Congrats Raman for being successful in whatever endeavours of life you have touched upon and its invaluable experiences sharing so candidly with newcomers to Canada. Your message of being optimistic and positive in anything one does leads to “success” defined by the an individual. I have seen real-estate ups and downs of GTA much more than you have thus far, however; it makes me enormously happy for your accomplishments in such a short time. I am hanging my boots after 35+years in real-estate for good as in couple of days my RECO licence will expire. \n\nIncidentally, you shouldn’t have worried about your security, Toronto Police can take good care of security issues very well and your letter from the criminal litigation lawyer would have been sufficient to subdue the potential offenders. Enjoy next 20-25 years to fullest thereafter mobility might get restricted. Thank you and best of luck.

Excellent interview. Both respected ladies shared views honestly. The main difference is a bit generation difference. If we compare current economy and opportunities. Sorry to say the biggest problems of India are1- Corruption 2-Pollution3- ethical government 4 - EverywhereHindu-Muslim 5- Very limited infrastructure ( Roads, Power etc) 6- severe infection ( compared to earnings) 7- Level of Accidents and drunk drivers 8- very few opportunities matching skills 9- Very poor quality of education and unprofessional health 10- honesty is a real issue 11- Fake Godi media +++++\nI don’t mean India is a bad country. It’s one of the best country on earth. The issue is the governance especially current government is a biggest issue. Poor people are exploited that’s why kamvalis, rickshaws drivers, plumbers, electricians, masons, carpenters are provided services almost free.\nWe wish India gets it’s golden bird status back. \nTo both aunties- Thank you for sharing views. Stay healthy and happy which you already are. Good luck

Although, I love here in BC Canada, but good to speak out truth! thank you for your true and reliable facts sharing. I agree every country has issues and here everything is slowly improving too, but it is frustrating to watch such problems that are solved in most least developed countries a decade ago. You can see someone sobbing from pain and yet to wait a week for doctor (feels to me meeting butchers :)). You can see many surgent and talented Intern/Indian doctor, experts and engineers doing labor work, are not they even capable for general basic services?! Solutions and resources are a lot but no body pick them up! as if it is a concession force not to. Say more about diversity but less inclusion of Asians.

Enjoyed the podcast! Everything becomes depressing cus of the cold and long winters .Now the summer is too hot too. Houses are not open for that hot weather. Mosquitos everywhere in the backyard. Thanks for Sharing.
