Stupid question my the Western stupid Media. Why they have to leave and ask for refugee since they are home. A reporter who asked this question should ask herself if she would ask from her neighbor shelter although she has a house to live? Stupidity at its highest.

Right I hear this man but on the other hand, in every other arab war most refugees flee to europe and america too. The arab world never takes the apropriate responsibility when it comes to humanitarian situations.

West keeps making refugees and expecting Muslims countries to clean their mess . stop destroying other countries so you don’t have to bring refugees in your country . Stop the war .

still low based on the number of people deemed deportable... Suspension of inland claims will drastically reduce numbers also, not just private sponsorship of refugees. Trudeau created this mess

Muslim countries don't even want Palestinian refugees. Why should the rest of the world be forced to?
|

I am 100 percent confident that her question was so well crafted that she would by no chance ask this question out of her intelligence. Second, Why Arabs should take them as Refugees , Why Not American and Europeans who are hell bent to NOT Veto to stop this war. It amazes me how a question can absolutely put the blame on the one who have nothing to do with this war. Very well said of Saudi FM.

Saudi Arabia and the UAE have not officially taken in large numbers of Palestinian refugees for several reasons, rooted in historical, political, and strategic considerations:\n\n1. Political and Historical Context\n\t•\tArab League Policy (1950s-1960s): Many Arab countries, including Saudi Arabia and the UAE, follow a long-standing policy of not granting full citizenship to Palestinian refugees to preserve their right to return to their homeland. The idea is to prevent the permanent resettlement of Palestinians outside of Palestine, which could weaken their claim to the land.\n\t•\tPrevious Palestinian Expulsions: Gulf countries have had tense relations with Palestinian leadership in the past. For example, Kuwait expelled around 400,000 Palestinians after the 1991 Gulf War because the PLO supported Saddam Hussein’s invasion of Kuwait.\n\n2. Citizenship and Integration Policies\n\t•\tGulf states have strict immigration and citizenship policies, even for other Arabs. They generally do not grant permanent residency or citizenship to foreigners, including Palestinians.\n\t•\tEven Palestinians already living in the Gulf (many of whom work there) typically hold Jordanian, Lebanese, or Egyptian travel documents rather than Gulf passports.\n\n3. Demographic and Economic Considerations\n\t•\tThe UAE and Saudi Arabia have large populations of migrant workers, mostly from South Asia and other Arab countries. Bringing in large numbers of Palestinian refugees could create social, economic, and political challenges.\n\t•\tThe Gulf states prefer to offer financial aid rather than resettlement, as seen in their donations to the Palestinian Authority and humanitarian aid for Gaza.\n\n4. Changing Political Alignments\n\t•\tSaudi Arabia and the UAE have been shifting toward normalization with Israel as part of broader geopolitical and economic strategies. Taking in large numbers of Palestinian refugees could strain these developing ties.\n\t•\tThe UAE was the first Gulf country to sign the Abraham Accords with Israel in 2020, and Saudi Arabia has been engaging in quiet diplomacy with Israel.\n\n5. Security Concerns\n\t•\tGulf states are cautious about allowing politically active or militant groups into their borders. Given the history of Palestinian militant movements, there may be concerns about internal security and potential destabilization.\n\nWhat Do They Offer Instead?\n\t•\tGulf countries provide financial aid to Palestinian causes and UNRWA (United Nations Relief and Works Agency).\n\t•\tSaudi Arabia, the UAE, and Qatar have invested in reconstruction projects in Gaza and the West Bank.

there are already Palestinian refugees all over the world, including the Arab world and including the US, and they havent been able to go back home, as their homes were stolen, and whatever was left is just getting smaller and smaller... very strange...

Canada and the US share the longest border in the world. It's not just illegal immigration coming from Canada but the US as well. Both countries need to co operate to stop this. Also, illegal immigrants can not claim refugee status if they are escaping from a developed country. The Americans should educate themselves on Roxham road and how this a major entry point between both countries
|
| 2025-02-24 | 0 |
Why you don't take Israeli as your refugee and let Palestinians live freely with dignity and freedom out of my land israeli because it's not you ??❤️
|
| 2025-02-24 | 0 |
Yeah but I hope the illegal immigrants trying to cross the border into Canada are also not being let in. Are we still letting them migrate here as refugee's because that's my real question is Canada also keeping them out? they should be.
|
| 2025-02-24 | 0 |
Im a jealous of these immigrants being able to abuse the system like this while natural born north Americans struggle, maybe I could illegally cross the border and claim I'm a Canadian citizen climate refugee fleeing old man winter to more temperate climate in order to survive.

Globalists are demolishing the countries of these fake refugees, so a huge number of the population will make their move to the west for the big replacement of the west. This is war
|
| 2025-02-24 | 0 |
Canada just needs to stop letting people into Canada for stupid reasons. And throw out anyone who does not have citizenship, landed immigrant status, work permit, visitors visa, etc. Unless their home-country is at war, or in some other viloent state - send back all refugee claimants.

The rusty head is bringing 4000 + new Sudanese refugees to Canada. More pressure on an extremely fragile system.

If they were really “refugees” they’d come to a legitimate border crossing. These illegals mysteriously have 5-20k dollars to be trafficked into the US? No that no suspicious at all, since that’s probably 2 years wages where they come from. How many Americans do you know with that much cash readily available?

Canada's current reality in 2024 includes 1.2 million new immigrants and an estimated 0.5 million undocumented individuals living in the country.
\nThe question is: Who is managing these 1.2 million newcomers—, including refugees, international students, and undocumented individuals? How is this being addressed in the housing market, especially with only 413,000 new job positions available for unemployed people and newcomers, across Canada in 2024 and for the years to come, to ensure economic sustainability?
|
| 2025-02-23 | 0 |
This proves that none of them are refugees or Asylum Seekers and they're all trying to break into free stuff during it by any means possible

The northern border is scary. Too many potential terrorists. Canada is bringing in lots of refugees from Gaza who hate us.

Hmmmmm. I was thinking of invading America but it’s a little confusing. My family goes back over 200 years in Canada but my great great great great great grandfather was born in New York in 1766. He married a girl from New Jersey then moved to York ( Toronto) some time in the 1790’s. His son though is recorded as being born in New York. Can I claim a right of return as a refugee? Is the Presidential Suite at the New York Hilton available of course paid by you? I’d also like the latest iPhone 16 Pro in Midnight blue to match the new Tesla I want. I’ll be over tomorrow.

We need to start differentiating Migrants from immigrants, from refugees, and asylum seekers. You come into this country or any country illegally, you're an illegal immigrant not a Migrant. Progressives conflate these terms to confuse people.

Biden let millions of “refugees” enter Canada from the US for 4 years.\nThe entire US-Canada border is a mess for both countries because of Biden and now Trump is finally cleaning it up ?? \n\nThe border crackdown is great for both US and Canada.

Illegal Migrants come to the US thinking everything is FREE and they ALL want free stuff (taxpayers' money - stolen) given to them by the Democrats, through leftist (FAKE) Christain charities via USAID organization. Illegal migrants' countries refuse to provide their OWN people free stuff. WHY? GO HOME you are NOT POLITICAL refugees seeking asylum in the USA, however you are welcomed to LEGALLY enter the USA, but you cannot stay. Funny how ALL these foreign countries require US legal citizens to have proper paperwork i.e. US Passports shown to their border agents before Americans are allowed legal entry into their countries.

We need to stop All federal funding to all programs aimed at helping migrants, that are not official federal programs. like the refugee program that's being offered to South African whites; we already have federal programs.... When a person applies for asylum in brazil, they don't apply with the Saint Margarets Turn Around Corner...... defund all these programs

Vermont is another entry point.\nNot easy...India is not at war with anyone or most of these nations and according to UN if they are refugees like I was after war in Bosnia you seek shelter in neighboring nations that share same or similar culture, language and traditions.\nIts by UN Law, yet they are flown in somehow, especially Chinese and many other citizens, all military age males as well. That make their way up the souther trails from Venezuela and pass through D. Pass, often even busses with Chinese funded CCP money.

What a BS question. When coubtries take i refugees it is NOT because they like the process of creating them in the first place! Israel is asking 'why dont you let us create refugees so you can take them in'? How abput not making refugees in the first place?
