only a 34 times CONVICTED FELON, but is also a FRAUDSTER, who has filed for bankruptcy SIX TIMES, what did you think he was going to do to the economy of the USA?  \n\nDid you not see what he did to the rock solid economy he took over from President Obama in 2016?  It took President Biden 4 years to fix the US economy that Republicans and Trump DESTROYED by the end of 2020.  When President Biden left office the US economy was the ENVY  OF THE WORLD and now in just a few short weeks Trump and Republicans HAVE DUMPED THE US ECONOMY BACK IN YHE TRASH!!!

This person (I cannot call him a man) was a drama teacher before becoming a politician. He's as narcissistic and self absorbed as Trump is. He's worn blackface, has had multiple conflict of interest cases brought against him, claims he's a feminist, but he's treated female ministers disrespectfully...he had to leave his teaching job because he had an inappropriate relationship with a student ......the list goes on! As a drama teacher he can put up a fake front, but he's the same as Trump in every way.

As a proud and sane Canadian I understand most Americans are not in line with the current administration in this and I implore my fellow Canadians in joing me to remain respectful of our American friends neighbors and relatives. Please cheer for the American National Anthem and repect the American flag. Donald Trump and his phonies will pay for their stupidity. To all Americans please don't take retaliation personally, but it must be done to protect our Country and our sovereignty. Trumps tariffs have nothing to do with drugs and the border. It has everything to do with his insane dream of being the ruler of the world.

Trump must be impeached—he must leave his post. Vance must go as well. These people have no place in the American government. When are people going to realize that the Tariffs have nothing to do with fentanyl crossing the Canadian border, that is just a smoke screen. the real reason is the fact that Trump is Putin's puppet and Canada is aligned with Ukraine, so now they are trying to hurt and possibly ruin Canadas economy. The question that needs to be asked is what’s Trump’s moneymaking angle on imposing tariffs. Trump only does stuff where he personally can make money. Somebody or some group or entity is paying him somehow to impose tariffs on America’s main trading partner and ally. That’s the only way this makes any sense.

The prime minister needs to negotiate this in person with president Trump and not through the public. He is creating anger between canadians and americans.

this is what happens with Trump, we will see how long the Americans will be happy with their choice. USA is out and can not be trusted. I am Canadian. Totally disagree with the tariff war. The personal animosity and pettyness between Trump and Trudeau should not negatively affect folks on both sides of the border. Hopefully this stuff will stop when Trudeau finally leaves the stage at the end of the month.
