Bad reputation of India especially around lots of illegal indian immigrants and always looking for short cuts to ditch indian citizenship by fraudulent means

Indians dont just come they Insult the locals try to change the laws and rverything to be just like India ,All while inflicting thier bad attituudes and tempers on everyone ,insults trying to cut down citisens and trezt them like your dalits ,Your caste system is bs and stop treating westerners to your bs,Indians would still comd if given minimum wage for literally any job because India sucks that bad.

Same thing with Canadian PR where they were literally selling job offer letter for 20-30 lakhs in lmia or something it called.\n\nNo wonder why world is hating yall.

You think it's bad in Canada. New Zealand is a lot smaller then Canada, and so the Indians stand out even more, just look at all our fast food restaurants, service stations, corner stores every business you can think of they own it. NZ some days looks like India. We have a lot of tourists who get mad because they come here to NZers, but instead see indians

As a person of Indian decent known as an NRI in India, Indians have a bad reputation here in the UK. Why, many don't know how to look as women and behave on a night out, not to mention sexual assaults that are committed.

Forgot to mention in this video, how so many Indians are likely to abuse travel visa with the intention of permanently staying in the country they are traveling to under the guise of a tourist. Oh, so many of them creates nuisance here by not behaving properly in public. I think high visa rejection rate is pretty good to weed out bad actors.

As an American I had great love for Indians while growing up together in school. After we graduated I even travelled twice to India ( Pune, Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai) for vacations.\nHowever, my experience in India was unbelievable. \nAs a young American at that time I never believed Indians could have such horrible characters even when my parents and close friends had told me about it earlier.\nAfter my experience in India I decided to pay closer attention to any Indian I came across in the US, and surprisingly i discovered Indians are not only very corny by nature but are also very self centered, greedy and selfish kinds of humans. Although not all Indians, but 8 out of 10% naturally have this character which is disgusting indeed.\nFor a long time most people never noticed that about Indians because they pretend to be quiet and mostly gentle. However behind an Indian soft and gentle appearance lays very corny, crooked, self centered, and double standard fellows.\nAnyone who doubts my observations should also make the research by themselves.\nYes, they are good bad and ugly people in every race and country, but Indians are clearly out of the context as their double standard and corny life styles of extreme pretence are undiscovered danger to any society.

Why do Indians get such a bad rap?

I was surprised that the video didn't mention the scam involving low-skilled labor from the UAE. Many companies and brokers bring thousands of low-skilled, low-educated workers on short-term visas (as short as three months for two years of employment). These workers often end up being misled and become illegal immigrants because companies prefer to pay the fine, which is cheaper than a two-year visa. I’m not Indian National however I feel proud that this nation has build ‘herself’ as the 5th largest global economy and if some of the following ways are adapted by Indian Gov, the Indian passport will be saluted.\n1) Make your currency strong as in Raja Ranjeet Singh’s time 1 Indian puree was ten (£10) British Pounds, today it’s 100 Rupee to £1.\n2) Need to hold educational tests for everyone going abroad with a minimum level of English language.\n3) Emphasis on etiquettes and local Knowledge of the country where the traveller wants to visit.\n4) Stop all of illegal immigration via people smuggling agents as this gives a bad name to the country.\n5) Set a minimum benchmark amount of funds required before applying for an overseas visa.\n6) Make it mandatory for all travellers to have a full fare return ticket (12 months validity) on them at all times to show strong ties to return back home after trip.\n7) Create strong religious tolerance and harmony within the country so the world can see no religious discrimination being reported on international media worldwide.\n8) The Indian embassies all around the world should be aware and weary of each Indian national traveling abroad in real time so they f any help is require they can assist 24/7 without failure.\nThese are some of my points and opinions for a better India.\nI hope the people who read above will not be offended by any of my opinions as this is not my intention and I am well wisher and want to see this nation thrive, always.\nGood luck and all the best…

Well, there are good Indians and scammers Indian. Scammers in India are causing headaches for good Indians. That is the facts. For instance, recently some Indians took a huge loan in UAE and left for Canada with that money. That has put the UAE government in a position to make the visa process more difficult to find out if bad people are getting the visa or not. I would say, the Indian government should introduce a process to thoroughly investigate a person before they apply for a foreign visa, and it should be honest to see some improvement in Indian behavior in the foreign countries. If not, that number is just going to go down. It doesn’t matter how much you scream. Do that for the sake of good Indian people.

the likes of Palki and so called other journalist is if something bad happens to Indians the other party is racist but if something bad happens to people in China, Nepal, Bangladesh etc the reason is those countries citizens. They have made millions pandering lies and will continue to do so. There is no agenda, let me explain why.\nThe rejection rate is a better measure than rejection numbers or visa fees. And I'm pretty sure that India has a lower rejection rate compared to many other countries. It is the sheer volume of applications that contribute to this. Even 1% rejection on 100k Indian visas is a 1000 rejected visas. While a less populous country may have 10% rejection out of 1000 visas which is 100 rejections. So, in % terms, India fare well despite having higher rejections.\nFiring shots at Kosovo, Cuba and B Faso is a cheap shot and unnecessary to push the point of passport rank. All countries have a right to determine who they allow into their country with lower restrictions. And they are under no obligation to open the gates to anyone. It is also common knowledge that the newer cohorts of Indian immigrants to the West are a bad representation of Indian society (best example - Canada). Hence the rising anti Indian Immigration stance. Immigration is a privilege and not a right. I hope that the Indian community understands that the visa rejections are a lesson and not an insult, and that they learn from this and become better ambassadors when they go overseas.

Put your camera down in any country, Name it : Germany, Italy, America , Canada, Australia, Newzeland, Hungary , Amsterdam, UK, Scotland. SIMPLE - Indians, like the mainland Chinese who came in the previous wave, behave badly in groups! They do not respect the values and norms of the places they visit. However, unlike the Indians, the mainland Chinese are willing to spend on good and services, thus boosting the economies of the countries they visit, unlike Indians……tight arses and penny pinching! The reason is that some Indian finds it difficult to integrates.\n\n I know one Indian lady that have lived in one country for over 20 years and the lady cannot speak the language of that country. What a shame! \n\nSecondly, many of them like to dominate or discriminate against other people. It has been alleged that some Indian people discriminate against others in many places they work. For instance! Where their people are in charge in Canada, they will not offer jobs to none Indian. A lot of Indians treat white people really badly. Especially when there is money involved. It’s now extremely common that people here hate dealing with Indians as customers of their business and will go as far as avoid it altogether. They will often relentlessly try to negotiate services, lie and say anything to get get their way, pester businesses until they cave to their demands and even leave bad reviews which they say they will change if you give them a good deal. None of this is the way things are done in Canada and that needs to be respected. Something kind of funny, I’ve heard many people say that Indians will often say they will refer tons of friends and family to a business if you give them an unreasonable discount (which they never do once they’ve gotten what they want), but what they don’t realize is that referring a bunch more Indians to them is the last thing that business wants. And really, some of the discounts they want on things are just ridiculous. When I was selling my car a few years ago, I had it listed for $55,000 and I got bombarded by Indians offering $20,000-$25,000 and every lie under the sun of why that’s all it was worth, other people are saying yes to offers like that for the same car, dealerships are selling them for that much and so on. Like come on. And I guess while I’m at it, I hate to say but it’s a common thing here to walk into a gas station and the smell of body odour just hits you like a brick. I’ve stopped going to 3 different stations because of it. I’m sure there’s some pungent white people out there but damn. This is on a whole other level. It literally fills the entire building.

You must see the atrocities by some Indians in a flight, especially long haul flights. I feel bad for the flight attendants.

Please! Stop all this bla bla India is the best business. Every country has its good and bad. It’s just some Indians like you think Indians are so special that the planet earth cannot sustain its self without you. Like you don’t want certain people in your country, other countries don’t want you - simple as that!

Indians are also responsible . Bad visa form filling. \nTraveling abroad to work on tourist visa. Escaping into illegal permanent stay into Europe . But yes, Indian passport should be the top 20 but it isn’t because our house isn’t in place. Basically we’re mostly good people but uncivilised , undisciplined , not all but many. Get India orderly first, clean, green, pollution free, corruption free… and if they still do the same it’s because we want to go there more then they wish to come here. Do something that makes them come here. Top quality cheap tourism, food quality, pollution free, reduce population, increase the female population , give equal rights to woman, judicial system in India sucks, court cases should be fast tracked, law should be simple direst and effective. So much for us to do, money is not the only thing that makes us get quality living. Only the rich get all this stuff…

India is the master of beaucratic maze. Try applying for a ration card in india?.\nThen look at the way we indians behave when we go abroad. Bad manners, littering, no courtesy or recognition of local norms of behaviour and always some dodgy money saving gimic.\nAs for being the 5th largest economy, this is because globally we have the largest population, the GDP is still that of a poor, developing country.

Behavior, culture and hygiene, I have some indian people working with me as software engineers in Germany, idk why they smell so bad, in a meeting i always sit far away from them, dont get wrong but teach your people to behave and be hygienic

Starting to feel Palki is biased towards India than being an honest journalist. Did you even bother to check why Indian visas are getting rejected in these countries? What the rejection reasons were? \n\nAs many have already commented, I will put across a list for Palki -\n\n1. Indians are Indians even outside India, well, what good are you if you do not wish to be integrated and become part of the society? \n2. Do not like to research, and instead ask questions to save time which is bad manners.\n3. Complaining is in our blood about everything.\n4. Be respectful and be considerate of others.\n5. If you are applying for a tourist visa, be a tourist and should return when the visa expires. Get a good insurance which most of the time people are not un-aware.\n6. If you apply for student visa, be a student and do not exploit the visa or violate any rules and extend your visa stay.\n7. If you are hired for work, honour the work permit rules.\n8. Last but not the least, be a good citizena and don't do anything which may spoil your countries' image.

As an NRI, I love rejection of chapri Indians. These people bring bad name to the country when going abroad. Only qualified Indians who behave properly need to be accepted.

Singapore welcomes the Ceca Indians. Only wish they should improve their bad social behaviour in public places and be good neighbours in public housing estates.

Coming from an Indian who has worked in overseas for the last 10 years - I hate to see Indian tourists with their noisy behaviour , bad manners & indecent attitude towards women (especially those from north & east India)- Like someone pointed out Indian government should step in give some basic training to Indians travelling abroad.and ban those who misbehave overseas- for pointers just see the video of Indians tourists bad behaviour aboard a Thai airlines flight

Have you seen the stupid visa forms for entering India for European citizens? \nStop cribbing when you are making it complicated for Europeans to get a visa.\nAlso, even countries like Thailand do not want Indian tour because of the disgusting behaviour many Indian tourists bringing a bad to name to all Indians.

As an indian who has traveled to many countries, I feel embarrassed seeing other indians give us a bad name from lacking basic behavioural manners, Modi should launch a campaign for how to behave, instead of swach bharat and all these nonsense

Because our govt is not teaching compulsory civic sense training to those who are going outside country. Those already out there are already setting bad examples in the name of Indian and causing one of the major reason for your heading.

Indians themselves to blame. In New Zealand and Australia they used to be professionals from India but now 4/10 working in supermarkets billing, getting the ? back, subway are Indians loud, speaking their mother tongue ..major culprits are Punjabi, Hindi, Telugu and behave badly, bought to think western woman are easy. Here they smile everyone, smile and walk away. ladies here have very poor opinion on Indian men. Where is the cross cultural training ? India should not allow passports unless people pass cross cultural training

Dear Palki and Firstpost channel, I appreciate this post but maybe if possible could you pls make a post/report on why some Indians are desperate to leave and most importantly the behaviour of some of our countrymen in foreign lands which gives a bad repute and leaves a bitter taste about our country in foreign lands? Shouldn't these ppl be held accountable too, especially when they are fortunate enough to have the means to visit foreign lands? I have seen first hand the way some of our ppl behave and try to twist and manipulate everything to their benefit, lacking basic respect.

You need to explore the fraudulent ones too and not just blame other country's visa process which is the same for people from non-indian origins. The actual issue is much more complex. More foreign workers can destabilize and harm their own people's opportunities as well. May be we should explore why indians are trying to leave india so badly and address those problems first.

Some Indian behave like uncivilized manner in India & Overseas . Very difficult to Teach them ethics in the modern society . They are with a bad ego and trying to convinced that every bad move they make correct because they are from India. The Rejection rate is still very low . India can also do more to prevent illegal immigration to other countries. That gives all Indians a bad image and more scrutiny when they apply for a Visa. Like Requiring all Indians travelling overseas to have a return ticket and digital copy of their Visa, passport that can be accessed by the Indian embassy in the country they plan to visit . So if they are illegals or lose their passport, the India Embassy/Gov will know or be able to help them with a new passport to travel back to India. Digital copy is to be submitted to the Indian Embassy in the country they plan to visit days before departure, with conformation .\n\n These simple steps will bring more credibility to Indian Passport holders.

There are too many Indians in Canada that sometimes you think that you are in India. The worst thing is when they come to aboard the bring all their bad habits with them l??

All these western countries do have a legitimate concern - if ever there is a race of people who could take all the good jobs in the west it is the Indians . \nThey overstay their visas and you can't expect these countries to bear the burden of repatriation and I doubt India will as this would a bad precedent .

I am a legal immigrant in UK, but I see so many indians who misuse study visa to stay beyond their visa expiry and eventually become illegal immigrants just taking advantage of the system.. this reflects are very bad image.

Saw a doc on british customs ppl catching ppl - 1 indian guy claimed to b a student at a english college was his bad luck dat da lady interviewing him knew a bit of basic i.t - dis kid lied abt da college he did enroll buy failed & dropped out , he fidnt know squat of 1st yr basic i.t , his english level was putrid , da u.k customs also caught illegal chinese working in chinese restaurants living like squatters. Wrt indians - fake degrees can be bought its a huge multi billion dollar scam from within india to a web outside from middle East to far East. These ppl enter under false pretences hsve no real value & end up frying chiken tikka , making bombay crush & rotis on da street side ! These r leeches that give those with genuine qualifications a bad rep. Bec we all get painted wid da same brush ! Facts r facts it mite b hard to swallow & o ly hits da news wen ppl r caught ! Dat series on an entire village of kids scamming via cell phones feeding inyo local politicians was hopefully an eyeopener. So we will not talk about, how bad some Indians behave abroad. And how badly we treat tourists here in India. Our entry should be banned all over the world. Some of us are just not civilized.
