Our forefathers fought and more importantly died to get rid of the tyrants in our country. These people are unwilling to do the same which means they are not worthy of Americanship. This doesn't move me with sympathy, it moves anger in me. My family and I were homeless in the U.S. all because I decided to further my education with a school who claimed to be accredited and all this stuff but quickly found out it all was a sham....so in not securing my deposit on a new place or being financially able to fight an eviction were the property basically got paid twice for bs they didn't handle...all because the irs took my income tax which I was depending on being I just started a new job and had 3 weeks before my first paycheck...we were on the street....everywhere I turned was a wait-list and no one I mean no entity would help us..... claiming lack of funding or some proof of homelessness other than papers proving your eviction....just so many ridiculous things....it took us a while to get off the streets and this is kids born on this soil....with a citizen who never been in trouble with the law, 3.8 gpa, educated and motivated and employed.....on the street and although now we have a roof as U.S. CITIZENS still struggling to find our footing....and STILL NO HELP...NOT A FOOD STAMP NOTHING and the lights are out due to the landlord....soooo I'm not sympathetic of these people....I struggled and still struggling in MY OWN COUNTRY WITH NO HELP FROM MY COUNTRY....GO BACK WHERE YOU CAME FROM AND FIGURE IT OUT.....

Remember labour is the one that builds and develops a country. One has to strategise before relocating, unless for most immigrants that manage to do it surprisingly as from many applications they did, one just went through and it is a success to go. So the ponzi scheme continues. Why do new arrivals put up with this? Well especially after Covid, vast majority of new arrivals are from countries where the economic situation is desperate. If you see new immigrants they are dominated (immigrants plus student visas) by one country - a large democratIC country on a large continent - most are effectively desperate economic refugees but the sleepy govt’s in Canada don’t care: let social devices get stretched, no cannot find a decent family doctor in any urban area, rents keep,sky rocketing, yet just let immigrants esp from one former ‘jewel in the crown’ come in unchecked!

I can assure you, as a long time Canadian, our banks are not well regulated, nor the strongest economy, nor have a stable democratic government, nor polite people, nor a good business environment, and DEFINITELY not one of the most uncorrupted countries, I find it rather comical you even said that.

Canada used to be a great country. I have a very hard time saying that it is today. The government focuses on the wrong issues and taxes it's people to death. There was a time when $100k used to get you somewhere. Nowadays, it gets you a modest house mortgage, and one vehicle with just enough left over to put some food on the table.
