Considering trump wants to be in bed with his idol putin, bullying and alienating our ally countries is no surprise.

Trump is just a wicked person - he puts pressure on allies and cozy up to Russia. More troubling is that almost fifty percent of Americans agree with Trump.

Why are we fighting with our allies for no reason? Are we speedrunning our collapse?

First economic war then a military invasion. I believe the Americans are setting the stag for a ground invasion of Canada using the escalating trade war as a pretext for a real war. I think everyone needs to consider the possibility that Trump may in fact be an agent of Russia with a single mission to bring down the USA and her allies.

Just so it's known but America has never been self-sufficient. We have always been reliant on others with good trade and fairness towards each other. My grandparents went through ww2 and had to go through rations on everything from gas, oil to food and tires. You got a book for everything and had to tear them out to get your products. They said back 1943 they had to keep the farm and barely made it to vday. You all need to look at history and research things. The moment Pres. Trump threatened Canada with the tariff trade war months ago, I was shocked. How come your closest ally, a friend, your closest neighbor, shared the longest border in the world, fought side by side in ww1, ww2, middleast conflicts etc., and now the relationship starts to deteriorate because of one man's arrogance.

Elon, created Doge to weaken the economy even further so that the USAs assest are devalued and he can officially the US oligarchy. He's been in talks with Putin, we've seen them together. So now this Trump Gold card, is a way in for more oligarchs from Russia specifically to sweep up the remaining industries at a fraction of what they used to be valued. Then the USA will be the western arm of Putins empire. Since he made sure to obliterate all friendly relationships the US had with the western world, the other countries won't do anything to help the US so as to avoid all out war. Trump will then walk off into the sunset as one of the richest, if not the richest, man on earth.

I maybe an ignorant on politics , but what happens when USA , well not USA but the Trump administrations has caused so much damage to the country to the point where other maybe most of his allies start taking responses such as that of Canada , and escalate to the point where perhaps USA lose most of his allies at least important allies such as Canada, the support of the global geopolitics , I Maine that scenario for a moment wouldn't that give Trump an excuse to align even more openly with Putin?
