In Regina the majority of the homeless are native, not all but many natives live in run down places they don't take care of. I don't want to take the chance of renting to a native if there is a higher probability they will be drunks or trash the place. Blame your fellow natives if you are not like this.

Come to Canada ! The government will give illegal immigrants money for rent house, food and childcare expenses. Right at the spot. You don’t need to have a job, you can also be giving money to learn English and money for buses.

Isn't this AGAINST the law? I would sue them for everything they have. When I get through with them, they'll need to try to rent an apartment from me because I'd OWN everything I can get from them.

If you're a landlord, you should have the right to choose who you rent out your own hard-earned property to.
