Whenever I take a flight within the states they always let veterans and those who have served in the army board first which is fine by the way. I just find it interesting because we don't do that in Canada at all. Veterans get a special license plate and maybe a parade once a year?

I don't care if you wear hijab but covering face all the time and refusing to take pictures for lisence and passport is not okay. also when the whole world has problem with your religion maybe there must actually be problem you have to fix and not act like you are the victims. we have right to be careful and no its not fair to you but this is what people who follow Islam faith and harm others get you. Islamic people out cry for their right but have to problem taking others away. for example wanting daycares to ban pork just because they can have porn. you should not get special treatment for you religion. I am Hindu/Buddhist and I do not ask people to stop eating beef or many other restrictions that apply to me. the pride of your religion is what's keeping you guys from sensible thinking. and no not all Muslims are the same but the percentage of people that share hatred for other religions is too great too ignore. if you want people to accept you then try becoming a part of the culture and not try to change it for your liking. show love to other faiths and athiests. stop trying to make exceptions for your religion.

I don't hate muslims, but I don't understand moving to the west and having a Hijab and beard and praying 20,000 times a day, this is not what the west is about. The middle East is reserved for that kind of lifestyle, may be its good maybe its bad, but there is a time and place for everything, the West in not for that. If Westerners in the same numbers as Muslims; moved to the middle East and started to set up shop there Western style it would be inappropriate for us to do so and not the right thing, and Muslims would definitely not have any of that.

Islam is not a religion - its an ideology! The basis is in the Quran, Hadiths and in Sharia. Thereby Islam never can be integrated into a western society - thereby muslim immigration should be as little as possible.Listen to them - here we have freedom to use our hijabs etc - but truth is - if or when Islam becomes the majority there will be no freedom: no pork, maybe a slavelike form for Christianity, it will be beheadings, stonings of raped womens etc etc.We welcomed Islam into our countries - we have all seen what it brings.

The woman that are Islam are not violet. It's the men in some groups that are. I think woman should cover if they want to. Maybe they don't want to give that power to men to tell them to take it off. Like if the mans world said woman couldn't wear pants anymore, I would be defiant because someone is telling me what to do. .Woman don't want to be told want to do and if they want to cover then i'm I think they should be able to.The issue needs to be left alone and we need to have some trust!

I just wonder why? Why Muslims? I mean every religion has the extremists! I know Muslims has the fair share and maybe more! But so what I am scared... What a subtle way by the CBC of saying your restaurant isn't closing down because of your skin color, its because your food is too overpriced and the service sucks. The Chinese restaurant across the street is still going strong.\nStop pulling out the race card for everything.\n\nI'm not saying saying racism doesn't exist in Canada but saying your business is failing because you're black even though other minorities in the area aren't being discriminated against? Maybe you should reevaluate your service, pricing, and quality of the product instead.

I don't see why Canadians must learn about slavery in that country. I mean, if 4% of the population is black and many of them are immigrants from the Caraïbe. What is the point? They live in Canada. Another thing, black Canadians are really sensitive for no reason. Compared to other countries in the Americas, they have it better. the problem is that the muslims who are acting like villians in europe are mostly uneducated and they dont understand the religion either. the unemploymenet, unablity to integrate into the society and maybe descrimination they suffer, they find religion as a tool to express their existance and sometimes their anger. it is not the religion, but the people who are creating problems.

Sharia law also states to be kind to others now if you wanna live by sharia you implement at home.
