Believe or not because of the behavioural issues also become one reason for rejection. Maybe not a big reason but it definitely should consider. Any immigrant who enters to a country must obey the rules and policies, respect others, environment, culture etc. in Canada from some cities other nations are moving out out due this people are trying to make here as their country in all aspects. Indian bloggers are ruining our chance to visit other countries.\n\nIf you go to other countries, respect their nation. The Central Govt should tell foreign embassies especially Western ones with steep visa fees that they can only charge the fee after the person receives the visa. If his application is rejected he pays zero. Charging steep visa fees and rejecting is equivalent to scamming people. Either you tell the person beforehand he won't receive visa. Also visa fees must be reduced as they are much higher in India than most countries.

I live in Canada. A citizen now, love this country but India is and will always be a home. Canada is facing hard times currently, which is being faced by every country now and then but even the cause root of all these problems Canada is facing right now is coming from somehow from India. The most disruptive and disturbing people are here from India only with no civic sense. They come here and do not value the Canadian culture at all. They do all sort of illegal activities and try to do jugaad in everything, from which we escaped from India. Even on political grounds, the man who somehow messed up everything was under the influence and pressure of the man having Indian roots. I love India without a doubt but we can’t deny the real facts why Indians are being hated everywhere. People in my community here ( whites, First Nations, old Indians) love me and my family because they know how we respect the culture and values and laws of Canada. But there, where people don’t know us personally, we get judgemental eyes because of our colour and we know why, it’s not all of us, but still majority of us have destroyed the image of India and yes Indians deserve to be banned now. We need skills and knowledge and we should class apart from the stupid ones.

This cycle continues for 10 times. Now, the room has 80 dollar left. \nOne more worker left the room while cobbler became homeless. \n\nNow you know why America is destined to fail.

Really I'm Sorry about your situations as it seems a lot of peoples whom like you. I Believe when the beautiful hidden arrangements of destiny which is always surprising the clean people like you. I first want to address the rumour about human feces and dirty diapers being found on Canadian beaches, and I want to stand up for the people who called out Indians for doing this. Somebody saw something. Maybe they weren't able to produce any legal proof of it, but they clearly saw something, and there is nothing racist about them calling out this behaviour. This practice is not only unhygienic. It is ILLEGAL in Canada; so, it absolutely should be called out publicly to prevent it from ever happening again. I have seen many videos about the culture of mass open defection in India. The videos I saw were posted by Indians themselves. One of those videos was a TEDx talk done by a woman named Sangita Vyas who discussed the truth about open defecation and that it is not limited to only the poor population. Even people who can afford to build latrines are not using them, and she explains why after interviewing Indians to ask why. I've watched Indian doctors talk online about how many Indian children die from something as simple as diarrhea every year as a direct result of the water contamination caused by open defecation. So, clearly, open defecation is legal in India, and perhaps some of these people think if it's legal at home then it must also be legal elsewhere. WRONG. It's illegal in Canada. It's unhygienic. It should never happen. Period. And there is NOTHING racist about a Canadian saying this out loud and reminding people that they must follow the rules and laws of the country they are in.

I don't care what anyone says, but Indian people, particularly (Punjabs) don't like to mixed with other cultures at all. They don't integrate with the Canadian lifestyle. I lived in the Florida Keys and loved it but the bumper stickers that said Yankees go home made me wonder how they felt about Canadians. I was injured at work and was taken to the hospital were work paid the hospital bill but when the nurse said go to the drugstore and buy a bandage they will be cheaper then if I put one on you. That was a rude awaking as to where I was.\nThe next was I was living with a nurse and at the hospital they brought in a person that had no ID on him. He had been in a terrible car accident but with no ID they would not treat him ,so he died. Turned out he was a Doctor from Key West driving to Miami . The hospital staff were in shock they had let one of their own die. In Canada they would operate first and worry about money or insurance later.

My rent in Vancouver is under $1000, because I haven't moved in 11 years. I have no debt, no car, no expensive lifestyle, no drug habit. I made good choices. Others have not.\n\nCanada is still a land of opportunity if you get a job, get your vaccines, live within your means and don't expect a 1950s style economy, anyone can do fine. I'm an immigrant looking to get my PR, I have qualifications from one of the top universities in the world, experience as an international consultant and most important I do respect the Canadian culture and follow the rules. However, even for me it is uncertain what is going to happen? and/or if the government will make more changes and kick us out hahaha. I do believe that immigration has poured a lot of money into Canadian's pockets and most of them are not considering that, some of that money is going to go to another country who is willing to manage immigration with a better approach and provide a more certain perspective to new immigrants. The government allowed many bad actors (locals and foreigners) to take advantage of the system and those who are going to pay the bill are new immigrants due to political elections, and that is just sad. We will see who are they going to blame for mismanagement of public resources and the possible crash of several industries, that are currently relaying on foreign money, once there are no new immigrants to blame. I agree with most of the new rules regarding immigration, but I strongly disagree with the political approach of how the government is blaming immigrants for their lack of proper management. We understand that the company that outsources labor and buys foreign goods pay the tariffs completely. I have ethnic background from Hong Kong and have been living in Canada for almost 40 years. I love Canada and am proud of this beautiful country. However, I think part of the immigration problem we have is the ongoing issue of allowing dual citizenship of everyone who have become a Canadian citizen. I have personally known lots of HK immigrants who would return to their own countries to work as soon as they have got their Canadian passports. Normally one of the parents would stay with their children here for free schooling, medical care and child tax benefits. Their children will follow their parents to go back to HK after they graduated from universities in order to avoid the higher income tax . Unfortunately, those parents will come back to retire in Canada so that they can get free health care benefits and OAS once they have fulfilled the residency requirement of 10 years. Canada do need more skilled and educated immigrants to make our country more prosperous but not those who try to take advantage of our lenient immigration policies. I think we should take back the passports of those who have left Canada for more than 2 years or those who have evaded taxes so that we do not continue to support those never contributed to our country. PS, I mentioned about HK only because of my origin and I believe the same problem would be caused by immigrants from other countries too.

No African should be looking for reparation when their ancestors were heavily involved in the evil act of slavery. And before you say black Americans and Caribbean people have African ancestry (you know exactly what I mean). And this is what we call, a ladder puller. Now that she was able to become a citizen, rather than helping her family members to get their legal status, which can be difficult, tedious and very expensive, she could care less if the lives they have already spent decades on building here are completely destroyed. She seems to be fully aware that it can be a difficult process, and I personally have seen that it’s not exactly a fair one either. I have seen some people spend not only years waiting on a hearing or a determination, but spend thousands they scrape together on lawyers and obtaining records, while others submit minimal evidence and get a determination in weeks. Instead of admitting that there are problems with the system and vote for people who are actually trying to help, she wants the same system that made it a difficult process for her to stay the same for them. In fact she voted for someone who is going to make it harder if not impossible for them to come back the right way in the first place. Is she not thinking? If they get deported, that is going into immigration records and when that gets pulled up when they apply to come back it will likely cause any legally efforts to return to be rejected. And who knows how long that will stay in their system? Could be years, could be permanent. Biden’s idea to help those undocumented who are married to citizens to be able to apply and get a temporary visa to stay here while they wait so that families wouldn’t have to be broken up by having the applicant return to their country of origin. That was not just a great idea from a humanitarian point, but they could apply for a job that wasn’t going to take advantage of them by paying below minimum wage, with no rights if they are injured. That could help bring local wages up. They would start contributing back by paying their fair share of taxes, and do on. Republicans in red states stopped it though and are suing the Biden administration for trying to do what? Help people and fix some of the issues that our broken immigration system has caused? \nSorry lady, but you earned your family’s ire and whatever treatment you get from the administration you voted for.

I am a U.S. born Mexican-American. This woman disgusts me. My father was a decorated WWII veteran. He, too, was a U.S. born citizen, as well as my mother. We never had much. One thing they both taught me was to help people who had less than we did. I look mexican, yet when I open my mouth, I don't have the accent my parents had. I have been targeted by random people just minding my business running errands. I have on occasion stuck up for my fellow Hispanic when I have seen them ignored and mistreated. What the f is wrong with this person. Was she not taught anything about empathy and compassion? Isn't she at risk of being deported? The green card can easily be taken away. Honey, they don't want us here. Yes, I include myself in that. This woman is as racist as any skin head. They will turn on her in a second. What a fool. Even Mexico doesn't deserve for this woman to be tossed back to them.

She doesn’t even understand how the policy works when someone is deported. The person has to apply and it could take 5-20 years with an attorney to try to come back to their families. It’s costly and not guaranteed. It’s tragic and dystopian that families are turning against one another. Welcome to Fahrenheit 451/Brave New World. She better start saving for her attorney because “legal status” is not part of the 2025 agenda.

What most MAGA supporters don't realize is that we're currently living in Trump's economy. The reality is that while he wasn't in office, he used the House as his own personal veto to block any substantial legislature from passing under Biden/Harris, so it makes them look incompetent. The economy bottoms out, countries go to war, the border explodes. I won't say it's all Trump's fault, however. As with the border, just like when Trump wanted to get rid of Obamacare but didn't have anything to replace it, Biden removed Trump's border policies with nothing to replace it. At least Trump didn't get rid of Obamacare without having something to replace it. Just too many mistakes on Democrats part, and too much interference from Trump from the outside. Now Trump will have unchecked power, just one step closer to a dictatorship.

She said 14 million entered on Biden's watch and should be deported. That is stupid because there are less the 12 million undocumented immigrants in the United States now. Being stupid is probably one of the saddest things a person can be and today it is the norm.
