Utter insanity, yes I feel for the less fortunate regardless from where they come from but to surrender your own country, destroying your own standard of living is ridiculous. It's by design. Trudeau's father started it back in the 1970s, focusing on multiculturalism. Prior to him, Canada was selective and focused mainly on immigrants from Europe with similar cultural and religious backgrounds.

Unfortunately we are supposed to be multicultural however, when you create communities thats is nothing but one cultur like Brampton, then multicultural no longer exists. We need to.close the door on immigration and focus on housing, jobs, and roads etc before opening the border again.

We are the most multicultural country. I really don’t like when people come here from other countries and try to change our country. Live your life, pray, worship where you want to worship, do whatever makes you happy but changing the way we live here will never work. We white people need to go there by the thousands to creat a multicultural comunity and to give them their greatest strenght, DIVERSITY

The thing is white dudes dont study and f their life by taking drugs etc dont get married become homeless, where as other communities are progressive and opposite to white people , and also white people dnt wanna live in multicultural area , where ever brown people stat buying houses, white people people start moving away

This is a country of immigrants. Period.\n\nBut Brampton is a city that has failed in implementing the multiculturalism that represents this country.\n\nAny non-Indian feels like a minority there. And that's a shame !\n\nImmigration should be better controlled so things like that do not happen in our cities.

It’s not multicultural anymore

My family are Central American immigrants. The vast majority of them have been blue collar hard working people that helped shape what we live in today. I am first generation born Canadian coming from this blue collar family of hard working immigrants that earned their Canadian citizenship. I think most of us who have immigrant family from anywhere have seen this. I cannot necessarily say I’ve seen this type of work or drive to contribute from the Indians that immigrate to Canada. Yes there are some who really contribute, but that should be the norm not the exception. I don’t have anything against them, I just really wished Canada would be more diligent on who they let in and how many they let in. This is the result of just opening the flood gates. Canada has always been multicultural, but you gotta earn your keeps.

The common denominator here are the politicians that thought the uk had the right to give Palestinian away to European Jews and the UK away to multiculturalism. Does he act like this with Muslim men? Does he act like that with politicians

Western countries especially Canada have forced multiculturalism for small Asian countries. Dont cry when the same happens to you. Europeans settled many Indians in a lot of Indian ocean and Pacific islands outnumbering natives.

As a Canadian (Indo-Fijian background) born and raised here, there’s way too many Indian immigrants here. There are areas in my city that I literally feel like I’m in a different country. It’s not even multicultural. We are overrun.

The worst part is we will hire them but they won’t hire us. Some don’t even care about adapting to be Canadian or multicultural. In OUR country that we let them come into.

This is one of the notable downsides of liberal multiculturalism. It's not about assimilating new citizens into our country, but rather destroying our national identity to sell our country out to the highest bidder.

Canada became a welfare state for non westerners on the backs of taxpayers. Multiculturalism left and now we have two communities entering at an alarming rate. All over Europe they’ve recognized that mass immigration is destroying economies and eroding their cultural by the same communities and electing governments who would preserve their culture and enforce stricter border control, and put their citizens first. \nMeanwhile in Canada, we on an OceanGate sinking and these politicians still focusing on crackerjack policies.

I saw an interview with an immigrant who stated that Canada has no culture. It is simply fragments of cultures from all over the world. That is the problem with multiculturalism. Eventually there is no longer a true sense of national identity, only one of shared citizenship. A passport however does not create a sense of unity. A country with these conditions is not a true nation, it simply becomes an economic zone that is up for grabs by whatever demographic becomes dominate. The end result will only be balkanization.

Multiculturalism and Islam are incompatible. Multiculturalists believe all cultures are equal. They are wrong but that’s what they want to believe. Islam, on the other hand, believes Islam is the only way and all must conform under pain of death.

Canada isn’t multicultural anymore. Only Indians are welcomed

There is no multicultural UK. It consists of separate and very divided groups with some Muslim areas being hostile communities to the rest of the UK.

They came here to work and provide for their families like all the previous new comers immigrants from Europe like my parents. Im Canadian and favorite part is how diverse multicultural this country is. What is the issue? All the spikes in crime are a result from poverty and corruption not immigration.

Some current people's group from some cultures tend to live in their own ghettos. Multiculturalism is a myth, and does not work. Basically, society will be polatized and you see the examples in Sweden, France, Germany, and in the UK. It will be downhill from now on.

In the U.S., immigrants always assimilated until the 1960’s and we had a “melting pot”. More recently, immigrants want to retain their culture and now we have a “salad bowl” of multiculturalism. It’s failing. We’ve never been more divided.

If the pro-Palestinians have enough (?)s to protest outside their country, disturbing the social order of others and inciting violence; why aren't they going to protest in the territories of Palestine.
