What's sad is America's can barely find affordable housing for themselves and what do you think is happening in Mexico that thousands of people at once tried to cross the border something bad is happening

National Guard needs to roll down there and back up border patrol. There's nothing right about this. How many other countries did these people pass through to get to the US border? I thought Mexico was supposed to be offering aid to these migrants? Who all knows whos crossing over in these crowds?

All those people that cross into Canada are going to end up being homeless in no time. I don’t think the government of Canada is going to give out free money, benefits, education to those assholes that cross the border illegally.

You guys are absolutely no clues! I want to let you know the reality about immigration...immigration is for poor people only, and if you have no money, you can not cross that border legally...immigration is only for poor people.

Now we need Trudeau to get rid of all the illegal entry people being housed and paid by Canadian citizen tax dollars. Stop providing hotel accommodations for people that entered Canada illegally. Take them to a legal border crossing,and process them like anyone else. Trudeau should be arrested and charged, for assisting illegal entry into Canada, and for providing assistance to illegals in the country.

So people that I had to be saying, the Mexicans crash in USA wish USA they are the ones are crossing the border to Canada. That’s not good for the USA also.

Send them back why keep helping migrants when all these homeless Americans people. The government don’t put them in Motels or give them health care. Some migrants get free homes pay no rent or utilities I saw a article about it. There need to be stricter regulations and Americans people come first look at all those homeless families needing free housing and utilities and food. Every time you call a bank or somewhere you get a non-English speaking person and everything get all confused and messed up. Give Americans people their jobs back. Close the border every 5 or 10 years reopen for two weeks make them stay where ever they come from. Look how thaws Americans are getting killed in Mexico and look how they set there mattress on fire at the border detention center. Barricade all borders and if you come across any border crossing they be punished put them on the chain gang or something. Use force if needed .. !

Wanna know how to stop all this bullshit? Very easy. A couple m60's with few thousand rounds mounted along border every 100 yards and just let the bullets fly as soon as anyone crosses that fence. God dam people it isn't rocket science. If the cost of illegal entry isn't greater than the cost of staying put in their own shitty country made shitty by those same people then they won't stop coming illegally. What about the people who have legally arrived here and have been waiting for permanent residents for years and years? People who just cross the border will get PR in a year.

So they're arrested and given a ride to another border crossing where they will be processed just like everyone else who's crossing? And the people who didn't cross at Roxham Road had to walk or pay for transport to get to the other location? Other than that, no actual difference, right? Still the same amount of people still coming in?

People in america are hardly surviving themselves ,why bring in more people? More importantly people who brings in no economic gain for the country ,also people should know the difference between illigal and legal migration. Wait so why a mass of people trying to cross the borders?\n\nI just looked it up, so basically there is a rumor that it was migration celebration or something where they would be allowed to migrate freely. In order for them to seek asylum, they must schedule in advance through an app, which I find it weird. The app however is very glitchy, so a lot of problems here. Some of these people have traveled far away believing this rumor. Reason why people are trying to cross so they can escape poverty and violence in their home country. Sad really.

? I do feel for these people. However, how do you measure the quality of immigrants wanting to live in the US. Thousands of Venezuelans have crossed the border to Colombia. Although most want a better life, there are the many that do atrocities!!! The city where my parents are from there are neighborhoods where Venezuelans hangs have taken over….. there were peaceful places before Venezuelans got there. It can be frustrating when talking about immigration.

people need to understand, yes people do try to cross the border to do not so good things but there is also people who just want to live a happy life. they wanna come here cause they feel it will be better. they just want a happy life.

This has been going on for 2 years every day at multiple locations along the border FOX news has reporters there and do daily segments talking to people crossing over they show it all no holding back the sad and ugly parts the trash they leave behind the different wristbands they wear from the cartels they paid children without parents land owners who have had their lives threatened their livestock killed their property destroyed, deaths by drowning in the day and night rescues made in the dangerous places of the river, the count is up to 173 different countries of people crossing in many with no birth certificates or identification even Newsmax & OAN have reporters there there are many independent journalists trying to bring awareness to this from day one of Biden opening the border when he took office ????

Every since this has been allowed to occur we suddenly don’t have jobs in restaurants that allows people to work without citizenship or green card. They are taking those jobs speaking no English and being used and overworked. They are easier to deal with cause they barley complain. So people(americans) are being pushed out big time. They starting with the lowest pay . Lower than what Americans would accept. I completely understand that wall?? I can’t even take a vacation without a passport to the countries and I’m not planning on staying at all. We can’t go for a few days without documentation.. let alone pick up our whole lives and cross one of those borders without being rejected. So explain to me.. what gives them that right?

Before everybody so quick to blame immigrants for trying to cross the border let me try to tell you the reason why they're trying to cross the border you see they're trying to get away from loss of the poor really don't have a choice it's either join the cartel or get forced into it people don't really know how brutal the cartel is I've seen how brutal they are they have decapitated you fed people to dogs and have beaten and skinned people that goes for any gender both men and there was also the case where a cartel made a young kid into a hitman

The US is a country of immigrants, built by immigrants. But they also need to respect US sovereignty. As someone who is not from the US, these people are exploiting the media attention and public sympathy to illegally cross the borders.

The amount of immigrants I see illegally enter and cross into El Paso are insane. I know this from living right next to it all. We are talking at least once a week seeing 8+ individuals at once or even more. . . Women, Men, young Teens and even children. . . They enter our homes to find a safe haven and flee from border patrol that is roaming the streets and it’s a constant battle of keeping your home safe from people that may or may not be good people. It’s unfortunate. My grandfather immigrated to the US from Mexico years ago and did so legally. He established our family here and any other relatives since have crossed legally and obtained citizenship. It’s a hard and long process but it’s necessary.

There is a lot of security and even when you cross with a visa the officers act like if you wanna stay there when you are just a tourist. Why not set up a program financed by their home country and ours to get them physically and financially healthy to work or start businesses in their home country? The cost of living is so low for them that they could afford a future of prosperity or middle class lifestyle in their country of origin. Force their governments to change economically to sustain themselves for their interests. There is hardly any upward mobility in blue collar jobs, ever more so in the labor market. If they are not making $40K/year (assuming the majority has not a college degree in something marketable, advanced skills, a tradesman or artisan) then they’re struggling like everyone else in the service industry. Jobs for teenagers, entry level workers, part time jobseekers like for students, people needing extra income cause it’s so expensive in CA, NY, Austin, TX, Chicago or SF living off work entry-level service jobs. Technology has created a shortage or labor gap between unskilled jobs. Jobs that Americans need while pursuing training or technical degrees for the new skilled jobs. \n\nImmigrants do not need to fit the stereotypes of working in the service industry or as farm workers. American citizens can fill these labor positions quite easily. No, immigrants, work visa or not, do not work any harder, smarter, slower or faster than anyone else wanting to work. If someone is motivated to work an unskilled labor job then they will be just as effective as the next person. The HR for these companies definitely virtue signal and satisfy diversity quotas every time they hire someone due to their work status or ethnicity. Everyone and anyone can be replaced and so the question is, who do you, as an employer, want to replace the job vacancy with? Gonna hire cause they are a good fit or because your helping some politicians cause? Gonna grant asylum cause their lives are in danger from a government firing squad or because Biden/Harris will pat you on the back? \n\nThere is reason to illegally enter this country and it is disrespectful, disgraceful, dishonorable, dishonest and disheartening to the ones who are here legally by going through the process like everyone else paying time and money. 39,000 entered illegally into the province of Québec in 2022...through Roxham road. The people and farms that live along the US-Canada border that covers the Roxham area are having a hard time. 68% of Québebers want this crossing closed for good.

I’m curious as to why folks feel the need to clarify the difference between Mexican and Venezuelan or some other country of origin. At no point did this video say Mexicans did this or that. Only that people were attempting to cross at the Mexico - US border.

How ironic, CNN won't cover the border and the millions off people flooding into our country. But they will cover the few hundred that crosses into Canada's country.

As a hardworking Canadian, it is very sad and frustrated to see how people just cross the border so easily from the US when my immigrant parents who held bachelors and PHD needed to sacrifice so much to raise me. They had to do labor work in factories. Those people who seek asylum will enjoy so much such as free housing, food and education support. All the services are coming out from the taxpayers like me. I have been taxed so high that I almost cannot afford a place in large cities like Toronto and Vancouver. In my opinion, Canada should restrict the number of people seeking asylum every five years. It should offer less benefits to those people as well.

If it was up to me, I would do a trade. I would swap 1 Guatemalan for 1 of them liberal extremists. The ones that say they hate the U.S. and how we need to pay for all of their colleges.
