If the task is for the most powerful, most cohesive, most advanced and most feared military - they you don't just have an obligation to arm them as well as you can, you have to look to everything that impacts morale and how the military budget it spent. I think there is one crucial thing that need to highlight, it is about behavior. I always keep upto date with FP news but this was so biased and failed to address the issue fully and accurately. Firstly, the economy of India or the foreign policies of India has little to do with the power of the Indian passport. According to that logic US, China and Russia should be the top 3 in the passport ranking - but it is not. @3:35 The logic is visible and the west does not need to explain it. It is the quality of the people visiting the western countries. There is a significant number of Indian citizens who would migrate without the intention to return. This fact unfortunately affects everyone holding an Indian passport. FP also needs to see that middle class in India is not at a middle class standard worldwide. I presume those countries which has slightly stronger passport than India has populations which are a tiny fraction of those wanting to travel with an Indian passport.

Maybe that is why we are told to make us a new heart, one which good, love and hope will come, and not all this evil we see now.\n\n So, if it is time for God to try our heart, then we need a heart that will flow with good instead of evil. The only economic parameter that matters is per capita. India currently ranks 122nd in the world based in per capita (that too purchasing power included). India can be the largest economy in the world with a hopeless per capita. One day The Adanis, Ambanis and a few others will be worth 25 trillion USD themselves and India could be the largest economy in the world; yet 95% of its population will rank lower than 120th in the world. Nationalistic emotion can cloud one's judgement. Plus as an ex-Indian, here are things I see constantly - walking upto the edge of the platform to empty their noses, being obnoxious in public, spitting on the side of the road, talking to people about how the country they are in, looted India for centuries, and asking them to return the 45 trillion :D
