I'm an American, and I support Canada in doing what they have to do to push back on trump/Republican insanity. I know as a senior on social security that I will be hurt by the push back. I will eat less and drive less, but I don't care -- Canada is doing the right thing.

This is pretty common in the US. Since most delivery drivers don't carry coins some people think that they can bully them into giving more back. I usually asked for a card and then took the food back if they refused.
