Stay hating on immigrants acting like our government hasn’t been fucking up latin America for the last century. A few examples of this:\nThe 1954 coup in Guatemala\nThe 1973 coup of Chile\n1976 coup in Argentina \n1971 coup in Bolivia \nThe bay of pigs invasion in Cuba\nThe Salvadoran civil war from 1979-1992\nThe list goes on an on. US intervention is actively keeping these countries poor.

It is unfair to the people like me who goes through rigorous process and many interviews with US embassies (even emigration officials on arrival) just to enter the US through official procedures.

My heart goes out to them, it really does, but it’s hard not to be angry when I see things like this. What right do they think they have? Where are these hundreds of thousands of people supposed to go in a country that can barely take care of its own legal citizens as it is?

If our immigration system and amnesty policies were actually humanitarian driven rather than politically driven this kind of crap wouldn't happen. I genuinely feel so sorry for legitimate amnesty seekers trying to get into the US under this politicized system. I also feel sorry for the 24 MILLION people who are waiting to get into our country legally while this kind of senseless malarkey goes on. Finally I feel sorry for the people in cities like El Paso (where nearly 80% of the population is minorities) who are faced with this totally needless and utterly reckless onslaught every day. Everyone involved is being used as expendable pawns in a cruel political game.

I’m 47 years old, black (Caribbean descent) and have lived in Canada my whole life. I’ve lived in Montreal, Toronto and Calgary and visited all over the country. Have never experienced any racism of any kind. Toronto and Montreal in particular are incredibly diverse. Not sure how you would see any overt racism in those places. I don’t trust this lady’s story at all. Sounds like she’s making it up as she goes along tbh. If her brother’s boss fired him and called him the N-word that’s an easy lawsuit to win… and it’s difficult to believe that ANY boss would be THAT stupid. \n\nThere are ignorant people everywhere without a doubt… but please don’t believe this B.S. about white people hating anyone who isn’t white. I’m Canadian and I wish I could yell it from rooftops. The racism here is probably worse than in the States because it goes unreported and undocumented. They brush it all under the rug just like the history of genocide and slavery is sugar-coated and unspoken of.

i used to feel for these people i really did, then i started travelling to 3world countries and have learned that every misery they face in there is a result of their own culture/mindset and i started to have no mercy and today I am fully ‘MAGA and have no mercy for any of them. Nobody knows what they have gone through to get to the USA. WITH THE DREAM OF A BETTER LIFE just like all Americans ancestors did. Instead of the Biden administration sending endless billions of dollars to other countries to feed their dirty business deals, maybe we could send that money to other countries as TRUE foreign aid to help them build up their own water supply, food, medical and housing. We have our own American citizens homeless and starving here and they should get help BEFORE ILLEGALS. Especially our Veterans who are ignored and treated like shit. Not that our elections matter anyway. They aren't going to abide by our laws, obviously. Then what diseases are these people bringing here? Then guess what? The WHO gets to decide what is a public health emergency and throw down more restrictions and demands for more vAxXinEs. This is an invasion. They aren't here legally regardless of EOs. Any law that goes against our Constitution is null and void.

They need to learn the local language. That goes for immigrants in Brazil too. This also goes for foreigners in countries like Colômbia and Ecuador. Nothing against foreigners, but many will work for cheap wages, thus keeping real wages down. And Westerners living in the countries I mentioned drive up the cost of living because home sellers take advantage of their ignorance.

These people just want to have a better life for themselves and their families . They’re desperate to get out bc of All the violence. We all know what goes on there. Cartels run the government as well \nHowever there are legal ways to enter. It should be the same for them as we do as a nation to help other countries like we have so far. while I agree with a lot of this video theres one crucial aspect this video neglects and same with the commenters here.. POPULATION. \n\nCompared to countries like denmark, sweden, japan, france, uk, etc. we have a much bigger country to maintain landmass wise. Infrastructure. USA is similar but they have 10x the population as us. Our population in canada is pathetic. Problem is everyone stays in ontario or BC which is stupid, im in sask I want population. That costs so much money to fix as well. In summer sometimes, Nunavut or NWT will be warmer then here, we talk about it here when it happens. Think about that. Weather is HUGE in saskatchewan. We talk about weather daily. I never realized until internationals pointed that out that we are obsessed with weather in sask lol. \n\n Our housing market is a joke and I agree we need to invest more in buisnesses but at the same time we need affordable housing, we are in a weird spot. As far as working etc goes people commenting here lol the golden years of the 80s are gone old timers, my parents realize this that you guys were spoiled in one of the greatest time periods in human history - post WWII boom and the effects. I could go on and on how the 70s-90s were one of the best time periods in modern history for various reasons but I wont. There are problems internationally, we live in a globalist world. We still have it good. Go travel and make international friends. This is nothing that we are dealing with at the moment. All I will say though is leave the huge metropolitans like Toronto and Vancouver. Everyone wants to go there because they think 'theres more opportunity' ugh. Theres opportunity across canada but if everyone things like that there will be problems. The idea of Ontario or BC is just a big nope for me (although I go to BC every couple years, love it there I would not want to live there).

Canada is basically another state of US at this point. Canada has independent domestic policies just like any US state but foregin policis are Washington lead. Canada has great educational instuation just like many other US state but ultimately, the graduates leave for better states in the US to get better pay. Almost all export of Canada is to US and almost all import are from same US suppliers from Asia. Some will say Canada is very different from US in the way people act and live their life. That is true but even inside US, California is very different from Texas and New York is very different from Iowa. Just goes to show different states have different lifestyle but are still part of the same country.\nThis is not a bad thing, in fact Canada is lucky to have access to the biggest market of the world. Being under US security umberlla means no one will attack you. Canada's government know this so they made policies that lead to integration with US economical and defence system.

If US today stop investing in Canadian market, the Canada would become like Eastern European countries or may be South American countries. In Canada same goes for jobs. As an immigrant from Europe who came to the US legally, I'm very appalled that people have such low moral values that even when they're told no, they still come here illegally. I moved here because I like traveling, I come from a former communist country. However my country wasn't always safe, we had to fight for decades to make it safe. None of these immigrants care enough about their countires to make it safe for future generations, instead they leave. Remember, you're not an asylum seeker. An asylum seeker goes to the nearest country that's safer, the US and Canada are usually not that close.

We as humans have enough technology and resources to ensure everyone gets decent housing and food around the world yet here we are living in inequality. We produce enough food every year to feed the world 7 times over yet so much of it goes to waste and so many empty stomachs. Others had worked to build that country and yet stabilize. I think it is paying it forward. I take the uniform access to care, a way of ensuring health sector is funded because the rich also know that is the place they may use even at old age.
