You don't need to speak to the American people you act like we have a say in what happens ?

You say there's no need or reason for these tariffs but that is according to you. Donald Trump has made it very clear what he asks from the Canadian people. You are choosing to do something but not everything he's asking. He doesn't want to be unfair to anybody, but he also doesn't want to be treated unfairly as a country. So please listen to what he asks. He holds all the cards again. He can and will destroy your economy and you will become his and our 51st State. Thank you

When I was growing up in Canada, hearing of someone being a “Proud American” was something I admired. Today it’s a punch line to a joke about the American education system. They have nothing left to be proud of, and I’m so thankful to be from this country instead. Canada already taxes US imports at an average of 25%, so these US tariffs only balance the playing field.
