Immigration levels are causing the housing market boom. Colleges are paying the government of the day to keep immigration laws lenient as this would encourage more international students. The result- the quality of people coming in this country has dramatically declined. The healthcare has been hit badly as the wait times can be months. Everyone wants to come to Ontario causing unemployment as immigrants work for less pay and ordinary Canadian can’t afford to work for that less. People keep on buying houses and renting it out and millennial can’t buy houses anymore. I don’t know how will canada feed all of us when AI takes our jobs. \nThe past 5-8 years of Trudeau has ruined my Canada.

A Country is only as good as its citizens .. the citizens in Canada are so dumb they vote for Liberal Governments that intentionally destroy the economy with mass corruption and out of control spending all while raising taxes higher and higher ! Under Trudeau Canada has 1.3 trillion in debt since 2015 . Under a Conservative government in 2014 we had a 600 billion surplus. The problem with Canada is its control of State run media that lies to the people who are ignorant, the result is an uninformed ignorant voter that continues to vote for the worst possible Polititains.

I'm Canadian, born and raised. I feel disenfranchised and disconnected from my country. With the economic issues mentioned, I also feel like Canada doesn't have a culture or a proper identity. I don't know what being Canadian is, but it feels like it's just watered-down American culture.\n\nI've been slaving away the past few years in hopes of getting out of this place. It could be a huge mistake, and I know it is a huge risk, but I feel like I don't have much here anymore.

If the western provinces (Saskatchewan, Alberta, BC) seperated from Canada and became our own country we would be one of the best and wealthiest countries. In these kind of comparaisons, it's always important to keep in mind that Canada has 10 provinces and 3 territories. Each province and territory have their own way of doing things. So it's pretty much like 13 countries into 1. One thing in Ontario is not gonna be the same as in BC for example. So, whatever someone experiences in Ontario will not be the same elsewhere. Like taxes for example, it's different from 1 province to another. So, it's best for someone who wants to move to Canada to do their research on each province because they do things differently from one another. \n\nAlso in terms of traveling to countries that are closer, yes the UK gets a point because all the other European countries are closer. But in Canada, when you leave a province for another one it sometimes feels like you left for another country ? . Besides the US and Mexico, Canadian also go to Cuba, the Dominican Republic, Costa Rica, Jamaica, Trinidad and Tobago, Brasil, Argentina, Turks and Caicos(lots of Canadian go there that at one point the island was even considering becoming the 11th province of Canada ?) .\n\nIn terms of diversity, it's not that much different from the UK. All the big cities are very diverse, just like the UK. Also, Toronto is the most diverse city in the world.

Hello! When i came to Canada in 1997 the minimum wages was 8 dollars, and the cost of a home was around 200000. Today the minimum wages is 15 dollars, but he cost of a home is about 1 million which is 5 times more than 1997.\n The wages has only doubled. So you are telling me that Canadian people are doing better now than in 1997. People in this country are going backwards instead of forward. There is a total imbalance of wages and home prices.

All the points in the video are very precise and well explained, apart from this Canada is not spending upon the infrastructure which is very important for the growth of any country , Look at Canadian highways in comparison to USA , Railways ,There are no Special economic zones for business ,Educated engineers and doctors coming to Canada are either driving trucks or working on such jobs which are not at apt with their qualification. What I feel rathe then spending billions on dollars on welfares and for the charity , they should have a long term plan for the growth of country in manufacturing sector. Other wise things will get worse in near future for them.
