There's so many negatives to Canada's system and its obvious Canada's insane increase in immigration is only lowering wages, increasing housing prices, importing ethnic tensions and propping up minimum wage jobs. Canada's TFW and foreign student programs don't follow our scoring system. And they're complete scams. Indians come here to study at DeVry college at a strip mall while working full time at Tim Hortons living 6 people to an apartment and they eventually get permanent residency. Canada has a rapidly declining quality of living.

And then there's canada.. willingly letting in immigrants. Soo much so that the original people living here can't find work cause the others will take shit pay first hand.

I feel lucky that i came back to my home country india after spending 9 months in Canada. There is a bubble which is gonna be explode soon instead of spending 20-25 lakhs on study be smart to invest that money somewhere else so that you can get a proper return. Also the depressing culture there in canada is just horrible

Every city in the English-speaking world that is rapidly growing has impossibly expensive housing (or housing that is becoming impossibly expensive). It directly maps to which growing cities in the world have American-style zoning.\n\nAverage US housing costs are lower than in Canada because Canada’s population is more concentrated in a few rapidly-growing cities, while the US has many ‘dead’ cities/regions. If Canada ditched American-style zoning, they would be able to tame housing cost increases, grow faster, and compete more on the global stage.

Canada is strong and promising in natural resources, but their politicians are a 100% responsible for the affordable housing crises and skyrocketing cost of living

After listing this video I am proud on my decision that I choose United kingdom over Canada because I done proper research before choosing the right country according to my profession and the result I got job in my own field within one month . As compare to Canada i am alone earning 4600 pounds every month after tax ;)

It’s funny how you talk about opportunities for a prosperous professional and family life in the US, as though we don’t have them in Canada! Maybe in a few sectors or for academics opportunities can be better (or at least more numerous) in the US, but otherwise there are lots of opportunities here too.

Wow, thank you so much for taking the time to make this video. It is very informative. Please can you also make a video about Universities in Brunswick? I have a bachelor's degree from London, UK I would like to move to Canada permanently.

Tyler, I agree that you may be too desensitized to the gun violence in your country. I grew up in Canada in the culture where we, as children, were not allowed to play with toy guns as it represented unacceptable violence. I'm 61 years old and have never held a gun nor seen one outside of in the holster of a police officer. Guns with their associated violence is shocking to us. It's a cultural thing and we like it that way. It's really too bad we Canadians have been so easily exposed to the shocking violence of US TV shows. No strategic seeking of the 'right' place to live in the US is going to change the shock effect the gun violence has on our being. It's very scary and we are not as easily sensitized to it.

Only good thing is law and order in westren countries.....which is not present in asian countries like Pakistan and india ...\nEach govt individual has a lot of protocols...but there is equality....no one can kill you without any reason and go away easily....no humiliation is present in us and Canada

Really? BC is by far the best. Vancouver and Victoria areas are the best of Canada.

Doctors won't emigrate to Canada and the U.S. unless they're from impoverished countries or unless they're so determined to work there they apply to train for thwir residency there, which has become borderline impossible.\nSo, basically, almost no Western IMG will move to either country.

I have been watching your videos and i get lots of insight about the immigration processes to Canada. Thank you. However there’s one thing i want you to address as well. That’s can someone submit two applications at the same time? For example, if one submit an application for Atlantic Immigration Program to get a job in the respective Atlantic provinces, then at the same time, submit another application for a student visa, are there any advantages or consequences? Assuming you first obtained the student admission confirmation, and decide to proceed with that, Will you be denied student visa bcos of your previous application for PR? I just need clarifications regarding this or similar scenarios. Because i learnt they retain information in their systems. Thank you

I am a Canadian and lived in the US from 1980-1992. I was a teenager and I enjoyed all the places I lived there. Mass shootings were not yet common though we did have a disgruntled employee with a gun on campus during my time in college. No one was actually shot.(This was in a very small town.) I did not get sick in the US. I have lived in Canada since then and enjoy it here too. I enjoy not having poisonous animals in the area where I live. I don't like the winters, and every winter I wish we could re-draw the border and make it go north and south! I have used the medical system up here and have been very thankful for it. The past couple of years with covid I have been especially glad to be in Canada because I preferred our response to the situation over that of the US. Most of the people in my workplace were not happy about it though and I believe 2 or 3 families actually moved to the US once the border re-opened. They like the feeling of having less governmental control in the US.

I think you need to do some reading up on gun violence in the US vs Canada if you are so shocked. The numbers are very high for the US. Canadians spend a lot of time watching american news sources to see what fresh hell our neighbours are participating in. \n\nI have a hard time finding the motivation to even travel to the US and I want to do so only to visit family history locations. And some beaches. But I have decided not to go cross borders.

As a Canadian, I wish we had the American immigration system. Allowing millions of people into Canada at the snap of a finger crushed my generation's future. No healthcare space, no housing, diminishing opportunities. America, careful what you wish for, you might just get it

Bro it's our secret weapon against ourselves mostly. No I'm not against letting immigrants into Canada like this I'm all for it... however it's going to doom us sadly

Being in Canada , I feel it's a country for humans and but India people are becoming animals and devil, it's never about money or car or house, it is about safety, security, quality of life, ethics , moral and don't get trapped by house costs becoz no labour in India earns 1.25 lakhs a month and those who earn they cannot buy house in easy go, the house in India belongs to parents but if today's generation has to build one in India it's close to impossible so it's same , at the end I would never want that my small daughters are unsafe , my mother sister or any known female can be paraded naked or someone can urinate on your face ,

@nannerfly345 \n1 second ago \nI am a dual, born & raised in Canadian but married an American and have lived in the USA for over 20 years and I believe you must rate any country's HEALTHCARE SYSTEM you should rate it based on ACCESS to the system. When you say America's Healthcare system is great for many but unavailable or nonexistent to a certain segment of the population means America's Healthcare System FAILS. That is just a FACT! Love America but miss Canada every single day.

Everyone has different experiences, I love my tropical country but I feel safer and contented in Canada anyway im living and working in Edmonton as a red seal welder and grateful for this country for paying me 65 dollars an hour which very impossible to get if im living in my country. My Two boys work as Barbers at their own shop and the youngest is a Nurse... I hope it will work for you two ladies also. Thank you and GoD Bless You ALL!!!

Canada wake up.
2023-07-31 19
Another important factor is that America employers didn’t ask me when I came here from Canada : do you have any American experience? For them, an experience that can make them money is a good experience. However, when I was in Canada no employers were willing to give me an interview because I immigrated to Canada from China with no Canadian experience. Canadian immigration system might be more transparent and better than the American one, but their job market is not that welcoming

Every single sentence in this video is a brief summary of another immigration nightmare that takes another 15 mnutes to explain. Only an immigrant can feel this pain. Oh and btw, if Sanjay brings over his partner while on H1B, the partner does not have the right to work in the US by default. Sanjay has to provide for the whole family. If Sanjay's families are living in India? Choose between the risk of being denied US re-entry, or not visiting them for decades until getting the green card. The choice between US and Canada is a choice amongst family, career, freedom, and affordable housing. You can't have them all. Although that said, life's struggles are not just for immigrants. I suppose everyone faces them in certain forms.

Canada sucks. Mainly because of the cost of living which is causing many immigrants and those who were born in Canada to leave in droves. If you are reading this and are considering moving to Canada don't do it unless you are getting paid at least 90k/year or 120k if you move to a major city.

I'm a former H1-B living in Canada and I look forward to going back to the U.S. I love Canada, but the low wages are low and the cost of living too high.
2023-07-29 0
Canada is not the only county seeing this, and the US not the only country turning it's back on the benifits of immigration. You could have made the exact same video about Ireland vs the UK (except wages in Ireland are far high rather than lower than the UK) Here in Ireland we have long benefitted a great level of immigration fuelling rapid economic growth but since 2016 with Brexit, Trump ect. making it clear that immigrents aren't welcome in some other counrties we have seen a whole new type of immigrent from countries like Mexico where recent graduates seaking work experence in English pick Ireland rather than the US or UK as we have a better immigration system but also a culture which welcomes immigration as an endorcment of our country. Here the more you are proud of you country and culture the more you go out of your way to welcome immigrents who are the living embodyment of your belief that we are the greatest counrty in the world, not the welcome immigrents can expect from nationalists in the US or UK. The big winners here are countries like Canada & Ireland who have recognised that in the 21st Century it's not coal, iron or even oil that brings wealth but rather being able to attract the best & brightest talent in the world.

Lots of assumptions baked in here that are honestly quite offensive or completely inaccurate. This is a great example of data not matching reality. Like sure, those may be the reported numbers, but it simply doesn’t pass the smell test. Not saying the percentage in Canada isn’t higher, but the way you’re presenting this data is simply misleading.
2023-07-29 0
Quit making canada into another over populated mess, we are naturally controlling our pop levels, the flood of immigrants is turning canada into just another over populated mess of a country with an unsustainable population level.
2023-07-29 0
If Canada wants the people coming across the US southern border, they can have them.
2023-07-29 1
Honestly regardless of which is easier to get into, I would always pick Canada over America 100% of the time (for reference I don't live in either so hold zero biases based off me living there)
2023-07-29 0
Another benefit of Canada immegration; ability for other family members to also gain entry.\n\n- Canada is also at the forefront of accepting refugees. For example, Canada has accepted more Ukrainian war refugees than the USA.
2023-07-29 0
I can’t thank you enough. No one here understands nor wants to acknowledge the struggle or repercussions. And I also understand that skilled immigrant problems doesn’t matter to any citizen. For political parties it is not a voting block and it’s an anti-immigrant sentiment for the public anyways. \nIt’s 10 years to the date I’ve been in the US. Paid for Grad school and 100s of thousands of dollars in taxes already (mind you with not 1 benefit that PRs or Citizens get). It will take at least 15 more years in this state of limbo to get a green card! I sometimes feel disappointed in myself that I stayed this long. It takes life experiences to realize money is not life. Canada is calling.

6:54 OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOHHHHHHHHHHHHHH NNNNNNNNNNNNNOOOOOOOOOOOO making more money that he average born in the country, if he loses his job me may be forced to go back home. also that's a total fucking lie, you can just apply for a green card.\n\nIf you EVEN FUCKING KNEW HOW BAD CANADA has GOTTEN BECAUSE OF UNCONTROLLED IMMIGRATION. We're in an absolute collapse of the healthcare system, (you fucking tout as the best in the world but I as a citizen of 20 years cant get basic heath care. LITTRALY SHAT BLOOD and got told yeah, two YEAR wait list to see a doctor.) The collapse of the housing market, where rent is 2000k+ a month for a Bachler pad. gas is 2.00+ a Liter. \n\nnative Canadians that live here can't afford to live here, because of the immigration policies. \n\nYou don't fucking know. Stop.
