I effectively spent a chunk of my childhood in America with relatives. I treasured these memories, but now all the feelings of wonder and happiness when thinking of my visits to America have faded. Now I just think of how selfish it was to sabotage Canada. American private equities want to rock our system and buy up all they can and so I am happy we are watching for this. I think Donald did this to try and buy up Canadian companies. This should be made illegal. I am willing to suffer for up to pull the plug on all resources and energy going to America “suddenly” do they have no time to adapt and collectively suffer. We even produce the ingredient you need for your nuclear weapons and otherwise need to get this from Russia. Canada has the ability to help our allies get nuclear weapons to protect against “America as our #1 enemy now”. Will we share too secret info with you when Trump clearly seems to be working with Russia? Putin dream for NATO to break down and now Trump ours that I to action . Trump wants everyone to spend money on military to fuel the American military industrial complex, something each and every huge tech company you have participated. You have essentially been taken over by a global entity that doesn’t care about democracy. We are going to manufacture our own weapons to have zero dependency on America. That makes no sense to buy weapons from the country threatening to invade you. \n\nHow will America feel to be totally alone in the global stage all under the power of one unstable man with multiple personality disorders. I am Canadian Citizen, but 100% support Trump for what he is doing for his country. Every country should be independent whatever their core values. Trump is just doing it to draw attention away from his own country. He can blame Canada and every other country for American problems but that's not gonna work on American people. As an American. I don't think it was a good thing to bully other countries, especially allies and neighbors. There are other diplomatic ways to do things. I am not left or right, but I felt like Obama and Clinton had better ways with international relationships. I am a proud Canadian and embrace our sovereignty. We fought in WW2 for two years before the U.S joined our side . Rescued 6 of their diplomats in Iran in 1979. We were at their side in Afghanistan after the horrors of 9/11. Our good people of Gander Newfoundland sheltered, clothed and fed them in that aftermath when their planes were grounded. We sent planes to Los Angeles as did Mexico to fight the wildfires after Trump imposed his tariffs and pushed his annex ideology and making us a 51st state. That was a slap in the face to every soldier who died standing for our country and what we represent. From my heart I thank all of you for your support. Every country should be responsible for their own goods. The day we start relying on other countries for what we need we're in a heck of a mess. Because China couldn't get our merchandise to our plant we had to shut down for almost a month. We messed up sending some of our work to China. After this we got everything in the US. This has been the low point in our country. I know there were other times in our history when the people didn't understand or not agree with the president, but every single time the president would explain to the people why he did what he did just like any person in that capacity. I have been on this Earth for over 65 years and this is the first time that I am appalled at what this idiot is doing. I'm quite surprised that every country thinks America is a friend. My dear folks, AMERICA DOESN'T HAVE FRIENDS, ONLY INTERESTS. This actually is a benefit to both Canada and America and creates domestic industry. More then 75% of Canadian exports don't even go to the USA. Canada, America and Russia have the most resources independently from each other then any other countries in the world. Every Democrat was making the point that only the host country pays for the tariffs that it puts on items. Why is Canada upset? If we have to pay the tariffs. And then canada's answer is to what make their own people pay tariffs, that doesn't make any sense.
