Our forefathers fought and more importantly died to get rid of the tyrants in our country. These people are unwilling to do the same which means they are not worthy of Americanship. If all of the millions and millions upon millions would coalesce into a fighting force men and women together they could flood and overwhelm the tyrants in their own country and created a place where perhaps after a while they could become a player on the world stage. They want to stow away not having paid for their passage to the very land that demands our own blood sacrifices to maintain. We send our young ones to the military some die some are maimed....and they are blessed heroes for it. These people have no desire to fight for liberty therefore they deserve none.

The mass immigration year upon year that is changing our country beyond recognition sets the stage for this kind of thing. Any attempt to restrict, channel, and control the flow is seen as an unfair, racist crackdown, as if everyone had a God-given right to come to the US. How did we get to this place?

Why does everybody think America is a great place to be when there are a ton of problems here already. These people need to go home. Make their country better and stop trying to come here and Get handled things. If necessary military should move in and shoot if necessary. This is ridiculous.

People are desperate to get into this country. I wonder why? I thought the US was such a horrible place to live.
2023-05-12 0
Many of these immigrants come from countries that the USA have sanctions on. Venezuela has the largest oil reserves in the world ? more than Saudi Arabia, but the US won't lift the Sanctions. Mexico, Honduras, Cuba, Columbia, El Salvador, Guatamala all of south America are RICH in natural resources. But they are most impoverished places on earth. Corruption is a big factor but so is China, SAUDI ARABIA (Middle East) America 's lover, and we kiss their as*

They want free medical, housing, food and money which drains the resources that were put in place for American citizens who may need it temporarily. Our tax dollars should not be used on these ILLEGAL ALIENS!!! WE HAVE HOMELESS VETERANS AND AMERICAN CITIZENS who need those resources.

Doesn’t matter what the foreigners thinks of Sikhs because they don’t know who the Sikhs are, I’m more concerned about what Indians think because it seems the government of India with its hate media are brainwashing the Hindus mindsets, Hindus never had problems with Sikhs having weapons because they know the history of the Sikhs, its the media pumping negativity about Sikhs and Khalistan 24/7 are turning the two communities against eachother, wake up people and stop letting them divide the people only to use you in their political games. Same stuff happened with the congress government in the 80’s all for votes. Anyway in America It’s not about religion or culture it’s about the Ohio state laws and the second amendment in the constitution that protects people from the law to allow people to carry weapons. I understand how much Indian government minions who are reading this comment with only half a brain want to disarm Sikhs ? but that’s not even the point here. \n\nThis cop idiot because Open carry of deadly or not weapons is legal under Ohio State law. Just like open carrying a pistol is legal, open carry of any type of knife is legal as well. The entire knife doesn’t even have to be visible in order for it to be considered “unconcealed.” The school principal already apologized to this young man and the Sikh community about this stupid mistake. So Let’s put a end to your hopes and dreams of disarming Sikhs, the world is automatically changing and becoming more Sikh like mindset everyday, just as they banned most all tobacco products in America including cigarettes in all public places. Gurus told Sikhs long ago to always stay clear of tobacco for health reasons. The world is just now catching up.\n\nDo you know why the second amendment was put in the constitution of the United States? It’s a safeguard against the government if they start abusing your freedoms and rights that Americans can fight against them, every government will always try to take our rights to control us but it’s up to us as citizens to fight back everytime. This was written in the constitution by the founders of the country because they seen what government will do if they’re giving a chance.

Crazy to think that i as a doctor started the paperwork to move over to America, texas to be exact. The amount of things i need to do to get there correctly is crazy. Should have just got a flight to these guys and just ran in ? if America fills up with 3rd world people, it will become a 3rd world place.

Why come to place where most people don't want you here? Why come to a place that itself is in turmoil? What do you hope to find here? Especially when you are here illegally and constantly have to fear normal society so you aren't deported. I just don't get it. Running from Crime, corruption and poverty only to come here and add to the crime and poverty.

Ive been working my ass off to pay for my documents for legality, paid taxes yearly and just comply to whatever is needed for immigration. Now im a US citizen. And this people just think they can just walked in without legal papers pisses me off. Come on people we all have different struggles in life, but we have to do the right thing! Even if youre inside the US you cannot have a decent job and no company is gonna accept you if you dont have legal papers. Therefore you cannot open a bank account and you cannot build your credit and get a place to stay. Theres too many homeless here already. Just do the right thing! The govt cannot save you all.

Vancouver is a depressing place!! I am Canadian and proud of it!! The government is not kind to its citizens. It is like the US. It is cold! Yes!! But at least we are not being shot at!! But tgat will happen in time! Crime is fucked here! Tooooo much!! I do love tge music though! Especially in the seventies!! April Wine, Prism Triumph Rush!! I appreciate you being honest, but until there is a better country available, I will have my passport as CANADIAN. Good luck!! If I would move, it would be Vietnam!! Maybe I can be of use there!!! God bless you!!

Long wait times for doctor’s appointments and then you have highly qualified doctors that migrated to Canada but are forced to drive Uber and do other gigs because of the long, costly and frustrating processes they have in place to integrate them into the medical workforce.. ??‍♂️

Sad reality is they breaking into a place that should still be theirs
2023-05-11 0
The question is, what went wrong in Venezuela in the first place? How did it start? Everybody knows
2023-05-10 0
Many Americans are homeless why this people want to go to the US. I am not American nor live in the US very dangerous place to live in.
2023-05-10 0
Why? Because CNN criticized all the Border control efforts Trump tried to put in place.
2023-05-09 0
i wish it was easier for people to get us citizen ship so the cartels arent able to take advantage of people that are migrating because of them in the first place! and if americans have a issue with more latin ppl coming to america then native americans should be able to kick us out if yall wanna go down that road of reasoning!.....
2023-05-09 0
i will never understand why people want to go to a place in groups when they are not welcome. it can not be a friendly intention.
2023-05-07 0
As a native and citizen of America I do agree our government is all over the place. One minute they’re talking about human rights and the next appointing democracy around the world. We do have our issue’s as a nation. For example, poverty, racism, and other human rights violations that have occurred. I say all that to say this, I love my country, it’s people, the many cultures, and importantly our military. Foreigners talk so much smack about Americans, but when s*** hit the fan who they call and run to? USA… We may be separated and divided in some instances, however, we are the S*** and WILL F*** up SOME S***!!!❤ Ijs

UK winters can be very cold too. Depends on where you live in the UK. In the north of Scotland in UK, we also get temperatures of -17 or -21 during winter in some places. In some parts of England, they also get temperatures as low as -8 or -10

Each person would need a home to live in. Maybe 2 or 3. Do they have any idea how expensive a place to live is in America???????
2023-05-04 0
Althought Canada is a inferior business country relative to US. Atleast our banking system is strong, that notion of us being risk averse is a good thing. \nThe 08 crash, and now the current on going banking crisis in the US really tells you the level of risks taken by US firms. \nUS businessess are much quicker to fire you, much faster to destroy unions. For the average working person, Canada offers more. \nOur healthcare is great. I am saying this as a person who has been in and out of surgeries of different types since the age of 5 and still going through some at 24... \n\nCanada is a strong economy with good natural resources to exploit. but it is expensive relative to the US. \n\nMy general view is, for a non-white person, Vancouver, Toronto are great places to be across all of Canada and the US.

Remember that 10 percent of these people are from Mexico the 90% left are people from india, peru and all kinds of other places

Canada is sold out ....a terrible place .....Perhaps Canada was .....Not the case anymore ...least corrupt ??? lol who paid for that commercial ? i am a fourth generation and rapidly becoming a minority group in the place I was born. What store product is Canadian as I see another amazon or walmart pop up . I will be dead before I find a family doctor . sorry for the rant but off I go to look for a cardboard box to live in.. bit dramatic? yes haha but seriously Canada is not what it was. Than again none of the world is.

Not much empathy going on in these comments. I understand why they come here, they just want the best for their families and if you were in their place you would to.

I'm Canadian, born and raised. I feel disenfranchised and disconnected from my country. With the economic issues mentioned, I also feel like Canada doesn't have a culture or a proper identity. I don't know what being Canadian is, but it feels like it's just watered-down American culture.\n\nI've been slaving away the past few years in hopes of getting out of this place. It could be a huge mistake, and I know it is a huge risk, but I feel like I don't have much here anymore.

making Canadians looking like a United place is bit meh, most provinces have different views

Weapons should not be allowed in a campus . Be it kirpans or knives ..or any assault weapons . A university is a place to study and have dialogue without being confrontational. A safe place

Canada is the worse place to start a 100% privately funded business. \n\nOnly the government bed buddies businesses and manufacturers like Bombardier stays in the long run.

As a Newfoundlander (as my name shows) I have lived here my whole life, and maybe it’s the time here but the fog and snow doesn’t take away from how amazing it is, cause seeing fog rolling over hills are amazing and the snow and cold gives these amazing icicle trees in winter/early spring, plus thanks to the untouched-ness skidooing and off roading is amazing, plus we have funny accents also they talk about the sun not existing but it’s out quite often, even during the coldest of days it’ll be there to blind you, and it’s not really isolation cause unless your very unlucky you can always find somebody to have a beer with, and if your in a isolated place your probably there on purpose. edit: YOU SAY LAND AS LAND, NOT LIND, NEW F’N LAND

You can also move to Hereford, AZ. We have all four seasons; summer temperatures are in the low 90s—great places to hike Carr Canyon waterfall, Coronado trail, Ramsey Canyon, and Miller Peak. Lakes are nearby; you can buy a house with five beds for less than $3000 monthly.

This was a fantastic place to grow up. However, over the last 8 years I’ve watched it quickly turn into a far left, authoritarian 2nd world dump. There was and is so much potential here, but it is being utterly wasted. Sad part is, a large percentage of Canadians don’t even seem to realize what is happening.

I have travelled all over Europe South America USA & Canada. I can fully relate and agree with everything you said and more not said. I never thought I would hate being Canadian or my home country but Justin pushed me past the line. And I even premoted that elitest spolied ahole in the first elections. Now I want him well it starts with D. \n\nI live between Winnipeg my home town and Montreal over the last 20 years. And I like and hate both cities at times but realize neither are lovable. \n\nMontreal is grey 80% of the timeand the people are so rude and hurtful. I hate the french just absolutly hate them. Not becasue of the langauge, but how they are so gross in every standard of life. They speak a way that is offensive and rude. They hate all outsiders and want to live in a closed embreed society.\n\nI couldn't imagine how nice this city could be if they would drop the bs discrimination of the nonsense language laws. It is systimatic discrimination. \n\nWinnipeg is green and sunny in summer but winter is very very harsh as Canadian all know. Winnipeg has friendly people, but also some very violant people to the point I get into fights and or breakup fights and had to open carry a knife, and do wing chun. It is just harsh all around. \n\nThen I look into Toronto, and well that is even more expensive then anywhere else. \n\nAs I say I agree with all your points and maybe Portigal or Spain are intersting. Maybe after this was in Ukraine I will go there to make money, and move to a nice affordable place where I can keep working and enjoy the changes it offers me.

Imagine having an economy based so heavily on housing...it cannot possibly be sustainable. The fact that nobody wants to live outside of Toronto, MTL, Vancouver or other big cities doesn't help. The only reason people buy houses in places like Barrie or Hamilton is because they can no longer afford anything in Toronto or the immediate suburbs. \n\nThe future of Canada is 5 giant mega-metropolises, with undeveloped wilderness everywhere else.

The difference is the quality of life in Canada is ranked by multiple organizations as significantly better than in the US. Better Education, Public Healthcare, and a strong economy mean less stress. Health Insurance in the US is hugely expensive. Incomes may be higher in the US, but so are things like the Health insurance, prescriptions etc. Canada has fewer bankruptcies if someone gets sick, and better social benefits for things like maternity leave... We don't have the huge population, but we also don't have many of the huge problems, like large racial conflicts, high crime rates, gun violence and economic discrepancies... And let's not even mention the vast political polarization in the US fed by disinformation and a free-for all social network where 'truth' long ago became not important, whereas winning is everything. Even if a former president needs to organize an attack on Congress... Overall Canada is a more desirable place to live.

Instead of investing Canadian taxpayers money into making Canada grow and a better place to live the government is too busy stuffing it into their pockets as well as their friends and families! Canadians need to clean out all the corruption in government, courts, military, police, science, education and the list goes on!

People buy houses to have a place to live. COMPANIES buy houses to profit off desperation, not to be homeless.

No weapons should be allowed to anyone in public places except law and order people. If anyone is not complying he should be jailed.

They are making this country a nasty, greasy place now.
2023-04-23 5
I think it depends on what you really want from a country. If you exclude costs of living, Canada today looks like a nice place for retirement where people just want to live life quietly and do simple happy things in life. This makes it not as focus on development in my opinion. The cost of everything is going up because if I was a rich person, I would go to Canada too to live life. Not as stressful and the nature there is just amazing. BC weather is really nice.

We have the natural resources to create energy. Yet Trudeau put a stop to anything that could earn Canada money. With the regulations in place we could produce energy a lot more greener than other countries. Wouldn’t it be better if we have our own oil that is produce cleanly than to rely on other country that don’t care about environmental issues? It’s so simple yet the people have been brainwashed by this government. I live in Quebec and we have so much potential energy wise and we do nothing. Frustrating.

The U.S. is the only fully developed country in the entire known world that \n•DOES NOT• \njust immediately open fire on ppl that cross our Borders and then stay in our country like this... \nILLEGALLY & WITHOUT ANY PROPER LEGAL DOCUMENTATION \nto even •BE• within our Borders.... \nin order to drop & kill these kinds of people where they flippin stand once they place one single foot on OUR side of the Border soil. \n\nEvery other fully developed country and some 3rd world still UNDERdeveloped countries??.....\n●DO, and WILL INDEED● \nalways have constant patrols and armed guards all along their Borders \n●THAT WILL● \nimmediately open fire on your sorry @$$ in order to\n ●KILL YOU●\nthe very moment that you dare to take your very first step to place a single foot on their soil ●ILLEGALLY● .... without you •having• and already •showing• a Border Patrol Guard your proper LEGAL documentation in order for you to enter that country through the proper legal procedures & policies. \n\nBULLSH!T just like this where you now have a bunch of ppl that dare to be. openly rushing across our U.S. Borders to enter and then stay & live in this country\n ●ILLEGALLY AF●\nbecause they already well know that there are absolutely no serious consequences for them doing so, much less any real danger of these ppl ever actually being \n•deported back• \nacross our Borders once they get here anymore??..... \n●DOES NOT● \nhappen in any other country that actually \n●DOES● have \nSECURED BORDERS & ARMED BORDER GUARDS... that ●DO● use their weapons to actually\n ●ENFORCE● \ntheir own countries \nBorder Crossing Laws. ?‍♂️

Firstly, CANADA is an UGLY CITY compared with MOST BEAUTIFUL PLACES in EUROPE. The Coldness would get you depressed! Is EITHER you stay back in AUSTRALIA or you MOVE to EUROPE...where you can see beautiful cities and landscapes. Countries LIKE IRELAND ?? , NETHERLANDS ??, SWITZERLAND ?? ETC. and guess what, you can easily migrate from one county to another with a Train or Bus. \n\nYou are welcome

This is what machine were guns invented for . Use them! This is a invasion plain and simple . \n Who in their right mind thinks that people that in their very first act violate a countries law . Will be good citizens.\n Why are these people not fighting to make their home country a better place. This says a great deal about their content of their character.

The problem with Canada's economy is that the Trudeau tornado swept all the good things that could have happened to us with all kinds of weird decisions that threw our economy under the carpet and placed us in a miserable condition where it will take years for us to get back to normal!
2023-04-22 0
Problem with Canada's economy is that it doesn't really exist in the first place ???
