What I've heard from some of my friends is that they don't care if democracy is gone as long as their taxes go down. They want a lower income tax bracket. They're very single minded about issues. We'll see how we fair once you have to pay more at the pump, when the price of electronics go up, when produce and beef, pork, and chicken become unaffordable. Yes, the middle and upper middle class probably don't care, but the lower classes and the already poor are not going to be happy. Once people are hungry, then you'll see people on the street. You need to realize what Trump's real agenda is. All he really wants is money. He wants to make himself and his rich buddies richer. His plan to do that is to cut government spending radically, and impose a sales tax to fleece American consumers. Once he's got the cash flow the way he wants, he will cut corporate tax and capital gains tax so that his companies and his investments can make a lot more money and so can his rich buddies, while still being able to pay off his lackeys in the senate and congress.
