Any time you are on any kind of team, the teammates you want are ones you can trust, ones that will keep their word. One thing that has made the US strong is the allies we have. He have been able to keep these allies because, in general, we have stuck to agreements we have made with other countries historically. If you have an ally that doesn’t fulfill their end of agreements then they are not much of an allie. If Trump is thinking he can “replace” our current allies and just go become allies with Russia—Russia doesn’t have a good track record on following through on agreements in the last few decades.

US is still the biggest and strongest economy in the world. Americans will ride this one out. I cannot say the same thing about other countries.

They have been putting our corporations out of business that compete with them here by giving those Canada companies subsidies so they can sell their materials cheaper than ours. I seem to recall the whole tariff thing started when Donald wanted to even up the 200 billion dollar subsidy to Canada which doesn’t exist, then he chose the immigration and fentanyl crisis that doesn’t exist … can’t wait to hear the next excuse.
