Certain groups are socialized to do the bare minimum in life in settings where it is not necessary to work hard enough to sustain infrastructure and personal resources for very cold winters and a decent, not unsanitary standard of living. If anyone accuses that of being racist they have never ran a business with balanced books in an industrialized Nation. It has nothing to do with genetics. It has to do with how people are socialized. Traveling on Saudia the Male flight attendants do next to nothing, tend to be rude and let the Women do most the work. Why? Because they can get away with it.

I have been living in Nigeria since past 8 yrs.Things were really better uptil 2 yrs back ,when Ukraine Russia war broke,followed by planned devaluation of Nigerian currency which is almost 50 % of its value as a result of removal of parity between dollar rates .As if this wasn’t enough the government removed all the subsidies from the fuel suddenly citing various reasons.The salaries have not increased as per the inflation which is over 15 % and the saving is almost zero of common masses.Most of the businesses are suffering and people are confused what next is coming for them.

Do visa officers review previous study permit refusal before approving a current study permit application? Like the sample of the person with N15 Million in your video...in the next application, will the visa officer go back to check the previous reason for refusal and bank statement before approving or refusing the current application...what if the amount has changed?

I live in Canada from last 11 years. I was super happy when Trump government wanted to create skilled based immigration system same like Canada express entry system (Canada started it in 2014). I am Canadian and from the Atlantic province Newfoundland and they don’t care here and they make a lot dumb laws like not to far they made a speed bump in a road when there is no need for one but near a school where there is almost 200 people next to busy mall and road and this can make a problem people can DIE but they don’t care they just make dumb chooses like that speed bump like I have said before
