Why do our Canadian politicians refuse to establish a strategy to stop fentanyl at our borders as requested by Trump ?, a crisis that is destroying the United States. This situation stems from a lack of honesty on the part of Canadian politicians. The media doesn’t tell us this, but it’s for this reason that we are at war with the U.S. Think about it for a minute

For a start I'm thinking of all that farmland in CA that will have water and a good reason to grow crops now because of Trump and the increase of jobs when we have to make our own stuff.\n However, I am in favor of letting Canada sell their goods in China or Russia since that is likely where all the fentanyl and illegal immigrants are coming from and I know 1% doesn't sound big when DW says it but with an estimated 15 million illegal immigrants in America from the Biden admin alone that would be 150,000 from Canada.

I understand their right to do that if they voted for it but why does Trump keep saying that Canadians need to secure the U.S. border when less than 1% of the migrants come from Canada and less than 0.01% of the fentanyl comes from Canada but illegals are coming from the U.S. into Canada and 90% of the guns used in murders in Canada came from America! Also 80-90% of the narcotics comes through the U.S.

Trump asked that we seal our borders and do something about fentanyl. How did Canadian politicians respond! Like chickens with their heads cut off, throwing around our idea of tariffs. Trump was clear. I have no idea why they had to take it to this level in Canada.

People tend to forget that Obama deported over 3 million illegals when he was president, he just did it behind the scenes, Trump is just doing it openly. Are you kidding me. Are you not in Canada right now. Canada is now the most poor country in the World. Immigration has gone to the roof. No housing. Rents and forget about buying a house in BC, AB, Quebec, Ontario. High unemployment, Inflation is high and going up more. Our youth are very unhappy and do not see a future for themselves yet have to work very hard and pay unbelievable high taxes. The minimum wages are only 15 bucks an hour which cannot sustain life here in this country. Please stop making false promises to foreigners to come here and be disappointed. If you do not believe me, just come visit RED Deer shelters and walk around on the trails, go to Vancouver but becareful because random assaults are happening every day, people living in tents, using the streets as toilets, drugs galore, even the police is unable to act nor arrest criminal activities caused by desperate people who need to survive. Canada's economy is about to collapse and fall into a recession. We have too many people coming in our country without checking their back ground and many criminals and terrorist groups are entering declaring refugee status whether it is true or not, we do not know. In the end these 3 countries (Canada, Mexico and China) will do whatever is possible to control their borders, reduce Fentanyl & derivatives movement - basically give in to what Trump is aiming for just to maintain their own economies & interests. I apologize to all the Canadians ??!!! Canada has always been a strong ally of the U.S. and a great friend!! Many Americans and Canadians have family together, dual citizenship, and travel and live back and forth in both countries. I am so sorry Trump is being awful to you.\n\nDecreasing the flow of illegal drugs and reducing fentanyl deaths in both countries would benefit Canada and the U.S. Both countries are close partners and I’m sure are already working to address this. The process is not the same as it was in the 80s when they did not require renewal every couple yrs w high $ and rules to return to home country for a set amount of time risking losing your home/job/business etc. Some renewal process for green cards have sped up but still takes 6-1yr and a new green card renewal and new one for Mexico can take 1-3yrs for approval. So someone that’s been here +20yrs will have to leave everything they have built here to go wait quite a long time. Its not if you agree how they got here, its what they have done in our country since being here. They add to our economy, +80% pay taxes to never get any of those benefits and they open businesses employing people etc. If they have been here committing a list of crimes then no i don’t agree but majority of immigrants don’t do that.
