Australian universities ban Indian students from Punjab, Gujarat and Haryana amid visa fraud concerns. Canada should follow the same because these so called students not coming to study but to work.

For Australian's it's easy to get work but for foreigners it's not

Jesus! Can’t tell you how happy I am to be born in Australian and live on an island boarded by oceans ??

As someone who lives in San Diego, I feel the most commonality with Australians. I think we have a similar spirit and outlook on life.

I'm a fan of Danger TV which features Australian Customs (not the shrimp on the barbie type). It's fascinating!

I am an Australian. We seem to have a similar situation. Many of the children of baby boomers have given up attempting to purchase a residential property. Plus, our R & D spending is one of the lowest in the OECD.\nConservative, middle-class Australians, who until recently were in charge of the place, are not big picture people. Their concerns usually centre around their favourite private school and private health premiums.\nWith what is termed negative gearing, an amazing number of property investors don't pay a cracker in taxation. It's the same with our gas and iron orr exporters.\nWould you believe we have the lunatic situation of being the world's largest exporter of LNG, but have a shortage of it on Australia's east coast? We are even considering constructing terminals to import our own gas back from Japan!

Don't blame the australian economy ou government for the fact that you find it hard to get a job. The aim of Australia or Canada is not to garantee a good paid job to all the students that come from Africa. Many african students stay in Canada after university despite the fact that they cannot find a job and they are very sad about it. If they are not happy in Canada (or in Australia) they might as well go back to their country and stay there.

As an Australian, I agree they are on point. Including the very last bit about trying to bring in food. When I was at Customs one time, I witnessed a little old Asian lady busted for trying to smuggle in some no-no food. The officials were NOT nice with her, because she was being entitled, difficult and uncooperative. Can't recall if they arrested her in the end or simply confiscated the goodies. \n\nAustralia takes this issue VERY seriously. Make sure you check the list of verboten items before coming to Australia, or you may get booted out without ever having left the airport.

Instead of buying arsenal for Ukraine. And trying to disrupting Russian prosperity . Decided to marginalize American Natives . That doesn’t help racism , Helping Nazis with o open an access to make Germans , British, Australians . Is obvious that we want global domination , to make more millionaires and keep rotating the wheel . Something is going to give . \n Thank GOD Russians have the head in the right place .

Canadian and Australian Economics are so similar.
2023-04-23 0
Australian here! the most amazing part about this video was the fact that 17% of Canada's GDP come from mining and the wider resources sector. Australia often gets put down in the world of economics for being too reliant on mining even though Mining only makes up 10% of our GDP - wishing Canada the best of futures from your southern counterpart, Australia!\n\n@ECON pls do a video breaking down Australia's Economy

As a fellow Australian I agree lol

I thought they were going to say “ Australians” for Australia’s biggest export

As an Australian, I'm happy that people are aware of our most Australian qualities

As an Australian, I failed almost the entire thing

I love watching the Australian border control shows. Especially when people are so blatant about sneaking stuff in and they get all butthurt when caught.

It quite annoying that some people think that Australians and new Zealanders. Are the same I'm from New Zealand and it is not the same as Australia

I just got Australian citizenship because of this video

S was so funny and I’m not even Australian. I laughed all through, I couldn’t hold my cup of water\nHave you ever laughed so hard your hand doesn’t work properly anymore

I know just enough about Australian culture to get this. Very good.
2023-03-29 0
You forgot the slow internet LOL I agree with EVERY SINGLE POINT you made dude! Specially 11:30 I have been here for 15 years, and I still feel unwelcomed. They indirectly make you feel unwelcomed. Australians are low-key racist. Not every Australian will directly tell you to get out of their country, but they give you that vibe by not being friendly. They look at you different.
2023-03-28 0
As an Australian, this is shit and encapsulates none of Australia's culture.
2023-03-28 0
Every Australian I've met in Europe is always on a months-long trip. Like of you finally made it off the island you're gonna get the most out of it ?
2023-03-28 0
When did CNN become Fox? Thanks for furthering the narrative folks. It's an invasion! They're gonna take our jobs! We can't feed our own people! It's the cartels! What if this were a train full of Australians or Ukrainians? F-ckin hypocritical outrage bullsh-t.
2023-03-28 0
So true and I'm not even Australian
2023-03-28 0
Now how many people are hearing the Australian accent as you where reading the comments ?
2023-03-28 0
Not Australian, but I can appreciate all of it. The straight forward mentality is spot on. The sausage was a perfect capper. ???
2023-03-28 0
Nailed it mate! \nAs an Australian, this is incredibly funny to listen to ?
2023-03-27 0
A good thing they don't have aspirations of true freedom. Australians gave them up, just like the rest of the liberal diseased lunatics, that were able to overpower its citizens.
2023-03-26 0
I'm not an Australian, but I fuck with Priscilla.
2023-03-26 0
Why would an Australian be upset if they get confused for New Zealanders? That's an upgrade dude. If someone confused an Ozzie for a kiwi, the Ozzie should do keep their mouth shut, ride this wave of good fortune for as long as possible. It's like in America, if you went to Sanford University and people thought it was Stanford University. You don't correct them, you just let them be wrong.
2023-03-23 0
Well everyone knows what whites have done to innocent native Americans, native Canadians , Australian aborigines , Africans and Asians\nThey looted these people \nRobbed them of their property, homes and land\nAnd claim it to be their own country \n??????\nWhat a joke!

For those who want to study here in Australia - be warned that you are buying an education first & foremost. Australia does not owe you anything more that, but they are very greatful that you are contributing to their economy. Australian businessess will only cherry pick the best of you, so you can't just be average and expect a job. If they want average there are plenty of Australians to choose from for that, except those jobs who are in very high demand (e.g nursing).

I think you got the last part of your video wrong. Australians gravititate to the coast, however in Canada people gravititate to the US Boarder where 90% of the population live within 240km to the boarder. Most of Canada is uninhabited. The East coast of Aus is where most of Australians live, so you will encounter more cities there. In addition we have greater diversity in our landscape than Canada. We have the tropical north, deserts in the middle, as well as snow peaked mountains in the south. I think your opinion would have been different if you have lived on the East coast (I happily live in Perth).

I have to agree vegemite is the best!! And yes I dislike being confused for an australian when I am a Kiwi. Priscilla Queen of the Desert is the BEST ABBA movie ever!!!
2023-03-12 0
Trying to tell if that was tongue in cheek complaining about Aus/NZ being the same and then using an accent that is just ever so slightly more Kiwi sounding than Australian lol

Australians depicted on the internet: G’day mate, I’m gonna do my daily routine exercise by destroying a huntsman spider nest before dawn\n\nAustralians depicted on Border Control: Can’t come in mate, you didn’t declare this packet of sweets
2023-03-09 0
Australian customs be damned, can't get my saucissons past them.
2023-03-09 0
Vegemite ?? as non-australian, I agree to disagree with them

As an australian, every single point there is absolute gold; there was not a single line in which I didn't crack up
2023-03-08 0
So you are brushing up on your Aussie trivia prior your Australian tour ??? god forbid you get refused entry???
2023-03-07 0
Am Australian. Can confirm this is correct.
2023-03-07 0
Wrong. \nTheir biggest export is criminals who were born in New Zealand, moved with their families to Australia as toddlers, and grew up as Australians knowing nothing else. Once they finish their sentence they get deported to NZ where they have no family, no support, and no understanding of the culture.

Honestly a lot of these issues are in Australia too ( I'm Australian ) And we have many people coming here. Every country has its pros and cons

Brah I'm Australian and I was wigging out seeing none of my partner's family in Miami drinking the tap water but buying bulk bottles imstead, turns out that shit nasty.

Thank you for your detailed information, it sounds like in Australian while I thought Canada would be better especially the health system, Thanks

*Australia*\nPros: lack of guns means no one has guns and no one needs guns, fisticuffs is the norm.\nWe dont have tipping here, its covered in the cost of the food.\n\nTax is automatically taken out based on ur income status, so u wont ever have to worry about declaring taxes unless u want to get a tax rebate or tax back.\n\nLower popualtion, so less violence, less altercations, less roadrage, less going postal as no one is really carrying guns.\n\nCons:\nThe creatures that can kill u, u cant see.\nIts hot a lot.\nCost of living is more expensive.\nWe are slightly left leaning.\nAnd we are still catching up technology wise, internet for example.\n\nBut overall Australia is pretty good to live in. My family are scottish italian and ive never really been raised other than Australian. They liked Australia so much they left Italy and scotland at the airport and became proper Australian citisens. Ive had free education, healthcare, free sports, ive had a good run. Australia has been good to me. I would be like a latino/dago or something for trump if i was american lol

As an Australian in fkn Australian summer I fantasize about being in Canada where the sun won't scorch my skin off my bones
2022-12-31 0
I totally agree with you. Lets also not forget the majority of the GDP from Australia is mainly contributed by only a few major cities (Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane), whereas in the USA the massive GDP are contributed by much more equal geographically distributed cities from the west coast to the east coast. If you are a young person, migrate to the canada/usa route is a much better choice than choosing isolated Australia in terms of experience and exposure to new ideas. Australian is friendly but not easy to become friends with. You only see them at work and talk a few things and then after work, probably not going to have much further connection.
