As far as i have observed, most of the comments that I see in Indian and canadian channels on this topic, most Indians don't consider all Sikhs to be radical, in fact, most are quite respectful to them and everybody is aware of them being loyal to the national sentiment. Some bad elements would always be there in all sides, and they feed from conflicts, we should ignore them with facts, actual data, understanding and compassion to each other, which this video had done succesfully. While returning from India, I've interacted with similar innocent and dreamy eyed kids coming for studies to institutions I have not heard of. Such a sordid exploitation!!! I am bit confused here; for example: I am an Indian, who has stayed in UAE for 3 years and I am currently staying in NZ since July 2019. Does that mean I need to obtain PCC from India, UAE and NZ ? Or the recent country which is NZ ? However it won't be an issue to obtain PCC from NZ and India.
