I am a legal immigrant in UK, but I see so many indians who misuse study visa to stay beyond their visa expiry and eventually become illegal immigrants just taking advantage of the system.. this reflects are very bad image.

Once I just searched on google masters degree from foreign country, i literally got 100s of adds for months about Canadian, australian, german and US universities, So if i will take admission in those unis after paying whole saving of my family i atleast want to have rights to work in that country otherwise why would i leave my country as i still have middle class life here. And also it's the responsiblity of any unis in the world that if anyone comes to your country for than they should atleast have right to work for the same number of yr as he spent in his course so that he can earn back same amout which he paid for the tuition fees, suppose if i does my Master's from US for which i have to pay atlest 80-100k including living cost and to earn back that same amount of money in the india from best paying companies will take atleast 7-8yrs it's just about getting same amount of money back in account and to make saving of that much money will atleast take 20yrs then tell me why should some go for education in foreign countires if he doesn't get chance to earn that back, College fees are usually decided on PPP terms of the freshers job in that country that why atleast giving chance for work for the same amount of time of the total course time is a good thing otherwise just stop sending adds, just stop scamming indians, and just close your billion dollor economy which works on fees of indian student. Even many african specially nigerian they qualifies to work in india if they did any of his degree from india.

These are east Indians coming from the UK. They had US visas from the UK. What is Canada to do when they are in transit passengers from the UK and given fake or real but seems fake US visas. All international intransit passengers dont go through customs at their stop over country. Its an international fact. Scientific consensus from decades ago said the sustainable world population would be about 2 bliion if we all want the middle-class North American lifestyle.\nThis would probably mean India would have a population of around 250 million, ONE SIX of what it is today.

Our youth are very unhappy and do not see a future for themselves yet have to work very hard and pay unbelievable high taxes. The minimum wages are only 15 bucks an hour which cannot sustain life here in this country. Please stop making false promises to foreigners to come here and be disappointed. This is not a country of milk and honey any longer but poor and enormous homelessness. Hunger, terrible health care, incredible post secondary tuitions and books. Now that president Trump has won the election he is going to place tariffs on Canadian goods and rightfully so. Russia is very interested in the Antarctica and should they or anyone invade Canada we got 3 days of ammunition. The food in AB is very bad for your health. Everything has pesticides, hormones, and by the time fruit and vegies arrive here from the US all the nutrition have gone. A extremely high cancer rate, young and old, diabetes, depression and other mental disorders are rampant. Our children and grandchildren do not have a future so why bother going to school or work. Our kids live on the streets, shelters, camping in the woods and using fentanyl and meth all kinds of dangerous drugs. The cities and small towns are full of used needles, pipes, and more paraphelia just thrown on the trails everywhere. The US will not assist Canada when a possible War 3 will occur, and we the people of Canada and the land are easy prey. If you do not believe me, just come visit RED Deer shelters and walk around on the trails, go to Vancouver but becareful because random assaults are happening every day, people living in tents, using the streets as toilets, drugs galore, even the police is unable to act nor arrest criminal activities caused by desperate people who need to survive. Canada's economy is about to collapse and fall into a recession. We have too many people coming in our country without checking their back ground and many criminals and terrorist groups are entering declaring refugee status whether it is true or not, we do not know. The people of Canada who work and pay highest taxes are used to house these newcomers and education, jobs, food and money. Canada is a law abiding country and no one can fool the system. It offers study visas with a condition of returning back to home after completing the study. But many indian students are cheated by local agents with fake promises of Canadian PR, and now face deportation. It is not the fault of Canada. Already Canadian citizens including its own students suffer a lot from getting a job. Lack of jobs, house, health services increased and at the same time criminal, anti social activities like car theft, sexual abuse of female students, traffic violations, and links with anti social elements linked with international students. Brampton becomes the number one crime area in Toronto. Canadians are very well known people for their multicultural identity but they become irritated by the hostile behaviour of the international students. \nSo Canada must give priority to its own citizens and its law and order. No one can be allowed to take advantage of its liberal system.

Let's get real here, these international students do not contribute significantly at all to Canada's economy. They are a drain on food banks that locals need for survival. They are a drain on our economy because 90% of them are sending most of their paycheques back to family in India. They are taking jobs away from young Canadians trying to enter the job market while Canada's unemployment rate is high right across the country. The schools mostly are fraudulent diploma mills that are not providing any real world job skills that are useful to Canada or Canadians and 90% of Indian international students who enroll in these colleges do not even attend. They come only to work for dollars and send money back to India. Meanwhile the cost of living is extremely high due to the housing shortage caused by excessive Indian International students. It should be very clear now, Canada and Canadians want all these Indians to leave Canada and return to India as stated in the temporary resident visa. If not they will be cut off and deported also incurring a 5 to 10 year ban from Canada.

I immigrated to Canada in 1981 because I married a Canadian I should say French Canadian girl and it was just a better place for her to continue on with her background. We relocated to Ottawa which is bilingual and made it very easy for both of us to assimilate together. I moved back to the USA in 2006 to help my sick brother and move back again to Canada in 2016. I came back for many reasons. The political Edge in the united states, the guns out of control, the increased crime rate daily, in just too many people everywhere. Now I was living in the Tampa Bay area and a lot of the people come from out of state and out of country especially in the winter to spend their cold months in the sunshine. Some things I miss in the United States comes usually down to the cost of living. Unless you get sick. And I miss living by the Gulf of Mexico. Except during hurricane season. I prefer living in Canada only because it's a slower easier paced social environment. It has nowhere near the political stress that the United States has where it can almost be violent. Actually, where it has been violent. Revisit January 6th. Out of control guns with hot-headed men mostly can force you out as well and back to Canada. Canada's social structure and environment supersedes the United States tenfold. And of course as we get older, Healthcare is a priority. I'm thankful there's a place like Canada close to where I was born or I can spend the rest of my life enjoying it as opposed to looking over my shoulder constantly. I also find that Canadians have a huge appreciation of warm months. So many people are outside even when they are eating at restaurants. Because of the warmer months are so short, Canadians really take advantage of enjoying it and those months are never taken for granted. Winters in Ontario, like here in Ottawa, can be very cold once January and February come around. But once you make it into the middle of march, you can almost smell spring in the air and somewhere on the way. But there are those dreaded 8 weeks of oh my God ?

Mexico is aiding and abetting this invasion by issuing temporary travel visas to migrants to cross through their country to the US border. If they overstay the temporary visa, they are deported from Mexico. What Trump should do is tell the Mexican leader to take back these 20 million that they let in, and after they do this, the 25% tariff will be lifted. Then once they take the 20 million back into Mexico, we should drop the 25% tariff and up the tariff to 50% to recoup the money we wasted on the illegals. They play dirty with us, so skrew em.

I have ethnic background from Hong Kong and have been living in Canada for almost 40 years. I love Canada and am proud of this beautiful country. However, I think part of the immigration problem we have is the ongoing issue of allowing dual citizenship of everyone who have become a Canadian citizen. I have personally known lots of HK immigrants who would return to their own countries to work as soon as they have got their Canadian passports. Normally one of the parents would stay with their children here for free schooling, medical care and child tax benefits. Their children will follow their parents to go back to HK after they graduated from universities in order to avoid the higher income tax . Unfortunately, those parents will come back to retire in Canada so that they can get free health care benefits and OAS once they have fulfilled the residency requirement of 10 years. Canada do need more skilled and educated immigrants to make our country more prosperous but not those who try to take advantage of our lenient immigration policies. I think we should take back the passports of those who have left Canada for more than 2 years or those who have evaded taxes so that we do not continue to support those never contributed to our country. PS, I mentioned about HK only because of my origin and I believe the same problem would be caused by immigrants from other countries too.

If you are a international student you come for Quality education and take that quality back to your country to help better it! Period you don’t come here with the intention for migration or PR! You can apply for legal immigration after you graduate and after a year or more apply! Your countries issue and political stuff are your countries problems don’t bring them here! First of all:\nEducate yourself TLDR about the difference between illegal immigration (which is already a criminal act and if in large enough numbers an invasion) and legal immigration. They are NOT the same. First of all Canada and America are European colonization countries.
