Funny how a lot of Canadians complained about Trudeau, the wokeness etc. Albeit reasonably so, Practically praising Trump, until these idiotic tariffs. Now we have Canada united and in a fighting patriotic mood against Trump. UK probably gonna go the same way thanks to Vance. A lesson in hubris.

Hat off to Trudeau. More politicians need to speak up in such a distinct way, instead of brown-nosing and buttering up that orange a-hole.

Just one questin. Trudeau just said him an the president worked together an beliving he refurred to the USMCA. He said it made money an jobs an economy better. Mr. Trump we thank you for dealing with our budget and splitting ties with freeloaders. Canada cant defend themselves and we dont need their bacon or anything they have at all. We have enough coal to fuel the US for over 300 years. We been subsidizing them every way and that is how they can give free healthcare and education while Americans dont have that option. As a Canadian, I encourage viewers to understand that PM Trudeau was turfed out by his own party and has ZERO credibility, despite his parading around the globe as if he is still Prime Minister of Canada. I don't like this way of Trudeau's handling of the tariff's of today.

I voted for Trump, but it's hard not to agree with Trudeau on this even though I find this guy to be extremely unpleasant. There's no reason to start trade wars all over the world and in particular with our neighbors. It's one thing to threaten tariffs and a very different thing to actually apply them. If you do it has to be accompanied by a lot of diplomacy so that the other country is not overreacting, but Trump has been super combative prompting our neighbors to respond in kind to save face. While past deals may not have been great for US, this is not the way to handle our differences. Billionaires like Trump and his friends will be fine, but the majority of ordinary folks in the US and Canada will suffer. Very dumb, indeed.

I like how Trudeau left out all the money we just hand over to Canada. The only reason that the markets are tumbling is because the fake news wants to create panic when there is none. Same thing with Zelensky. From Ukraine with respect. A few decades ago our school hired a Canadian as a native speaker to teach us some spoken English. He was not very smart and made some grammar mistakes here and there. But what surprised me is how on his 1st day he tried to make a joke, smth. “We, Canadians, have nothing to apologize for, except for Celine Dion”. He startled to giggle, searching our faces for a sign of approval. There was none! We love Celine! To this day it astounds me how many Canadians badmouth their great singer or their own Prime minister. What is wrong with you? We Canadians are suckers if we're giving billions more to Ukraine. Trudeau needs to go now. As for the tariff, I think we need to strike back hard, and continue the boycott of US goods. If we could, would be great do cut off all energy going to the States, but thanks to Trudeau, we don't have cross country pipelines to do that.
