If you are a student that must leave they apply for extention on student visa this takes a minimum 90 days then if turned down you apply for work permit takes another min, 90 days if denied you apply for perminent residence takes another min.90 days and so on and so on you can apply for a 2nd opinion on all these taking another 90 days each time. I have to say as a white Canadian i have met some Indian people who are the nicest people but I have also had some that were the worst kind of people personally from my experience it has mostly been those who have come since the pandemic which is due to our government not properly screening people. As for brampton I was going to school and my instructor was Indian and I was surprised when he started bragging about when Indians first arrive in canada that they are taught by there church how to take advantage of the Canadian government systems and legally sue people he literally told me that and i was shocked that he actually bragged about that and thought it was perfectly ok i don't hate him or any Indian people but that kind of thing does happen alot in brampton and it definitely doesn't help Indians in most people's eyes especially when there's some bragging about it .and frankly same with the YouTube videos talking about taking advantage of our food banks not good at all especially when people are relying on them to feed their children.It also doesn't help when someone states there opinion and automatically it is called racist.

Crazy how much Canada (seems) to have changed. I grew up there, and spent my first 20 years there, but have lived in the US (FL) the last 35 years.....only been back twice, so really only know the current Canada through youtubers and a few classmates.
