Im Canadian. Born and raised in Canada. I dont know anyone personally that goes not want Indians here in Canada. There might be some racist people in Canada but I dont think there are many. I do find Indians ive met have been kind but I do find they dont look happy. Maybe they didnt find the job they were thinking they would ne doing. We are very used to different cultures in our communities. Yes there is a housing crissis in Canada. Its hard to find doctors and you have to settle for a walk in clinic.

What are the companies employing them doing? They need to train their workers to smile. A lot of American employees do not smile at grocery shops and many Canadian drug addicts poop on the streets of Vancouver. Stop being an apologist and grow a spine. Over our extensive history of immigration our country has experienced chronic separatism, racism, exclusion and of course, bigotry. The *us-against-them* rhetoric is as old as humanity and not exclusionary to Canada. I feel the pain, I agree they have spent so much money to come here, but if they have lied in their documents with fake schools or falsifying documents (if that's the reason of deportation) they truly don't deserve be here. First of all great video. As a Canadian to immigrants I have a few things to say. Most Canadians are either first generation Canadian or perhaps second generation. The major gripe I have is my parents came here, respected the culture, contributed very hard while also embracing others. Not to mention didn't break any law. Now the major issue is many immigrants (not just Indians) come here and are infesting our country with what they claim to have hated in their own country. At the end of the day the government has handled the immigration status horribly. A few bad apples do not warrant the rest. You touched on it best. Stereotypes is something all humans do. I know many Indians that truely hate other Indians. \n\nMy only advice to anyone wanting to go to a foreign land is respect the culture. Anyone want to talk about the environmental policies and regulations that prevent Canadians from taking advantage of their massive natural resources? Huge tracts of land are off limit to development due to environmental protection rules, there's minimal infrastructure investment (few roads, ports, etc.) outside of Toronto, and people wonder why there's a lack of affordable housing.

A LOT of students have come here illegally (not all) is the issue; and for those who have stop protesting failing grades. I also tried to move to other countries. Poland where my family is from being one of them. And I couldn't make it work. So I had to leave. I went to school in Toronto (as a Canadian) Finance, and got my investment license, and I still wasn't given a chance in the industry. When things don't go as you planned, sure it sucks. But it's a fact of life. Canada doesn't owe anything to anyone.

IMO international students have said to visa interviewing officers that they will return to their country after education is over. Permitted job hours was known before they paid their education fees. I am Indian living legally in US and I would not support illegal protests from anyone who are not permanent residents or Citizens of that country. Canadian citizens have every right to express their discomfort with the international students when they behave in unlawful ways. In 2023, nearly 319,000 Indian students moved to Canada - this is a big figure only for studies.

I am from India and been living in Canada for 18 years. I am living here with my family and I am so grateful to this country and respect the country and the freedom I have. The thing is homelessness is a fact that is coming from the most broken families. And here cannabis legal. I could see most white peoples don’t want to go to work, even there is enough work for them. And as a country to grow, they need youngsters for the workforce, but unfortunately Canadians people don’t have enough kids to support the country. And the kids are grown from the broken families maybe ending up in the streets. Indians are most of them only marry once and keep their marriage life till the end. So many divorce can ruin the life too. So the students coming here in Canada, how they get visa, Government don’t know that. did you know that you get a pension till the day you die for being employed as a Politian for only 4 years. and now they have just changed the money of the pension to 85% of the total wages based on the maximum earnings and it is now floating to what the current wage is. So if you retired a Politian 40 years ago and made it that 4 long years to retirement and your wage was 200k per year, you get 170k per year till the day you die, and when the current wage of the Politian goes up, they bump your pension up. That was a new bill that was passed last year. so glad we get to hear about the 1 billion per year that the CBC gets. Anyone care to take a guess at what that revolving 4 year retirement pension plan is costing the Canadian Tax payers? My guess is about 60 billion per year so far.

Canada has no functional method for dealing with corruption. No practical way to correct itself. Here's one important data point for anyone who is interested: In the OECD's national growth rate projections to 2060 (not a typo, 2060), Canada has placed dead last! There are 38 OECD members. What this means is that the fundamentals are not in place in Canada. Canadian government brought millions of Visitor visa holder, who applied for asylum. They approved just anyone in 2023-2024. But, they made it difficult to get PR for the skilled people, they made Express Entry so difficult these days. I agree with you leaving. I am a 3rd generation retired Canadian who used to be proud to be so. Now I am not, in fact I am embarrassed to say I am Canadian as it is nothing to be proud of. I think of how good things were in the 70's and 80's while I was young and now how bad things are today and it is truly depressing. Back then if you are willing to work, you could make a decent living, buy a car, a house and raise a family - today, good luck with that. Canada is bigger than USA with a population less than California. They have as many natural resources as Russia. I understand peoples idea of leaving Canada. That's okay, you can do that. I'll never leave Canada. It's my home, it's gonna be my home. No matter what yes, we're going through some tough times right now but I can tell you right now. The whole world is going through some tough times it isn't just cand to blame everything on Trudo. Is not right. The conservatives have just as much in this game as anyone else. All these governments have basically fought amongst each other and did nothing to do anything good for Canadians. I came back to Canada in 2022 after 20 years living abroad, and it's been a mixed bag. Getting a good job is extremely difficult as international experience is rarely factored into potential employers decisions to hire - even if the companies you've worked for are Fortune 500. If you didn't work for that company in Canada, good luck getting the same position. You'll be working in a junior position despite your previous job title. My wife is currently going through this. She went from Project Manager at one for largest companies in the world to junior developer at a small company. Pay is.......not great.\n\nI've been lucky with having a lot of support of family and friends. A lot of the clients I've started to work with in my profession came through people I know. I never would have got these opportunities on my own in that amount of time. It would have taken years. Nepotism played a big part.\n\nTo come to Canada, and start a new life without a solid support system would be absolutely brutal right now. I got really lucky, but my situation isn't normal. I wouldn't recommend anyone (Canadian or immigrant) to come back right now if they're been gone for a long time. The rent alone is enough to turn anyone away.

If you or anyone inn the same situation have enough (A lot) of money, of course it's the smart choice to move abroad. You are still super young. But someone close to retirement and after living in Canada for a long time, Its not that smart. Canadian goverment wont pay you full pension if yu don't live for a minimum amount of time a year inside Canada. So giving away your money to the Canadian gov is not something that a lot of people are willing to do. Not after living years here and paying huge tax. But again you are lucky that you are young.

Canadian immigration is a joke. I earned a masters here from a reputed university, spent so much time and money, 6 years later I became a permanent resident. I was so grateful. Now, anyone with a sob story in the name of “persecution” can just come here and actually get government money for a good while to settle in. And now, we have entire flight crews just simply “claiming” asylum. The government has made everyone who took the right channels, faced so many hardships in the way are effing losers who could’ve just gotten in through the many bogus channels. i love this country, but it has gone to the dogs steadily since 2015.

This is the reason why I don’t rent to Canadians. I have so many horror stories like these. Being an owner myself, I work 7 days a week with no rest days. And try to create something for ourselves.
