I live in New York, America and I have to say this is terrifying. It's the beginning of a very bad and difficult road for us. I still cannot believe my fellow American people voted this criminal into office again. These are some horrible decisions being made for American people by a few rich idiots.

As a U.S. citizen, I don’t want this. Trump is out of his mind and only the crazy people voted for him. Trump and Vance need to be GONE!!!

As an American, I am totally appalled that Donald Trump is our elected president putting himself & his selfish agenda ahead of the American people. Allowing people like Elon Musk, who is not a government employee to run amok in this country doing what he pleases when he pleases under the guise of ridding our country of wasteful spending, without any type of oversight. I am appalled at the GOP that refuses to stand up to Trump for the people they swore an oath to serve faithfully because they are so afraid of what Trump will do to them if they don't bow down and do his bidding. Shame on every doggone one of you for putting yourselves first before our great country. I am appalled of all of the people who voted for Trump, you are all going to find out. This isn't some tv reality show, and we all deserve to be treated with dignity and respect. Choosing to turn your back on our friends and ally's isn't going to go well and the American people are going to suffer because of it.

Thank you, Canada! As an American, I am appalled at the hellmouth this administration that I did not vote for has dragged my country into. Nothing I see suggests to me that the people we've entrusted with enforcing our laws and our constitution will come through for us against this coup that has broken with democracy and simple decency.
