In the end, he cancelled the request, after several years and 2 Canadians being arrested in retaliation by China. So we degraded OUR relationship with China... and for what? The whims of an Orange man. \n\nAnd now we are at it again. Trump is playing Canada against Mexico! I trust Mexico more than I trust Trump's America. And Mexico's incoming President is far more intelligent, and comes across with much more integrity than Trump ever will. WAKE UP, CANADA, US and MEXICO! Student visa’s always been easier way to get in to any country, and yes, easier to get in Canada than any other country. Go home and apply for permanent residency like others do so through proper steps! No more student visa as the back door to get in this country. If universities can’t run their schools without fees from international students, they should shut it down. Canadian universities are a joke with poor quality programs and faculty members. I agree with all you said. I left Canada in 2018 after struggling there for 20 years. I am fortunate to also have American citizenship. Unsure why I held out in Canada as long as I did. So much easier to live in the USA. One thing you missed were the lockdowns. It caused massive disruption to people’s lives and many friendships and families were destroyed. My mother left in 2022 for exactly those reasons. Many others that she’s met now in her current country of residence left for the same reasons. Trudeau. What can I say…??

I live in Germany for about 6 years, moving from Bosnia and didnt have any of those problems mentioned, excluding the bureaucratic hurdels. Granted, i do speak German natively since ive spent my early childhood years here. The reality is that many skilled newcomers were underemployed and probably unable to thrive financially due to low incomes and the high cost of living. The United States government must assist the Canadian government in blocking unlawful border crossings between the two countries and deport migrants from the United States.\n\nIt works both ways, both Canada and the United States must protect each others borders from unwanted migrants for the sake of national security.

Millions of people will be arrested and they will have to be in jails for months or years and that will cost billions more because we the taxpayers will pay for it. If the American families were more closer to eachother no one will take any property for others. Let's love more eachother as Jesus said instead to build hate against others. In this case the remedy will be worse than the sickness. American taxpayers are the only people who pay higher taxes than any other country around the world. The American cost of living is the highest around the world and every measure take will skyrocket to all levels rich and poor.
