I’m an American citizen who was born in the United States (Hawaii). Everyone has the right to support or not support President Trump’s plans for mass deportation. The interviewer asked this Mexican American woman her opinion and she’s entitled to her opinion. There are a lot of Hispanic people who agree with Trump. I don’t think she’s turning her back on her family by saying “it’s okay” if they get deported. I think she’s respecting and supporting the rules of Immigration laws to have legal documentation to live in the United States. Rather than disrespecting and ignoring Immigration laws the way her family did. I think in a way she’s saying “it’s okay” her family gets deported because they deserve to be penalized for breaking Immigration laws for entering and staying in America for 20 or 30 years illegally which is valid and understandable. It comes down to the phrase “You commit the crime you do the time” whether it’s family or not. I believe she has a leg to stand on because she followed Immigration laws, received her Green Card and is living in the United States legally. If a family member of mine committed a crime and were put in jail or deported back to their country I would say “it’s okay” too. You reap what you sow.

I can’t understand why people in America can’t see that Trump is in the political game to meet his own needs and agenda!! In short he is the biggest and now the most untrustworthy criminal in the WORLD!!! He is going to destroy America and everything America stands for and he will do it with no considerations for the population!!! Why is one man, and a man with severe mental problems able to upend the total legal fraternity of a country and not be held accountable!!! The existing government can clearly see the dangers of this incoming administration but sit idly by and allow this corruption to manifest! Biden has the ability and powers of the presidency to stop Trump in his tracks, Why isn’t he? What is Biden afraid of? Trump is one man or is it the behind the scenes organisations that have installed trump and bought the presidency for him to serve their own agendas . With a total moron like Trump at the helm there are foreign adversaries that are going to complete the destruction of American institutions in a way that is going to severely damage Americas standing in the world!! The people that voted this evil man into office have no idea what hardships they are going to endure for the foreseeable future because a man like Trump doesn’t spend a minute of his day considering what’s best for someone else only his own interests!

So if old fatty starts a trade war again like he did the go around will Americans have to bale out farmers again,that will piss a bunch of people off, farmers stand on your own two feet!

They keep talking about losing a huge part of the workforce with mass deportations. So Americans aren’t looking for work? I’ve worked for Amazon for 3 and a half years now. I transferred from Va back home to ny last October. In va Americans are being hired. In ny Amazon is literally hiring nothing but Haitians. We hire a hundred and twenty people every year between July and January for prime and peek. I promise you without any iota of exaggeration, every last new hire is Haitian. I know of plenty of ppl who have applied to no avail. They really need to say if you’re American don’t apply. They get tax credits for hiring them. And because of this they do little to no work because they know nothing will happen to them. So all of the work falls on us . Out of the 120 new hires this year and last year 115 are under 27. They try to alienate us , intimidate us,and are extremely rude to anyone who isn’t Haitian. These are young people who are on straight gang time. I’m a black man telling you this and I’m from the street. It took me 6 years to finally make 20 dollars an hr, they come right over making the same as me while I’m working harder to accommodate their lack of productivity and at the same time hope I don’t lose my job for standing up to their rudeness and intimidation tactics. But the media will have ppl convinced that these are hard working meek and humble ppl just trying to make a better life for them and their families. I’m 45 years old and every year of my life we have always had a block party every summers end . For the last three years none. Because my neighborhood has been inundated with migrants who don’t care to assimilate.

It's all fine and well that you want to leave Canada but where will you go that's any better? After all it is your choice. The problems we see happening around the world are a global problem. There are at least 2 major wars going on. Inflation is rampant in most countries in the world and we ARE heading for a global economic depression that will dwarf anything that we've seen in the 1930's. Speaking for myself my roots are here in Canada which is not the Canada I grew up in anymore. Sadly. Used to be a really great place to live until Trudeau and his band of thieves ruined it. I may as well make my last stand here. If I was going to move where would I go. The EU? Absolutely not! They're tanking. America? No effing way! The American empire is collapsing. Along with the FED note. South America? Don't think so. Most S. American countries are iffy at best. Australia? No. They're nuts. New Zealand? No. They're struggling badly and people are leaving there in droves. Africa? No way in hell. So that doesn't leave very much. Antarctica? Little on the cold side. Few amenities. ;) May as well stay where I am and take my chances. Better the devil I know than the one I don't. If you're serious about moving out of Canada be sure to do your due diligence and research about your target country. Grass always looks greener on the other side but many times isn't once you get there. One place that I AM attracted to is the Azores. Beautiful place. Friendly people. Good climate. One drawback is that I don't speak Portuguese. And I would have to be independently wealthy. After a certain amount of time out of the country I would lose my Canadian pension. It's said that where we are is where we're supposed to be. I may as well take my chances, make the best of a crappy situation and stay here. There really is no better or worse place than Canada. One of the biggest reasons I want to stay in Canada is that if it does come to a nuclear shooting war it would be very unlikely that Canada would be attacked. So here I'll stay. For better or worse. Landlords are taking advantage of supply and demand and over charge people. People I guess are saying F you! Were in a housing crisis and there are human rights laws . Peoples fundalmental rights under the code are being violated. I would say class action law suit against Canadian government. I am not A Canadian I’m an American, but I interact with lots of Canadians as they find themselves coming down here for one reason to the other and I’m not near the border either. I’m quite far into the US in a major US city.\n\nThere are two types of Canadians that distinct themselves. The first group is the ones that are themselves immigrants that are naturalized. I make this distinction because many cases they have not assimilated. They still have their own culture from another country and is pointed out by the narrator people from south Asia and Asia strongly have their culture And language \n\n( Canada is good for allowing people to live in communities to cut themselves off from the main screen. You have people who speak the Ukrainian language Going Back 4 generations)\n\nThen I’m gonna have to use a euphemism that might make peoples hair stand on the back of their neck. I’m gonna call them. The white Canadians has a euphemism. These are people who are going so far back from the British Isles for the most part and the French also speak another language who have no connection to Europe. The English-speaking Canadians who are you from white could walk down or come down to the US and fit right in in a matter of weeks if they’re not already assimilated into the US Culture ( I hope I don’t see any fireworks start coming from this comment) Many of these white Canadians are now more economically disadvantage than the newer Asian and south Asian immigrants and find themselves often times competing for resources with these newer immigrants. Many immigrants more effectively when it comes to investment funds and banking as they formed their own little cocoon communities that don’t interact with the white Canadians.\n\nUnderstandably the white Canadians feel like they’re shut out, unappreciated by the government and now disadvantage and if they raise any protest, they’re called racist and white supremacist. \n\nJust so you know, I am not a white American, but I have an immigrant father from East Asia and I have relatives of my fathers who are also from the same Asian country who immigrated the Canada that I’m in contact with\n\nCulturally when I run into white Canadians, what I noticed is that their diction and speech is so clean clear and polished. It’s almost like they went to a finishing school or a low level class in diplomacy and public speaking many of these people come off like human resource people in the US because their culture is one of accommodation and consideration for other people they know how to be mindful of other people and these are great qualities\n\nYes, the Canadian government is messing up right now and they’re gonna wind up, ruining the social cohesion of their country if they have any and also wasting their human capital

The balls on these people. They need to leave the country when they are supposed to legally do so. Canada and actual Canadians should take a stand on this and don’t back down. I do not drink coffee or eat fast food. So I have no need for these people. Get your education and get out. I am an immigrant that came to Canada legally. No one bent the rules for me nor for people whom I have met here that are also immigrants all legally from several different nations in Europe as well as Caribbean and South American. All actually hold decent paying jobs nurses, engineers business owners ect. They work hard to make a life for themselves and their families to become successful Canadians. Send all these students back when their time is up. If not it’s only going to cost Canadians and immigrants that contribute and wish to be Law abiding Canadians that do more than serve food and coffee.

I lived in Pakistan for 5 years for medical school. As much as I appreciated it, I knew I could not settle there. You will appreciate all the little things once you move. You can get ripped off by utilities company over there. Unless you know someone in power you don’t stand a chance. The inflation there is much higher than here. Some days you can’t find any meat or other foods. Almost everyone is trying to rip you off. Also safety is an issue. I was young and dumb. I was never targeted but it happens to locals all the time. As a westerner they can spot you a mile away even if you dress like them. You’re complaining about the cold, wait till you feel the heat. Electricity goes out all the time. You need to know people and have family in these countries. You can’t get things done independently like you can in the west. Also there are very few jobs that allow for the standard of living you are used to. If you are willing to sacrifice 90% of what you have now then you might have a chance. Lastly, you will most likely have to put your children in an American school when you get there because they don’t speak the language and they will act like westerners. And hide your wife from YouTube for God’s sake. If you had a billion dollars would you broadcast it to the world?

What are your efforts to get Palestinian people in peace and protection, to get them out of blockade, to stop the killing of the innocent lives mercilessly, to stop all and every type of torture given to them, do mention your efforts to have them access to clean water food and medications? Are your efforts only limited to the celebrations and festivities happening in the Arab world? The concerns from American singers enjoying dancing and drinking??? Where are standing? Can’t see none

I am an American Pagan but I have many Hijabi friends and I have always strongly upheld that I will catch an assault charge to protect a Muslima who is attacked/exposed in a hate crime. Why do South Americans don’t use this type of energy and take back the beautiful country from their weak president? I just don’t understand. In every country, the people stand and fight for it. Many died, many survived. Use this energy and take your country back. I know they have the drug lords, but doesn’t every country? I dont have a problem with the average American but life in Canada is everything you could ask for. Health care of course but here you can truly do what you want and live your dream if you work for it. While I have enjoyed it and met some great people there is no comparison when it comes to overall quality of life in every regard.

American citizens are standing in between people living in horrible conditions, and people who are trying to charge an arm and a leg for rent. Sadly, American citizens still can't really talk unless they know what it's like to live in a third world country.

All of these points are subjective. I think the point system you used and the subjects you talked about are biased. I would have given the USA a point for innovation and job opportunity. There is more opportunities, because more companies choose the USA. We have a higher population so even thought there is more job opportunities in the USA, it is also very competitive. Your video gave a point to Canada for vacation and maternity leave rather than innovation and job opportunities. A lawyer in the USA has a better chance of practicing law than a Canadian lawyer. You gave a point to Canada for healthcare because of life expectancy. However I’d still give a point to the USA for healthcare. The life expectancy is a separate subject. The life expectancy is lower in the USA because of what we eat here. I would give a point to Canada for healthier food. In the USA fatty diet with sugary sweets is common here.\n\nThe video was really pros and cons for liberals. As an American, I could make a list that is biased towards the USA. If you are liberal in the USA and can handle the cold then Canada is sounds amazing. If you’re a liberal, but can’t handle the cold, the west coast of the U.S. might be a better option than Canada. \n\nI think all of those pros for Canada is because they are in Canada. These people aren't welcome here by legal Americans regardless of what politicans tell you. the only reason actual American citizens aren't standing there with weapons pointing these people back south is because the very people who are harmed by this deriliction of law are themselves staunchly law abiding. We had a President that was against this, that wanted a wall. Now, we’re giving free housing, food, phones, healthcare, paid job training and even higher education, and the list goes on! I’m not sharing my opinion on social; however, I am stating a fact. I’m not going to comment on what I think would happen if just one or two families left this group and went down the road a few miles and found another way in. I’m not saying that’s right, but say it’s what happened… they’d get the above. Thank the Democrats for letting this happen. We cannot support the people we have now so how are these people going to get the help they need? I guess these liberal cities can keep taking them in since it's their policies letting it happen. I guess if these cities get tired of footing the bill maybe they will stand up and say something to their leaders and tell them enough is enough. They don't want the wall they don't want to give the ice agents and border patrol the help they need and they keep blaming Americans for their stupid policies but they sure will bring in hundreds of IRS agents to take your money and arrest you if they don't think you're paying what they deem acceptable. I think most Americans are sick of this administration and want it gone. Their giving more rights to illegals and other countries than the people who live here. This administration is going after the rights and freedoms of all Americans and trying to turn the Constitution into some old document that doesn't have any relevance in today's world. They're pushing more and more communistic laws through our government to strip Americans of their rights. People need to wake up and see that this administration doesn't give a damn about you or this country.
