Even Canadian born Indians are annoyed theres too many Indian immigrants entering Canada. Most are useless students who apply to B-rated colleges like Algoma or Conestoga (who makes millions off of them), and then dont get good paying jobs afterwards. Because they studied useless programs. These Indian students use college as a loophole to gain fast PR in Canada. Majority of them are scammers. Some become nurses and truckers because thats where the demand is. Then they sponser their entire families from India. This contibutes to over population growth, where the demand is high, and housing supply is low. Families will also pool their money together to buy houses. Problem: The Government Allows it.

I live in Timmins and live next door to immigrants from India. There has been a large influx of Indian immigrants here. Our experience has been very positive overall. The newcomers are definitely more conservative and capitalist than those born in Timmins.

Having Pakistani, Indian, Punjabi, Sikh, Hindu categories is so weird. Punjab is in India and Pakistan, sikhs and Hindus can be found in both countries too. They could just have India and Pakistan as separate categories or a single category to avoid the confusion.

Watched a recent documentary shot in India and the Indians are clearing out, with the US being their top choice. I recall it being a documentary on the Chinese diaspora in India, and even though the Chinese numbers have massively depleted they are becoming the majority in the area the documentary was shot. I'm Indian but not born in India for 3 generations and even in my country, the Indian/Paki immigrants are just coming in droves. There's a distinct culture difference. It's like 10 or 15 years ago, the Indian government opened the gates and said OK, you can go now... Brampton is Indian Punjabi majority city. India has many religions and cultures but majority in Brampton are from Punjab region of India mostly Sikh and Hindu. For last 2 years, lot of students came from India and most likely they will return to India after studies are done. This is total fault of Canadian government for allowing so many people of same ethnicity, I have no idea how their quota works. I'm an immigrant myself, came here in 1996 but honestly Canada is not what it used to be.

Restaurant, malls, markets, hotels, even all tourist destinations etc. IRCC is not doing a good job in picking immigrants into Canada.

Canada has very large aging population. And they are bringing more immigrants to pay tax to sustain the economy. Indians leaving India in droves due to better opportunities for them, as well, the high amount of corruption with their government at all levels. This is directly from the co-workers I work with. Canada immigration is letting far too many people who shouldn’t be allowed here. Many of my Indian friends will vouch this as well. They all left Brampton to pursue other cities across Ontario. They agree, many undesirables back in India have come to our shores, with money laundering and crime. Canada literally needs an army of people to start deporting those who have lied on their documentation, add little value to our economy or country.

The worst part of this mass student fraud immigration scam is that it is essentially creating a class of indentured servants in Canada. Where i live, wealthy indians buy a franchise, they then get permits for foreign workers in india, who they CHARGE under the table of to 40k (their families life savings) for the permit to come work in their franchise. They also rent to for or 5 of them ONE ROOM to share, rent being deducted from their pay. They are then exploited and told if they complain they will be deported with no money and shame their families back home...its messed up and it's 100% happening in every canadian city. If you notice the indian worker at the fast food joint isnt too happy, it may be because they are a literal slave. Very progressive!

When I passed my Post Graduation in 70' s from London University ( in Engineering) Canadian Embassy gave me Visa and One way ticket for free. While I was in Embassy waiting .. I saw some colorful journals and green in summer mounds of snow in winter. I had grown up Central Indian Climate. 5 years in England still kept me alienated environ cold weather and Culture. Most disturbing was visible Brown skin foreigners for ever.....at 2nd tier of Society ,..... after getting 4 month Valid visa I started probing fron friends who had earlier migrated to Canada. Living, impediment of long very cold winter, 1970's Canada was still racist and Parliament had strong bill waiting to stop colored immigrants and keep country white...Then in 1975 the Bill was voted down. For the reason that old white generation was aging and demanding Pension and Health Care. Welfare Chest was showing bottom and had to be replenished by tax money. Young tax payers were needed. India, China and Black Carribian were overflowing with young workers...so they had swollow Colored immigrants. Country was the largest but most commercia cities are at border of America, because north is brutal cold. Canada could not build population. 30m (10% of USA.) And Economically behind CA$= 0.80USD. Let the Visa expire...and went back to my old country to Start my Consultancy office. Lived in upper middle class tier and retiring with comfortable cushion to survive . Saw the whole world during past decades of active life... Including Canada US China . Don't regret living among brown people where my roots are. No body looks at me as colored foreigner.
