For those who wander ?\n\nI've been living in Canada for the past two years, and while it has its challenges, there are also many positives. Back in India, my career had just started, and I felt stuck in my job. It was a great company, and I was happy to some extent, but I needed a change. Moving to Canada gave me the opportunity to explore and realize that there's so much more to the world than just my home country.\n\nAlthough Canada might not be the ideal place for everyone to settle down, fees is expensive but it really depends on your personality and outlook on life. If you're in your early 20s and you believe in yourself that you can MAKE IT and pay back the fees to the bank or your parents then, I highly recommend coming to Canada, the USA, or the UK. Travel to different places, learn new languages, explore different cultures and meet new people. Eventually, when you feel ready to settle down, choose the place you liked the most or return to your home country. But until then, embrace the journey and wander.

I have no problem with people coming from other countries to find a better life in Canada. Work ,pay your bills and stay out of trouble ,you should have a nice life . The problem comes from leaving a country where you were not happy and trying to bring that country to Canada. I am sorry you ae not happy in Canada, I encourage, you to move on.

As a punjabi Canadian who's parents came here over 50 years ago. Watching international students abuse things like food banks makes my blood boil beyond belief. One of the things I've always loved most about being Canadian is our reputation for being kind, caring, polite and helpful.\n\nIndia has a very different mindset, it's much more cutthroat and people are taught to find and abuse any and every advantage they can. When I was younger it was always really fun watching new families come here because the difference in mindset was so refreshing to them and it wasn't uncommon for them to want to very enthusiastically be a part of it.\n\nNow I see families come from India and they seem almost offended by the idea of wanting to contribute or help improve the communities and areas they live in. In the past they could see for themselves that mindset made things better for everyone, but because there's so much immigration now, they tend to move into areas where other new immigrants are also living and getting exploited by other slightly less recent immigrants. That cutthroat mentality is all they see and feel, everyone is looking to get something from them and give nothing back. So they do the same, and attempts to show them the things I love most about Canadians is perceived as just another hustle trying to take advantage of them.\n\nNobody is happy with this, nobody wins.

It’s not Arabs or any country that are not ready to take Palestinians. Everyone is happy to take them and help. But Palestinians don’t want to leave their land. They want to live there or die there. I honestly think some Canadians people have memory problems. 30 years ago Brampton was known as the town with the most Indians. Nobody complained. The cost of living and housing went up in the last 10 years and now all of a sudden people complain about something that has always been. The only difference is theres more Indian students. Its a student issue, not an Indian issue. Then you got white drugged up people blaming immigrants for their choices. Nobody forced you to do drugs. If you are poor and homeless this does not mean you turn to drugs. The land is vast, there are plenty of chances. Blaming immigrants for your failure is a classic gaslighting tactic that is just pure bs. The reason why crime and drug addiction is up, is because lack of government punishment for open drug use, lack of protecting the mailing system, lack of cracking down and normalization of drug use. You go to Dubai, An Arab city that has majority Desi people. Where is the crime where is the drugs? None. Everyone is happy. This is not an Indian issue this is a Canada issue.

People in Canada are the problem, not the government. Canada people are very lazy and passive aggressive. They suck at their jobs and always charge more because they are lazy. If you are not happy with the poor services they gave you, they will blame you for being rude and refuse to provide the service which you have paid for. This can be a difficult subject . The bottom line is if immigration is done only to achieve votes for one party or another its not good. This is wrong. If the immigrants are legal and not being used for political purposes then this is helpfull . But we should also encourage our own birth rate and maintain a employed productive propers population . Increasing tax revenue to support social welfare medicine and food shelter and protection. A larger employed population will allow taxes to be lower psychologically employed people are productive happy confident . This should be our aim not political agendas. But Indian immigrants are the issue - People whom are happy to move half way across the world in hopes of a better life, are thriving and being productive members of society. Hi Tyler, I love your videos. What's my take on America? 10 years ago if you had asked me I would have moved to the States in a heartbeat! I was head over heels in love with New England. Loved the ocean, loved the seafood, loved the quaint New England towns... But then your politics took a turn for the worse and Trump was elected president. I was so shocked and disappointed that so many people supported this vile man. I know not ALL Americans support him but there are far too many that do and that scares me. I've seen the dark underbelly of your country through this lens and I am very happy that I never had the opportunity to fulfill my then dream.

To be honest, The Hudson's Bay Company and CP Rail are essential to Canada's history. Canada is a wonderful country for me and my family. I don't know any other country that would be so loyal to foreigners. Perhaps it was easier for me to adapt here, because we are from a European country where Christianity is widespread. We love Canada and embrace its traditions. Winter sports are great entertainment for children and adults. We also celebrate Halloween, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas, Valentine's Day, Canada Day and more. My children quickly adapted to school and I am happy that they like it! The people here are wonderful and friendly, always willing to help. There are so many possibilities! Why do we have such different impressions about this country?

Canada’s statistics are no different than Australia, USA and France for example in terms of homelessness and home ownership. Our foreign born population is about 20% -Australia it’s 22% - the USA the most immigrant fearing nation around has only 13% - that’s something to strive for lady!. \n\nCanada needs immigrants and lots of them to fill positions Canadian borns are too posh to do. \n\nWorld wide interest rates are high, housing developers are running into delays with things like world wide shortages and local communities having long convoluted permit processes, and volatile prices for home construction materials etc. \n\nWe Canadians are happy to buy from Chinese and USA manufacturers to the point we depend yet again on global markets. \n\nThe bottom line is the Provinces have authority over housing and haven’t wanted the Federal Government to butt in at all. Every third person that you meet in Canada in 20 years will be from South Asia. Most of us are economic immigrants and came here to live a happy peaceful prosperous life and contribute to the economy in the form of taxes. We are not a drain on the exchequer - most of our unproductive part of our lives have been paid off by India and now Canada is reaping those benefits. Who said they don't want to go home? Canada invites international students with a promise to give them PR if they can finish school and qualify using one of the programs. I know because that's how I came to Canada. Unlike the US where it's hard to stay and you need a marriage, in Canada you can use a qualifying job. Usually people sponsored by family to get PR, as well as refugees, are put ahead of international students as well as those on work permits. \n\nIn the meantime, International students over-pay into post secondary, as well as working off campus and paying taxes, but are always last in line when it comes to being granted PR. The rules change so much so fast, it's easy to find yourself out of time and kicked out of the country. \n\nSo whoever watches this will be happy that International students are getting kicked out, but the problem with too much immigration won't be solved because the country is still taking in so many refugees. Right now it's international students getting the axe and are the scape goats in ths game. \n\nAlso, the reason why Canada takes in more immigrants beyond the obvious, is because they want to eventually do away with property rights. So while people can cheer kicking out international students, it doesn't prevent the inevitable from happening, because the politicians took in too many new people.. \n\nAnyway, good luck to everyone, from either side of this debate, it's bad news all around wharever the final outcome.

Good! I was born in Russia and immigrated here as a kid with my mom. A lot of Russians went back for similar reasons, and I’m happy for them. You should go to where people live your values…and not try to change the values of the place you go to.

What a joke when my parents came in Canada in the 50s they were treated like slaves. You had to go in a certain part of Canada and work your ass off to died. These people are coming in getting social programs from the government and even complain. To the point where sheets of plywood were you couldn't find them and they went up 100 times and price. Solo's hundreds of billions of dollars that the government's going to take back and taxes from us all draw the cost of housing through the roof. Instead of at the time redirecting half of those two it was 500 billion take a half of that investment in putting it into infrastructure technology innovation for industries. Our education systems from kindergarten through to postsecondary education and spending it on the Canadians that were here. We've turned our post-secondary institutions in Canada into diploma Mills where you know your VA and your you know postgraduate degrees or you know they're worthless. However the government and the education system grew into a very profitable industry grinding out worthless degree after worthless degree for foreign students who thought when they got these degrees with 50% of Canadians have. People have to realize that post-secondary education is a big business so they're going to sell you a dream that's going to cost you a lot of money what I suggest is when YouTubers want to do something on Canada do some proper research let people know that we really do have quality post-secondary education system but you have to look at when you graduate those jobs going to be there to pay that large salary does White collar jobs are disappearing almost gone I purchase an app for my company with small company about 10 employees this inexpensive app alone has taken my office staff from 7: to 2: I have a 10 Red seal tradesman tradeswomen these 10 highly skilled trades people earn between 125 and 145,000 a year in gross salary and I need five more of these highly skilled people and I can't find them cuz everybody's running in to get a useless postgraduate degree. I do find it slightly offensive that a lot of new immigrants new Canadians immigrate to Canada to purely exploit it for its wealth Canada should be looked at as a place to come put your hard work in the struggles the ups and downs? and look at it as your home instead of you know a piggy bank but people are going to leave and there's a long line up to get in I've seen in my 40 year career you know three major reps and three major downs. What's happening in Canada's economy and the economies around the world it's all the same the US economy's doing quite well and talked to last couple of weeks friends that have invested their and families have been there long-term at present the United States is building a war economy so there's money pouring into that effort it does have a booming you know Hi-Tech boom as well however the tech boom is offshore with American companies and it's taking place in a part of the world that no one would think it would take place so if your graduate in the tech industry go online do a little research you'll find out where it is the USA is building a huge chip factories I think they just poured in 70 or 80 billion dollars we're in a transitioning economy don't get discouraged put your head into it do your homework find out where these new jobs are coming from which jobs are not going to be here. Traditional White collar you know middle management upper management jobs they've been gone for years everyone's think of themselves as an independent contractor. Went to canada in 2005 ..... completed my masters in wireless....got honors...worked legally for 5 years ....applied for PR...with all legal.papers ....but got rejected and never given a reason..i felt so bad...and moved back to my home country (India )....worked in many major companies and became an expert in my field....travelled around the world happily..earnin and leisure...im happy canada rejected me...though the country is beautiful...it is makes everyone feel like a labor worker.....i feel privileged out of canada....God always gives best to good and honest people...

A lot of people in this country don’t realize how much of a gift it is to be born in Canada, as a son of two immigrants who left their country, their family, their beliefs only for me to have a better life here in Canada. It’s mind boggling for me how people born here haven’t taken advantage of the infinite amount of opportunities. I have not finished high school but have worked on bettering myself since the day I dropped out, this life is not for the weak minded it’s for the risk takers. If the homeless who lived here their entire life couldn’t make it happen for them and are not happy with their current situation I would strongly advice them to seek help for their mental health, change their bad habits, quit their addictions and if that doesn’t suffice maybe move to a third world country just to experience true homelessness, true hopelessness..

There's definitely a money threshold in Canada you NEED to make to .... have fun and live well. If you're a lifetime renter, or entry level worker.... it doesn't make sense. My family is established from previous happy decades. But even for us there is stagnation and living on savings (many family members moved back to EU, and I'm thinking of it as I'm fluent in many languages there).
