Wow..that speech..that the lovely Canadian lady, said was priceless…my family and I feel..the same way! And ..because of our upbringing.. and teaching our children..that racism is wrong..! I feel like.. we are being played….

My wife can't get a job because all the places she applies are full of student worker immigrants. It's all on me to work 6 days a week and I'm fucking breaking. I've become full of hate and racism.

We are all immigrants other than the indigenous and Inuit. My father’s family can be traced back to 1538. He is French Canadian and native. My mom was an Irish American from Cleveland Ohio. This country has changed so much. I am at a loss. We need to speak out our opinions. I have lived here all over Canada, all my life. Why can we open up the the immigration doors when we did not have the infrastructure. It was insane. It hurt the original Canadians. The migrants are treated special. There should not be kickbacks. The govt has created this racism by giving immigrants priviliges

Man is right when he says that we're losing our culture it's hard to keep your culture when you are persecuted for talking about your culture the number one thing that has happened in Canada that never was here before is racism thanks to our federal government telling us that we have no culture and lock us up for protesting peacefully against tyranny of the federal government

When immigrants are sick of immigration, you know there's a problem! I have no problem with someone coming to make their life and Canada better. The problem is with the immigrants that bring their problems with them or take advantage of the host country, regardless of which country they move to or from. I was never brought up with racism. The problem with mass immigration is that the government of Canada is breeding racism!

I used to defend indians whenever a fellow construction worker is on them however now I don’t bother since most of them showed deep coldness and slick behaviour like racism towards blacks, natives and Asian, smear campaign on job sites to get other contractors fired and of course the job will most likely be handed to them. Was disgusted when realising that some of them are getting paid 13/hr. To be short, this people are terribly dreadful and malignant in so many ways just really good at hiding it. And I am also an immigrant.

My parents were refugees, came to Toronto in the 80s.... they didnt take advantage of the system even when they were eligible for benefits, worked their asses off in factories and never tried to alter Canada in any way, in return i sacrificed 8 years in my 20s to serve in the canadian forces as a thank you, and let me tell you the racism in the military was disgusting, it was happening before and itll get worse....

Some businesses with labor shortages are helped with the settlement program with administrative support. Racism is to blame a particular group of people, Indian is a big group in Canada and around the world, but not the only one. Chinese, Philippines, Latino, Ukrainian, and East European are the majority in Canada. Look in statistics Canada. Hiring specific migrants instead of Canadians is a company decision is pure capitalism. House crisis is a global issue, capitalism (investment vs basic human rights). Inflation is an economic issue. The most wanted criminals in all of Canada, are Canadians. Look into the police web pages, go yourself and see the pictures and names. Blame migrants is a global tactic used 100 years ago by different politics to get elected with the promise of a solution. Migration exists with humanity, economic crises are modern issues. With the wrong diagnosis we get the wrong solutions. Wake up Canada, that is the reason that US is your father.

I am so happy people are starting to speak up. Sadly, I am changing. I am becoming angry. Angry at immigrants and the system. Am I becoming racist? Or just so lost at how things seem so wrong. My main upset is for my teen son. Turned 16 after Christmas. So excited about looking for a part-time job, earning some money, getting experiences and (unbeknownst to him ) expanding his social circle. This excitement came from me. LIke all us Canadians who remember our first part-time jobs (mine was at a McDonalds), I regaled my son in stories of that first part-time job. How much I learned from it, and the so many benefits it would have for me as I got older. He listened, and couldn't wait to turn 16. Also, like most parents, I raised him on the benefits of working hard in school, getting good grades, learning, getting involved, etc. Do these things son, and you will have a good future. He listened. Honours student all his life. Played on school teams. Performed in talent shows, Volunteered his time, etc., etc. Not a bad resume for a first time teen seeking a job. It is now heading into September. He has applied at all the traditional teen job hotspots, (all the fast food joints, grocery stores, drug stores, etc). Dozens of resumes, online and in-person applications. Not a single response. Then I walk into the local Burger King. Not a single Caucasian, Black, Hispanic, Indigenous, or Far Eastern employee. All East Indian (or Pakistani). Suddenly I am really noticing this trend everywhere, especially in the franchise fast food industry; especially upsetting when I even see it in a Harvey's (even more Canadian than Timmies). It's either East Indians or Arabs. I don't know for how long I have been hearing about diversity and fair hiring practices (which I have always supported); but to see this trend makes me furious. Are the owners of these franchise exempt from fair hiring practices? Are they not taught we are a diverse country? This is wrong. I want to finish with two sad situations which we should all be concerned about. When my eldest was looking for part-time work after the pandemic, he walked into a Mr. Submarine. He asked if he could leave his resume or fill out an application. The Arab cashier told him in broken English they were not hiring. As he was walking out, a young Arab man walked in. He approached the same cashier and asked for an application. She gave him one. WTF. My last comment, is the most concerning of all. My 16 year old, who works so hard at school, and at everything he does, recently commented, after yet another non-reply after handing out a slew of resumes, "Dad... what's the use of working so hard if I can't even get a job at McDonalds." I wonder how many other Canadian teens are feeling the same way. Not just white teens. Black, Hispanic, Indigenous and East Asian teens. Seems the broken English East Indian and Arab teens and young adults aren't asking themselves that. How long until my son thinks I am just spewing BS about this hard work thing? This is not about racism. This is about fair hiring practices, especially in more and more franchises; however, I do find myself listening to more and more of these videos, and find myself developing sucb negative feelings towards these two cultures. This is not Canadian. To be thinking this way, especially, is not Canadian. What do we do? Speak up, and we are racist. Stay quiet, and our teen kids move into adulthood without job experience, money put away, or just having a life experience that any of us over 30 (no matter our race) experienced. Something has to change; but I haven't a clue how to do that.

We can only thank first and second Trudeau for the mes that we have now in Canada. As a white migrant they are blaming me for the racism and discrimination. I am sick and tiers of this newcomers and free loaders to Canada. Pack up and go where you come from if you don't like the way Canada is. We will be better off without you. Learn the language and respect Canada that gave you opportunity to live in peace.

Most of are Europeans and they still follow European culture, religion & lifestyle. Same Racism, hatred, violence, alcoholism, drugs, indecent clothes & behavior in public, they are on big government, army, political posts, same exploitation like they were doing at time of colonial times. They looks modern but no change in their mentality & ideology. Even today they can’t tolerate different skin colors, cultures, religions etc. this should be changed. Racism & hatred is going out of control in Canada. Canadian government should take step against it. Right now Canada became world’s most dangerous country for immigrants & ‘non European’ people. Brother JamCan, this whole thing was predictable decades ago! I got to Canada in 1995 right after hell unfolded in the country of a thousand hills! I saw with my own eyes & felt from personal experience how great my adopted country was! However, not everything was rosy! I saw and experienced the "not-in-your-face" anti-black racism, whether politically, socially, and most def in the employment market! At the same time, the establisment (read white folks) was busy encouraging & promoting east indians to take up leadership roles in all spheres of the society, thus making them the "model minority" in the country! This mess was bound to happen, and in the end, this is what got us here! My feeling is that white canada is totally responsible for this, and they should stop crying on TV, roll up their sleeves, and clean up the mess! Peace Out!

Canadians have been labelled racists; Indians have refused to adopt the Canadian way of life. They are dirty, rude, blame deflectors in the workplace. I have been replaced by Indians in the workplace due to claims of "racism" just for calling out issues created and perpetuated by Indian colleagues. How many scam calls are we all getting now, how many jobs are we losing to them now, how many incentives are companies exploiting by hiring them just to drive profits now? I have a university degree and cannot get a job after such terrible experiences with these people in the workplace so I am going back to school in order to enter a type of industry they have not 'yet' taken over. When i was younger i traveled the USA from the middle to east coast at least 20 states and had some great times. I could never live in the USA do to difference way of life. I have seen homes in Southern states that still have outhouses. My 1st time witnessing racism was in the Southern states and was shocked. Have not been back to the USA since Trump became President 1st time and now probably never will because of the politics. Glad I did then many good memories
