UK has the same problem with Indians and student visas. India, Nigeria, and Pakistan commit the most student visa frauds or non compliance in the UK. It was in the papers a couple of years ago. Indians cause too many problems and countries need to be like the US and expel them or make it harder for them to come in. I can say in London, London Metropolitan University and University of East London have way too many Indians and Pakistanis who barely speak English and from what I heard, some take their visas and run off into the sunset. Luckily at my university, in my program, only 1 or 2 Indians.

It’s frustrating to see so many people from India in this country. They often claim their homeland is great, so why come here? It feels like they’re having a negative impact on Canada.

I have such mixed feelings watching this video and the following is just my opinion. I am an immigrant from India too and I love my country's values and culture but I also realize its drawbacks. When I came here, my immediate instinct was not to change everything to how it was back home...It was rather to learn the culture and values of Canada too (which I know is in and itself a mixture of multiple cultures). If you are reading this my fellow Indians, It is truly my most humble request to remember that you don't have have to quit your culture, but that does not mean that you make no effort or take part in involving yourself in other cultures or mock them. You have the chance to better a country that has offered YOU a better life. Please don't ruin things for other immigrants or Canadians. We are resilient, and we can choose the best of both worlds.

i am an indian who has never left his country and it makes me sad that my countrymen are ruining other countries as well. if you can't speak english, you have no right to stay there, as simple as that, and it is strange how Canada is ruined by Punjabis, sikh terrorists in particular, as you can see all these are Punjabi sikh families, yet the hate is given to Indians and specifically to Hindus. My family of 16 moved to Canada from Holland in 1952. My wife’s family moved from France in 16th century. Canada has always been a land of immigrants. Where we lived in East Vancouver were were surrounded by Italians. Richmond was nothing years ago and now is mostly Chinese and Asian. I am from India came to Canada legally (gone through 7 months of processing and waiting , submitted countless documents , photos , chat history to prove relation status and professional experience, literally submitted all my life story) to obtain PR and come to Canada just to realize that people without any of these come from different parts of the world especially India bypassing the system and living better life working cash jobs and doing random stuff. When i went to take driving license first time, An Indian origin guy rejected my application saying that my Indian License wasn't looking original enough , where I have seen people who couldn't even speak basic English were applying to get license to drive trucks. It is sad to see how many of our people are bringing a lot of 'Indianness' to this country and live like it is their own turf. I have met many young and middle aged individuals who call themselves students who doesn't even have a clue of what they are studying. I'm no expert, but it's obvious that mass immigration is detrimental to any country. Years ago, Canada seemed like a dream country, but in the last few years, it looks like the homelessness, crime etc. has increased and the housing prices are insane. I have a Sikh friend who lived there for about 5 years but moved back to India due to the high cost of living and quality of life there going downhill. He has a much better, low stress life back home. I think there should be stricter measures to immigration. For example: Let doctors, nurses, engineers, lawyers in more easily, but those that are coming as students and going to work as cashiers, should be limited.

Canadian gov has opened much of the international students for Indians, if only they did a fair ratio between other nationalities that issues now would have been controlled, if I am not mistaken, they let 250k per yr for India, rest of the international students are just 25k per yr each coming from different countries.
