I've been in this country legally for nearly 40 years... Over the last year I've been struggling to prove my citizenship again because of all the changes this administration has made... I served in Iraq, I love this country, now I'm struggling to find work cause they're claiming I should be a green card holder and not a citizen...

This is a failure of border policy. Bring them over, let them find jobs and make a legal way for them to get to the US for temporary citizen ship or send them to another country if they choose. It’s better to let them over legally and let them work than for them to be exploited or killed.

I feel bad but that’s too many. They are the reason why salaries are low cuz employers can get away with paying them low. I can’t even find another job cuz they are all low balling and indeed reviews say that the company I am applying to is full of illegals who don’t get raises.

In order for them to seek asylum, they must schedule in advance through an app, which I find it weird. The app however is very glitchy, so a lot of problems here. Some of these people have traveled far away believing this rumor. Reason why people are trying to cross so they can escape poverty and violence in their home country. Sad really.

I get that most Venezuelans main objective is to get into the US, but they are literally invading all South and North America countries. I am a telecom engineer I came to Canada in 2019 as a master student. I accepted to work as cable technician but what is really strange that all my community were happy that I am able to find a job in technical sector! Although i am over over qualified!\nI applied for pr since 2021 until now no answer!

*America is a good country but it has got so many issues that keeps escalating day by day:*\n1. Gun issues/shooting/innocent lives lost \n2. Homelessness/Drugs/addictions\n3. Borders\n\n*These issues need to find a solution. Not only that, the world is affected greatly because of America is involve - the world is pretty much in the hands of America* ?

My heart to those border workers and people trying to find a home. That's gotta be just gut wrenching and heart breaking.\nEveryone always says horrible things about this but they always ignore the fact that no one leaves a good place, no one goes away from somewhere they're being treated well and situations are ideal. \nThings have to get pretty bad for you to be carrying a small child on your shoulders through a sea of people to a border after crossing who knows how much land.\nPeople need to remember to have a heart.

I am an American citizen whose family came over in one of the first colonies and after losing our dream home in foreclosure we can not find housing because the prices have doubled and in some places here tripled here in GA. If we could afford to take them we could but we can’t and trying to riot and force your way into this country is WRONG.
