Mostly because there are less black and Hispanics people which are the ones that cause most crimes. Canada biggest minority group are asians. Asians don't go about doing crime they go to school.and do better then most white people. Black people are 2.5% and Hispanics are less then 1%.

Here is something - the south actually does integration better than the north in the U.S. Blacks are more likely to live in white neighborhoods in the south than they do in the north. Even historically. It is the same with other ethnicities such as Indian, Mexican, Arab, Caribbean who are actually far well integrated in southern cities than northern cities such as New York , chicago , philadelphia and so on

I'm from Houston and I traveled around the US for my wife job and stuff. I would say Houston is the only city I seen with a true diversity in a neighborhood. The neighborhood I grew up with was filled with blacks, Hispanics, Asian, and Africans with a touch of whites. If I had to choose which race secluded themselves the most would be white ppl but I think it's a social economics reason more than race nowadays. Prettiest white girl I seen would be Tennessee, Latinas would be florida/texas/Cali, Caribbean would be NY area, black ladies are texas/lousiana/Georgia. Asian would be cali/texas. This is just from my taste and experiences tho.

Some people from Canada told me that y’all have racism is she is very very passive, and I remember two years ago the Black Lives Matter protest in Toronto. In 1986 I went to Toronto and was out to see a friend in an upper middle class neighborhood. Their dog got loose late one night and I was chasing it down the street…some cops rolled up and asked if I needed any help, and I said no. They left. Th at would not have happened in some white areas in Los Angeles then. They would have thrown the dog a Billy club and they all would have been beating in me! I almost moved to Canada right then!

Living in the projects in Phoenix, I didn't see segregation amongst the communities but coming from that experience, I feel it would've been for the best. ? I've gotten into so many fights with Blacks, Whites and Chicanos in my day and it all stemmed from me being a paisa. Tbh, I had a lot of hate towards those groups in my heart for the longest time. I can't tell you why they segregated now but man would I have benefited back then if it were ?.

For the vast amounts of segregation, thats cause America was built off racist policies including jim crow, redlining and steering and everyone knows it, but never mention the truth to white conservatives. I don't understand why people are against ethnic groups segregating into their own enclaves. People (except progressive whites) love being around people who look like them. To me it feels more secure and easy to communicate both verbally and nonverbally. Too many groups together creates tension and feels zero sum like somebody has to lose.

I love that people ONLY think about Toronto when they think Canada. \nComing from BC on the West Coast, living in Vancouver, the worst parts are the homelessness, the drugs, and the alienation. As a white guy it's very hard to find a healthy community to be a part of, whereas the Asian communities (Chinese, Vietnamese, Indian, etc) are very tight knit. \nBC is also CRIMINAL for cost of living. Not just housing but groceries, utilities, etc. Its beautiful country, and a lot of the smaller towns and cities are nice in terms of the people, it's just kinda crazy. \nStill, I wouldnt want to live anywhere else for very long.

Being a SoCal native everything said about it was true. That last point was crazy true too and I experienced that personally too as I am Mexican but I am also Irish and I do not look Mexican at all so I was an outcast with Mexicans and with whites. It was crazy too how you had to grow up knowing things and dangers others didn’t know. I moved to Portland and it opened my eyes to how dangerous my home area was

The unfortunate thing is, a lot of people can't talk about simple truths. And if you try to, you will be called a racist, because facts and statistics are racist apparently. But if you look at the crime statistics database, something like 90% of violent crime is committed by black and Hispanic men between the age of 18 to 45. If you removed that demographic from America, America would be like some future Utopian world where all we knew was peace. So those demographics need to be allowed to be talked about if we want to be able to find solutions and solve those problems. And no, giving reparations would never solve stop those crimes. It's a cultural things that's kept around by bad parenting, poor education, and their surroundings. Sweden is a perfect example where they had nearly 0 crime until they started letting in black refugees from all over. Grape, robbery, and assaults all went up by not 20, 30, 40, 50%. Not even 100%. Those crimes went up by like 400% or more. Women who had lived there their whole lives now had to walk the streets in fear. White men had to now be worried about getting assaulted or stabbed by immigrants who were hitting on his girlfriend in clubs. Or watch what he said back to a refugee who mouthed off to him trying to start shit. They are completely disrespectful and unappreciative of being allowed to live there and be given government assistance. This is how people become prejudice. They SEE how other cultures act and treat them, and they don't want anything to do with them because they simply fear for our safety.

Well the governments of Canada have made it illegal for us to express our views. As a white English Canadian I don't think most of us hate people because they came from abroad. If people came to Canada and actually became Canadians I don't think 90% of people have an issue with that. The problem is people are coming here and are not assimilating. Especially the people from Asian and African nations. But this is not surprising to me because their culture is so different from ours. I would prefer immigrants came from northern Europe especially the British Isles and France due to having a shared history, values, and culture similar to Canada. \n\nThe other issue is mass immigration mostly only benefits wealthy people because they get cheap labour. People coming from countries with a much lower standard of living are used to earning less and living with less so they depress wages for working people here. The so called skilled immigrants that our government tells us will solve all of our nations problems are not. No one recognizes their skills here so they end up taking jobs away from other Canadians. \n\nI think Canada's solution would be to stop relying on foreigners and invest in Canadian people. I would cut immigration levels by 75%. I would limit immigrant applicants to make up only 5% from one country. Also we should only allow Canadian citizens to own property. Dual citizenship should be eliminated. You should only be loyal to Canada. \n\nThe government should also stop spending money on Black lives Matter, criminals, drug addicts, and other socialist non-sense. Government spending and taxes should be cut in half and free enterprise should be encouraged. We should be using money towards infrastructure and education. We should be training Canadians to become engineers, doctors, and skilled tradesmen. I would rather invest in our own people that try to accommodate foreigners.

Wow because all the leadership are white that makes it silent racism. Wow you know you can have silent racism within a group of different types of ethnicities, just because you have 2 whites chinese blacks etc in a workplace it does not automatically mean there is no silent racism within any of them. Canada is graduating more doctors now than ever before. The problem is that the good ones leave for better salary and opportunities. What we're left with are the crappy doctors who could not land a job in the private sector if their lives depended on it. Hence the results of our present system. The thing I don't understand is that you have citizens who have been living here for generations, fought and died in wars to protect our prosperity, paid taxes, etc but yet an immigrant will get a GP before them. Something is wrong with that! Nothing against immigrants btw, it's not their fault. But on an ethical level this should not be occurring. Here in Quebec you will also be discriminated against when seeking healthcare if you are not white and French speaking. So don't come here if you don't fall under that demographic. Funny fact, recently I got invitation to apply for a job in Canada as suddenly I am good enough. Of course no one ever invited me to the network so networking is not.
