me and parents immigrated to the US with almost nothing, we lived in a used 2004 sienna but they worked their asses off. my dad even got mugged within the first 5 months being in the us. fast forward, both of my parents still work blue collar jobs and we have 2 30k+ SUVs and a 2 story $300,000 home. i can never respect my parents enough for their hard work in order to provide for me and my brother\n\nwe came here through a legal port of entry and are doing relatively well from shit poor, if they did it, these people can too

Medicare sucks! Even as a privileged white person having just moved cities not province and after 3 years and 2 cancers I still don't have access to a family doctor. Forget about any tests or diagnoses because you are told you need to have a family doctor to have access. People die of curable diseases here more than in many other developed countries. Can you see how they control medical expenses we pay for in Canada?

Having said the apartment is being monitored by CCTV but not true really the superintendent not only broke into my rented apartment at 164 Madison Avenue TNT and stole my stuff but also hit the floor at unit 205 repeatedly in midnites also (the landlord said without having he moved to another unit or else where) through my repeated complaints too to such low education bad and shameful attitudes ugliness types and nasty type the landlord also just ignored my complaints not to mention the policies also ignored these low worst class of such life assaults fierce impacts in Toronto! The broke in matters and life assult impacts were also ignored by unreasonable disgusting excuses or their own lies excuses must be so ridiculous even though I did not miss any rental payment though! Worthless of such in particular where I rented my living premises EVER! \n\nNo wonder the criminals rate is serious in Toronto the polices cannot avoid their mistakes too !

I don't agree with open borders. we need to take care of our own 1st but I can't help but feel pain about this.. all these people don't even have bags with them. I do feel bad for their situation, especially since their government is corrupt and allows gangs/cartels to flourish. But it's not our problem. We have homeless veterans and even our lower class families struggle to keep their benefits. No one who is illegally living in our country should be given better treatment then our own struggling people. And sending money back to those countries does hurt our economy, it's supposed to be spent here than aboard.
