The real question is Canada vs Florida because the U.S. consists of many mini countries that have agreed on a common constitutional document and basic laws but otherwise are different countries. With that said Canada loses on every metric that matters to Florida. From economics to taxes to business to self defense and personal property Florida wins. The U.S. is secular but politicians of all nations will bring it up to some degree thinking this is somehow unique to the U.S. means you don’t understand the U.S. When it comes to political and religious diversity the U.S. has a larger population consisting of the entire world its by definition diverse. Canada doesn’t have sensible gun laws it just leaves those who can’t defend themselves at great risk.\n\nCrime is high in cities that have laws & culture closer to Canada than they do the U.S. Which have the strictest gun laws in the country. It’s bad politics & culture which are most similar to Canada that has resulted in higher crime rates. \n\nGun laws in the U.S. are for Americans to have the option to fight against a tyrannical government like we have scene in Canada with the truckers and mass freezing of bank accounts. That is what the right to bear arms was for first and foremost not just self defense. Canada ignores this entirely and instead has the perspective of give the government all the power and expect government to be “good” and act in good faith to the people which it has continually failed to do so. Canada has to bribe Quebec just to keep its country together something that has been an issue since the founding of Canada is parts of it breaking off due to tyrannical federal government power abuse.\n\nFreedom comes with risks but it’s always better to be free.\n\nPeople who leave the U.S. for Canada are doing so for political reasons otherwise they can leave their blue progressive crime filled cities for free cheap safe red states.\n\nI encourage all Canadians to search moving from Canada to Florida and you will find many Canadians that realized the American Dream. Which is still alive and well in states like Florida.

Only some braindead person would think that students are coming to Canada just to study and go back. Canadian education is worthless as it is.everyone in the world knows it. Most of them are coming to get hold of work permit, float fake resumes in IT field, displace high paying Canadian jobs. Most people working in high positions and hig paying jobs in software testing field of IT have entered and settled his way.

They are not Canadian citizen's, what entitlement. Our country should not allow other countries people to come to Canada for school then think they can just stay. All international student's should have to go back to their countries by law. If they want to apply from their own countries go ahead as they then will have to have back ground checks like any other person who wants to come to Canada.

Canadian sons and daughters can pour coffee as their first job instead. Enough is enough. Canada has to take care of Canadian citizens first. Both the federal and provincial governments were allowing more Indian students because they wanted to have more economic ties with Indian growing economy. \n4. Our education systems from kindergarten through to postsecondary education and spending it on the Canadians that were here. We've turned our post-secondary institutions in Canada into diploma Mills where you know your VA and your you know postgraduate degrees or you know they're worthless. However the government and the education system grew into a very profitable industry grinding out worthless degree after worthless degree for foreign students who thought when they got these degrees with 50% of Canadians have. People have to realize that post-secondary education is a big business so they're going to sell you a dream that's going to cost you a lot of money what I suggest is when YouTubers want to do something on Canada do some proper research let people know that we really do have quality post-secondary education system but you have to look at when you graduate those jobs going to be there to pay that large salary does White collar jobs are disappearing almost gone I purchase an app for my company with small company about 10 employees this inexpensive app alone has taken my office staff from 7: to 2: I have a 10 Red seal tradesman tradeswomen these 10 highly skilled trades people earn between 125 and 145,000 a year in gross salary and I need five more of these highly skilled people and I can't find them cuz everybody's running in to get a useless postgraduate degree. What's happening in Canada's economy and the economies around the world it's all the same the US economy's doing quite well and talked to last couple of weeks friends that have invested their and families have been there long-term at present the United States is building a war economy so there's money pouring into that effort it does have a booming you know Hi-Tech boom as well however the tech boom is offshore with American companies and it's taking place in a part of the world that no one would think it would take place so if your graduate in the tech industry go online do a little research you'll find out where it is the USA is building a huge chip factories I think they just poured in 70 or 80 billion dollars we're in a transitioning economy don't get discouraged put your head into it do your homework find out where these new jobs are coming from which jobs are not going to be here. Traditional White collar you know middle management upper management jobs they've been gone for years everyone's think of themselves as an independent contractor. Canadian I would say are the worst stereotypes I have encountered so far after being in Europe, USA, China, Middle East etc. once I tried to be Canadian resident and experienced a heart trenching straight behaviour from immigration, lawyers and officials. They don’t seem to possess a simple wisdom or foresight a progressive nation must have. They are stuck in a tunnel vision of being nicer or western or straightforward people without thinking out of the box incapable of accepting a little change or flexibility. Being a technical person I obviously got panicked to be a part of that system with hopeless outlook, so decided not to be part of it when millions were dreaming of Canada. Thanks God to guide me and escape from a torturous life of working mechanically for decades just to fulfill a foggy dream of owning a house and a car in a cold hell.

I think he's not the best person to interview about the problem. They should have interviewed people who recently immigrated with semi skilled or vocational jobs. Like plumbers, electricians, or truck drivers. These professions are in demand in Canada due to shortage but the remuneration is low compared to the very high cost of living in Canada. I'd say it's better to live in a poorer or middle income countries like Thailand or the Philippines but with better affordability.

A lot of this video is directly aimed at Trudeau's leadership, but this is completely forgetting the role of the provincial and municipal governments. They play a major role in building housing and planning cities, and yet basically all of this video is taking potshots at Trudeau. That's not to say Trudeau is free of criticism, but I would've liked a little more nuance there. Especially when people are so polarized at the federal level, the journalistic duty is incredibly important here. Personally, I don't think Trudeau can solve this, but I don't think any single politician can. Especially Pollievre who's got next to no credible plan to tackle the affordability crisis. Punjabis in foreign are very anti-India, yet they retain their OCI cards. Why do these Angrez- Sikhs have a say in Indian politics when they have become nationals of other countries like Canada, the UK, and the USA? If i compare Today's Canada with my home country Greece during crisis period(2010-2017), the wages in my country was, and still is crap but the good thing was the extremely cheap housing due to a housing crash. That helped me buy two properties. Now it's almost impossible to be a first time buyer. Now also, especially after covid, the energy cost, food cost, made even people like me who are owners struggling to cover daily costs(living in my own property and renting out the other + working overtime). I decided to move to Copenhagen, but i quickly realised that it's not much better, and i couldn't use my qualifications. Now i'm working double the average person here to be able to afford to buy a sh*tbox in a smaller city, and i cannot sell any property back home bc i will pay a huge capital gain tax as a Danish tax resident. My rental income from Greece can't help to get bigger mortgage in Denmark, but i think my income is enough for anywhere outside Cph. ...i don't want to imagine how Canadian cities, London, Australian cities are for the average renter/1st time buyer!

America is a good place to live. I have visited a number of places in the USA and it's a free first world country with alot of fun and cool places to see and do. Just like every country in the world there are positives and negatives. I think that the health care is majorly flawed in America. Health insurance is too expensive for the average person and if you get really sick and don't have health insurance in America you are probably going to die. I also don't like that there is no gun control and way to many murders and violence in the USA. Those are the 2 biggest problems that make me not want to live there.

Hey I’m Canadian born and raised and I like your video. \nThe person below me mentioned Canadians don’t like winners or ambition and I don’t think that’s true, it depends upon the attitude that winner has, are they an arrogant boastful bragger if so then we will be like STFU! Some provinces are more difficult than other to advance because of the socio-political construct purposely put into place. Each province has its own flavour, querks and perks. But it’s true we Canadians do not care for know it alls at all, be humble and if you are winning all the time, good for you don’t brag about it and sing your own praises.

I have been their in europe …few countries …i felt the completely opposite behaviour with what with this guy …I have been aggressive sometimes with people …once I was in paris …I threw a chair on the mirror in the place I was staying …the hotel staff was still polite …and big lad nigga gatekeeper …put me out …and gave me a cigarette …police once has some security boundation ..not letting anybody go even the native people ..they let me …once in a club native people were being rejected ..but let me in … i must say people being ,even police being extra nice even more than native people , common people ,everrybody , wherever I have been , I had special treatment like I am from another world …their …in amsterdam also …girls coming to me ..saying I want to talk to u ..one was very elegant American girl she was very cute …I was drunk …concurrently few more…I saw her next day ..i said hi …she was sitting outside ..long story …I loved such treatment …but I know things are not same for everybody …such incidents should be addressed appropriately but same time not be spreaded …because that draws a line between the communities , which is not good and which made a wrong perception about communities ,not all are such fools ..i see such foolish behaviour of the people of same communities..here in india or anywhere in the word ..labelling it a act of racism..i think it would do more wrong than good to the purpose ..i don’t believe racism exist to me …if someone call me black ..I will say you are white …thats it …we see white people or black people or people native from same place fighting each other …I think it is just a act of foolish guy try to humiliating another guy …which has to be addressed properly but not to be labelled as racism ..that further draws the line and create wrong perception…racism exists because of inferiority complex.. if somebody calls someone black or something like that … if that person has inferiority complex he will feel humiliated…. that inferiority complex has to be eradicated ..so all feel equal …so if someone call black … reply should be u r white ..i think so …

Maybe the people that aren't doing well in Brampton should take a lesson from the ones who are and take personal responsibility and change behaviors to improve there life. Canada has gone to hell in a hand basket it used to be great years ago now it's becoming garbage. You use to be able to find a decent affordable place to live now it's getting difficult if not impossible to find a place to live. We have these. people trying to control what normal people are allowed to call or refer to them as and trying to control free speech and free will. I was born and raised in Canada and in my 60’s now. I can’t afford to live here anymore, healthcare has declined, personal safety, fuel costs, insurance etc. most of all our politics are a mess on all three major parties. The Liberals are a royal mess and inflation went through the roof. They’re just running around like the 3 blind mice making fools of themselves. The Conservatives are involving themselves in a right wing romance with fascist trumpianism and think poutine is an ok guy. The hate speech is unreal. We used to be a real chill country. I have young 20 somethings telling me they think Communism is a great idea and they would rather fight for poutine if a war breaks out. Well it’s their future not mine. The AI, bots and trolls on the internet are telling them what they want to hear in order to stir up hate and entitlement. The NDP (New Democratic Party) is neither here nor there, they’re kind of always the minority and swing both the other two parties to divide the vote and gain some form of temporary power. \nI’d like to see a politician that has the balls to stand up to the dictators of this world that shit disturb in every continent because they are such little insecure bastards that they think they can conquer it. I’ve got news for them. Every single dictator in history has failed… miserably and often brutally. We need the kind of leadership in our Country that can produce good governance. Our GDP is just under $60K. The dictators out there are rubbing their greedy little hands, for if there is ever a 3rd world war, Canada will be the prize. We are loaded with resources. Land mass, water, minerals, oil and gas, technology, geographic strategic stronghold etc. Don’t let it slip into the hands of fascists, communists, dictators or totalitarians they always make it worse so that it takes a lifetime to recover. I’ve spent 40 yrs in the workforce, and listened to countless people from every continent who told me the truth about why they left their homeland. People who survived WW2, the Korean War, Vietnam War, communist China, expansionism of the USSR, the caste system and political persecution in India and Bangladesh. Political unrest in Argentina and Chile. I have personally witnessed systemic racism in the USA and Canada. \nI don’t have anything tying me down to stay here so I will be moving on. I think I’ll just become a nomad tourist for a while.

I wonder how much bad a person can make another person and if this video as circulating on social media might reach the family members too making them feel more uncomfortable. Really sad to see this..... and it more sad that our country people to have a good future for them and their family choose this path and recent increase in attacks Targetting Indian nationals, students are on rise. I think we live in such a world that everybody wants to get accepted by others but they don't want to accept others. Coming from a Homosexual, I find that I get often targeted and picked on by muslims living in the west. I find it ironic when you complain about your kids might be getting targeted by others because of their personal beliefs. There is hardly any difference.

I think this video generalize too much. It’s like this guy asked 3 person what they think about a whole country and made a video about it. I’m Canadian, I just bought a house for 100k. I graduated from college with 0$ student debts. I had back problems that are now gone and paid 0$ for it, and i absolutely never waited more than 2 hours at the hospital. I’m living in a peaceful community between mountains and the ocean. I totally love living in Canada and i legitimately cannot comprehend the hate about it. I worked in a lot of different Canadians cities with different communities and everyone has good things to say about our country. I travel a lot and when I see how life is elsewhere, I’m always glad to be back home.

Our corrupt system allows the elected party to make key decisions. Quite frankly, I think it's wrong, as I know that most of what Turd'O dishes out must be stopped and nobody in another party is able to do anything. Face it, look around the world and everyones elected government does it. \nDictatorships must be a thing of the past and it's time for the people to start making plans for their country's survival. Canadians are weak (nothing personal). All they do is demonstrate, mostly achieving nothing and expect their presence works. Carbon taxes are used to pay for immigrants, money thrown into the black hole paying for poor decision making and terrible mistakes led by one man. We're all puppets on a string. TLDR; I am an person from a wartorn, oppressive country, and I unfortunately do not have many options to choose from other than Canada to have a chance for a better life.\n\nLet me tell you from the perspective of a person whose dream is to come to Canada: I know all this already, I know things are going terribly and the cost of living has gone up significantly. But the unfortunate thing is, the country I am from, is currently in turmoil. I do not fit in there as a person and hate the culture. Its incredibly corrupt with no growth. I am more western, and open minded, and my original country is a strict Islamic country. I do not fit there at all.\n\nI know Canada has all these problems, but its my only choice for a better future, I dont want to go to US because I dont wanna die, also, EU wont accept me unless I am from EU myself or speak their language which is a catch 22. Australia is also becoming a shithole. That leaves Canada and NZ. NZ doesnt have that good of job prospects and limited scope and I love Canada, always have. The weather and everything that comes with it.\n\nYes its not perfect, but I think its more about knowing that I can go back to a place, that is not dangerous for me and my future family, where I will get good care if I am stable job wise. Once I am in Canada, I will probably buy my own land and use that to have a trailer home there since they are still cheap, save my money, and probably retire in Philippines. \n\nI dont believe everyone else should do that and yes I know trailer's costs depreciates with time, unlike a house, but I dont care about that. I dont think of houses as investment and I never will nor I will participate in that practice. Everyone has a right for home.

As someone living in Quebec I can confirm.. housing prices just seem unreasonable for someone with a modest income. pretty much had to keep living with family and pay them a rent that is liveble with.. Heard other people who can't count of family had to share single person appartments with friends and sometimes even random people in similar situation. Its honestly terrifying to think about potentially having no home despite getting a modest income..\nThe medical scene is probably a bit better but still not that great looking. Quebec had (dunno how it works in other provinces) a system of Family doctors that the medical system sort of relied on. yet there is barely no family doctors left. I can't buy the meds I need without a doctor giving me the prescription but I no longer have a family doctor for the last 5 years. I've been jumping through hoops and all just to get somehow to extend or give me another year of prescription.. I need those meds for life though....\nFood situation.. I guess sure the prices have increase but for the most part we(me and family) are still hanging on fine. However restaurents have gotten too pricy so we had to cut luxury out of our life.
