I think the Canadian government has made it far too easy for anyone to immigrate. As an Indian living in India, I can attest that many of us look for the easiest way out and often lack a strong moral compass. Additionally, most of us struggle with adapting to new environments, possibly due to an archaic education system that emphasizes rote learning over conceptual understanding. Many Indians also face challenges with proficiency in the English language.\n\nUnfortunately, Canada’s relatively lenient immigration policies have allowed a significant number of unskilled individuals from India to settle there. Many of these individuals have been reluctant to embrace Canadian culture. Corruption may have played a role as well, with some local Canadian colleges and universities admitting students who lacked merit. Given the extreme levels of corruption in India, this is not surprising.\n\nThe root issue lies in the Canadian government’s lack of strictness and vigilance when formulating immigration rules and policies. Many Indians, frustrated with the current government and financial hardships, seek to leave the country in hopes of a better life in the West. While educated individuals follow proper processes, the uneducated often resort to questionable means. In Canada’s case, this negligence on the part of both governments has had unfortunate consequences.\n\nI hope stricter policies and more accountability lead to better outcomes in the future.

Grass always seems greener on the other side but when you live in foreign countries for Indians you always have pros and cons to face. I live in USA and I love it here but when I visit India people always think that WE have it better but if I had money I would love to retire in India.

The problem here isn't Australia or Canada. The problem is in India! The Government of India has failed to lift living standards in India. The services people require are lacking or not there. The education system needs to be completely overhauled and built. Requiring people to go to another nation for education is a clear indication the government has failed. I work with many Indian people and I hear the same thing over and over , there's just to many people in India! The people of India need to push their government to do better and do more for the people. There is no dought this can be achieved but the corruption needs to end. God bless India

Many words of the language English had their origins from Sanskrit(an ancient Indian language ). English is better than other language because what white people get to decide . What’s your problem if he doesn’t speak English ? Don’t talk to him , mind your own business…

IF India fails to offer sufficient opportunities for its exploding population, it is solely the fault of Indians who fail to elect competent officials, fail to make their country better, fail to curb their population explosion. Those failures guarantee your own massive failures in any other country you invade illegally. GREED is not moral, not acceptable elsewhere.

These Punjabi/Desi workers are Less than Mediocre, Unprofessionals, Pathetic, Have zero work ethics, speak Bad english and therefore have dismal communication skills, are lazy,shy away from working hard, drag their feet at work, unwilling to learn n improve, are always ready n willing to Argue and pick a fight specially Punjabi Pendus. I don't understand how Indian origins people like to go all over the world and make this country better instead of India ?? They are in Europe America Australia Africa Middle East. Nobody in India.

It is incumbent upon the Canadian government to screen out those applicants who received fake admission letters upon arrival or even before departing for Canada - at the Indian airport of departure. Clearly the priority of the Canadian government was to allow one and all in so as to benefit from the exorbitantly high tuition fees charged to international students - so scrutiny of offer letters took a back seat. The recent crack down on international students (after such a long time) especially in the wake of the impending elections makes Canadians highly skeptical. This is nothing but damage control by the Trudeau government now that they are faced with the prospect of a decimation at the general elections. They needed a scapegoat - what better than to blame international students....the outsider - sound familiar?

Now that India is going to get back such talented Indians returning to India from Canada and USA, hope to see a better India in next few years.

every non citzen should be deported not just Indians, you are welcome here if you arrive the legal way with the intent of bettering your and our lives, if you are coming here just cause problems why not stay home and cause problems there

The true problem is the greed of colleges - bringing the wrong kind of international students. Remember - the same India supplies the brightest brains to the USA. Like myself - thousands of high skill STEM field Indians are finding Canada to be the North American ghetto. We had high paying jobs and comfortable life in India - we moved for better value of our taxes and overall high quality of life but we are finding ourselves surrounded by same chaos and much worse healthcare. Many like me pay 100s of thousands in taxes every year in Canada and yet find ourselves on flights to India to seek quick healthcare. Pls bring in healthcare workers and students - not the high schoolers seeking to live on Tim Horton and uber jobs for life.

Being an Indian immigrant, I agree with them. Too many people were let in a shorter span of time. Most of them don’t even try to blend in and act like an entitled brat. I hope situations get better in coming years and Canada starts to prosper again. ??

Where are human rights. Its all formalities to show the world they exist with on actions. Why don't they go to Indian government and give them a better life. That not in their rules. Everyone pockets money, and poor people get nothing. Thx to big elites for letting that happen.

I do think it's worth pointing out that the cheap labour reduces incentives for companies to invest in increasing productivity. I think the high real estate costs might be a problem too - too much of Canada's available capital is going towards expanding housing supply and not enough on better technology - software, equipment, etc. I think part of the stagnant productivity has been due to lack of investment in technology, rather than laziness of workers. It's also worth pointing out that a lot of the workforce has been in government, which has been spending more and more money while not having much to show for it, so productivity in the government is another issue too. Bureaucracy and red tape can also be detrimental to productivity in both governments and the private sector. Maybe Canada needs more competitiveness (ex with telecommunications). Lack of training could be an other obstacle to productivity, or for example... not speaking English properly. Sometimes when I get customer service with an Indian, I have to make him repeat 5 times because of his extremely thick accent. He might not be lazy and trying his best, but still not very productive. \n\nWith slavery in the US, the South has been rather inefficient with their labour because slaves were relatively cheap (still had to feed and house them). Although i sympathise with people trying to better their lives (we do not choose to be born in privilege or poverty) I think people including Indians have become entitled and try every possible way to enter overseas countries instead of improving their lives where they are. Same goes for Hispanics and other nationalities.

Why Indians want search better life and education in other countries instead of thier super power india ??‍???‍????

Why do Indians seek better life \nIn US and Canada when they boast that their country is rich and far advanced in the world?\nIt is for exploitation and nothing else.Secondly, they want to spread Hindu religion.

Why don't the Indians stay and make their own country better ? By being illegal in Canada and the USA, they take jobs away, and cause much trouble like drugs and criminal activities. I believe they should be arrested and deported to their homeland....India.

The problem with here is also with Khalistan issue (of course not all Punjabis there want Khalistan and are absolutely chill people and people here in India, Punjabis, also don't want Khalistan, I have some close friends who are Sikh and are most Dildaar, Big-hearted, people I know). A lot of extremist groups which want, Khalistan ARE supported and protected by the Canadian government especially by Justin Trudeau and these people are committing nothing but violence and terrorism in the name of free speech. Indian government has issued many extradition requests, but the Trudeau government has done nothing about it and has protected these extremists. Over the years Indian government has warned Canadian government about this issue constantly and after years of housing these Canadian terrorists (because Canada calls them their citizens and protects them, what else can be the correct term for them and nothing like Khalistan exists) they've started to cause problems for the people already living there (like the terrorists Pakistan was housing are causing problems to them). They know they are not gonna get a Khalistan in India so where else are they gonna build it? Voila! Canada! This is the reason behind them not assimilating with the existing culture.Trudeau has even gone to lengths of calling Amit Shah (Home minister of India) and PM Modi (if you don't know what the heck are you doing here go study geopolitics a bit) unalivers of Hardeepsingh Nijjar WITHOUT any evidence (they just keep saying they have it but have shown nothing till now) and because of which Canada has worsened its relations with the Indian Government. They are even comparing India with the likes of North Korea in terms of threat. Indian Government in reply is giving Canada the same treatment it gives to Pakistan (a bit better of course, but the diplomacy has gone to sh it. And the reason why Trudeau is doing all this, yeah VOTES for sh itty domestic politics he's sacrificing long term GOOD relations with the Indian Government. Now, you may think that worsening relations with India is a good thing for Canada, yeah no, its not good because India has trade relations with Canada which may worsen due to this (yeah, great going for an economy which is already in shambles) and UK or US are not gonna do anything to India over Canada because India geopolitically has more significance than Canada (I'm not bragging, please don't misunderstand). This rant has gone to a very different tangent but yeah a lot of problems Canada is having is mainly due to their government. Any of Canadian friends (I have not reason to hate you) and Punjabi brothers/sisters (Yeah, unless you are some sh itty extremist you are a brother/sister to me) please don't take this offensively. The questions should be what India govrnment doing about its own citizens. Indians are every where looking for better life. There in Kenya, Tanzania, Congo, Undan ,Uganda etc... these people need to go back amd let their government put things together

I have been watching your videos for many years and recently your opinions have been against indian immigrants. People who came to Canada before covid and easily got PR are acting axactly like u right now. This video of PM is criticized by many with rationality. Migrants are facing negative sentiments from citizens and its sad u being an immigrant originally not understanding them.

I am not Indian or Asian but I don’t blame these poor people. They just come for better life and didn’t come violently here and are ready for work and any work. With regards how they come from a non war zone country to here this country that is a question for the immigration and politicians. As a Canadian born Indian since 1995 this country has obviously let in too many immigrants since 2020 and Trudunce got into power, I dislike them just as much as the rest of us we are born here speak better English and have more cultural connection to Canadian values then any immigrant no matter the country they come from. and we are having our image distorted by their ignorant behavior when we have nothing in common with these immigrants either.

It is 100% the Trudeau Government to Blame. As a born and raised, WHITE Canadian, I NEVER had an issue with Indian immigrants, of all the immigrants to Canada, they were the most respectful, and the most willing to “assimilate” to our culture. The recent influx of immigrants/migrants from India, are the most disrespectful, disgusting and violent people I have ever seen. Canada is a massive country with only 40 million people, there is enough space here for immigrants that will come here legally and search for a better life. Do not forget that Canada is a free country and that all of us here are immigrants, the land belonged to native Indians.

Canada and western nations must stop interfering in the economic and political issues of India e.g. JT's direct involvement in Farmers agitation in India through Canadian Khalistanis, affecting agricultural reforms in India. Canada has become safe heaven for Indian plane hijackers and Canadian Khalistanis terrorists, who are openly threatening Indian Airlines in media. Canada's financial support to NGOs, who are against NRC bill brought for the deportation of 20 million illegal Bangladeshi and Rohingya in India. Canada's financial support to opposition parties of India who brought 50% reservation policy for particular castes and minorities in colleges and jobs left other 50% to study abroad, despite of better performance in studies.

I went to Vancouver and Toronto, and yes see more and more Indians living and working there. I guess Canada need more (cheap labor) migrants. I am sure for Indians, standard of living and opportunities, for many are much better than living in India.
